Happy Anniversary to ME

In 1978 I married. It saved my life. It gave me children and that was to become the real reason for my existence. My girls are amazing, and then I saw that all children are amazing. The truth that they even appear here is that they love us and want a chance to show us. Yes, no matter what, they LOVE US! This world is in chaos, and kids offer a chance to surf it!!! I have made miracles happen because of kids. I was a bit of a challenge as a child, and yet I survived the ride. When I became forty I once again became the rider. I ride horses bareback fast, mountains, rivers and streams. I ride the wind, for I am of the HAWK clan. As you re-view your life today under the clap of the Uranus energy, be grateful for the chance to re-consider all that you have done. I am SO SO SO glad I married on that day in 1978. It saved my life. Happy Anniversary world, we are still here. AND we a riding the waves to our future. Look into the eyes of those who loved you, and some that still do, and simply say - HAPPY DAY was the day I met you, thank you very much. See you soon.

No time like the PRESENT

I love presents/presence. When we are up front, honest, filled with light and laughter - WE live well. Add a little music and my roots sink in deep!! Mine eyes/i's have scene/seen the glory, and also the aurora that surround the being I am present with. They feel it the same way, only different. OUR WORLD IS IN NEED OF THOSE WITH PRESENTS/PRESENCE. No judgement, only hereing/hearing. I spend my mornings at the office doing those hearings/here-ings. I am not a judge, nor a jury, I am a Grand Mother, a Naturopathic Physician and lots more. Find some person that here's/hears you, and be the present. YOU will not regret it, I promise! Kids and old people need you now! Our world needs you now.

Stay and be present or leave all together, so the rest can heal/heel in the light and love and laughter this world is meant to have and share.

Finding alignment

What do you line up for? What do you align with? Allow, align and appreciate are the ways that I teach wellness and balance. Are/our allowance is ours to take and use as we choose as we grow in light and self love. Then comes the decision to align with those and that which causes your heart to sing it's own special song. LISTEN to your heart. It has the four directions soundly pounding the drum of your soul's song. It is marching toward something that matches you and your purpose here. I match only that which balances me. All that does not is the job, choices and lifestyles of the others. I honor those who live in harmony with their own drum and it's beat. I, however, hear a distant drummer, and that is what keeps me going. Find your alignment, look inside and listen to your drum. It is yours to feel and move in accordance with.

When did you give your power away?

What power you ask. Any that is not available any longer. Money, love, sex, beauty, energy, immunity, position, community, feeling YOU, all of YOU, all of the time. Authenticity is key. Being powerful with what you have and do naturally takes commitment and understanding. It also needs cultivation and being exposed to the light. Many function in the dark, and those powers fade with that loss of light in the usage. Bulbs in the day do not take extra energy to be in and with the light. In the dark you must turn them ON! If you have chosen to feel powerless and are tired of the feelings, play the movie back to moment you believed someone else knew more or better for you. Darkness is not where you grow strong, it is where you see from your dreams of YOU and your place in the world. YOU and your Creative Source know the hand your were dealt. Meditate with the prayer...in pictures I can see, in sounds I can here/hear, with words that I can understand, make it abundantly clear me - what happened and how to heal. I PROMISE - YOU WILL LOVE WHAT YOU REMEMBER. Healing takes LIGHT and LOVE, and for me, lots of laughter too. We are powerfully funny and it is time we took that seriously.

In the courts of the feds long ago, I was asked for the show-case of my life. DID I have secrets? I said NO. And there was a settlement based on the living truth in the showing of my life that week. Each show-case is where your truth is. You are the truth. YOU are the light. The way is great and offers many things to showcase your specific journey. Blinded by the ???

Blinded by fear. It is real right now more than I have scene/seen in many times on this planet. In my dreams I took two/too blind men and tried to get them to shake hands. They repelled one another, as if the magnetics were pushing them apart instead of together. I know people are feeling that repulsion. GET GROUNDED! Then get rooted. In the winds of change deep roots will hold you strong and keep you nourished and growing. GOOD LUCK out there, we are here for you when you need us.

Navigating in the new light

ALL is scene/seen now. YOU and I are being vetted, outed, embraced and honored for our courage at remaining here in these times of change. TODAY allow that respect and honor to come to you and also through you. Agree to disagree, remember that all is a part of a Creative Force, and none are less than you. Namaste'

It is a day completion

There 1-9 realities in the numerology of earth, plus a little extra for those interested. Today is a 9 - I am a 9. Time to complete something that has been in the process of transforming. I see it all the time in my work in the wellness world. I see it in nature, math rules. I see it in the choices of those here who know that making a choice is their sovereign right and that the 9 choice is the completion of what has kept them animated in a certain way. I divorced on a 9. I healed on a 9. I moved on a 9. AND today I choose chickens for the 9 day of this ranch. I know that in the cycle of it's existence that recommitting to a farm life as well as the consistant ranch life we have here, is going to raise up the vibration of this land and all she touches. CHICKENS are a special treat, eggs for the people support their sulphur intake. They are the perfect food sustaining the human kidneys with golden light along with other amazing features. Fears fade in the dawn of the warm sustaining nest, the egg box. Are you ready to complete something today? Egg-cellent!!!

What are you aiming four/for???

As a child of Jupiter, and a double Sagittarius, I always have an AIM. I carry that bow and arrow with my Centaur personality. I am aiming in the four directions of my medicine wheel all of the time. I am never aimless. The arrow head is my truth, and once spoken, it can never be undone. I know that for sure, so I use my arrows carefully now. In my work as a Naturopathic Physician or Medicine WomanI offer them as directions. I see them, I say them, I write them in calligraphy, and I support the directive with which I shoot it. I also do that with my life choices. AIM is the American Indian Movement too. I spent many hours with those who were with them from the beginning. I learned about Wounded Knee, Washington DC, historic trauma, Boarding schools, and loss after loss. Rick MacArthur, Dick Bankcroft, gone now, and Larry Long, still here, taught me what I needed to know for sure about my ancestors. Their AIM became a part of my aim. In the MEDICINE WHEEL there are four directions. It works like a compass. Wants and wishes

I ask the clients about their/there/they're wants. They want to be fit, healthy, thinner, smarter, more in charge of their health and so it goes. I also ask what they wish for. I hear/here a whole different story for those who know the difference. Those who think they are the same, repeat the wants list. NOT knowing they are already right in front of their face, in their life, and present and accounted for. I know that wishes</b> are spoken to the air element. It is a prayer that is sent up to the heavens on the wings of the eagle. It returns only when YOU are ready to receive the truth that you are worthy, loved and listening. WHAT WE WANT IS HERE NOW< or we would not be in this place at this time. Everything is a choice, believe it or not. Unconscious choices are just as powerful as conscious choices. I am in the business of wishing for the world a brighter, lighter, joyful and honest new life here. HOW ABOUT YOU?
