Range of Motion

Who do you reach? How do you reach out? I taught my yoga class today with the range of motion idea as our theme. I asked them to consider strength, flexibility, stability and intention. Those were the four corners of our earthly connections. We stood on one foot for a very long time to see who balanced and harmonic we were. Then with a change in energy from up to down, we pulled through mountain pose, the faith, hope and love we need to be have a reach and range of motion that not only supports us as individuals, but that supports the whole community! Here's to it now!! Reach out!!
