What do we produce each day?

I think about those who produce amazing things, like food or health or happy thoughts. Then I look to each one of us and wonder why so many produce so little. Are we doing that intentionally? I see so many people just sitting around or waiting. What on Earth are they waiting for? You are your own magical mystery. You were designed that way and it does not stop, even if you do. You will create adventures and challenges every day of your life just by breathing into your own aura. While you breath you create. Period. What you speak about is what you get. Are you a complainer? Do you think that talking about the negative experiences in your life do anything but create more of the same? If you are sick of being sick, stop talking about it and start talking about HEAlTH. If you are tired of being fat, remind yourself and speak of your new lean frame and all it's gifts. If you are bored or broke, the same thing applies, think about doing something you love, produce that movie!!! This is the way it works. No one but you directs your life or your production. Be the producer of the coolest happiest most amazing production ever and you will love the whole day long!! You are star - the star of your own show! Everyone loves a star!!! This is how we get what our heart desires.

The Thrive movement

If you have not watched the Thrive movie you can do so online or even buy it and share it. For a long time that man has paid attention to the realities of his families choices. It did not sit well with him. Mr Gamble can from a heritage that was set up for him to simply follow and be in. He did not do that, he said it was not right for him. How many of us have had that happen to us??? For the duration of my own life I felt that way. Not really fitting in to the legacy of my mother and her choices for our family. Constant conflict was the result, and a feeling of not measuring up - in her eyes anyway- nagged at me for many years. It however did not stop me from pursuing my own dreams and creating my own reality and legacy. I see people daily in my practice, those who struggle with shame or illness or sadness or feelings of loss and seperation because of the same disconnection to their own legacy. They simply can not agree with what their families said and did and believed in. The religion practiced not a part of their life now, the conflicts perpetuated by strict or unbending beliefs still remain. Flexibility and non-judgment not apparent. This leaves a toxic taste in the mouth and bitter feelings. The plan was to divide and conquer, taking away family from family, scaring everyone and manipulating people with that feeling of aloneness. That has hurt us too. Both sides of the fence difficult at best. So how about let's simply agree to disagree and honor the differences and enjoy those that were put near us in spite of their choices. Not easily done, since we judge because we feel judged. In respecting your own journey it is imperative that respect other's as well. We cannot see from another's eyes, we do not know why or when they decided to do or say be who and how they are. It doesn't work that way. The only control you have is to change the interface. When you get near them in thought or in person - soften your interface. Be warm, be kind, be quiet if that works better. Offer no opinion unless you are asked, smile alot, laugh and share your humor with them. You are not here to save anyone but yourself. This is the key I offer today, Mr. Gamble decided to save himself, he shares his journey freely with us and I honor his experience. See it for yourself and be proud of WHO and HOW you are in spite of your legacy. Make yours YOURS, break the chains of pain, addiction, abuse, judgement and all the other crap left in there. Earth Day Honor your Mother!!!!

Our Earth is awesome, she has it down pat and tolerates so much I can hardly believe it. We need to take her seriously and open to the new matrix of cooperation and partnership with her. There is a remedy for all imbalances, physical and emotional in her matrix, what a human can concoct and patent is never as good or helpful, for she knows us all and they only know themselves. I want a solution from a party that loves me unconditionally not any other way. The one who is in my genetic coding and understands me as an individual. Putting me in harm's way with experiments is not acceptable. It never was. Many people give in to that and wonder why later they become ill or worse, die young. We are at a crossroads now, many will follow the natural route and their lives will be prosperous with health and happiness. Other's will give in to the whims of those who would PRACTICE on them and that is their business, I will stay out of it. If you want to check - ask you dentist to show you his mouth, is there metal in there??? Probably not. Ask your oncologist if that is the process he would recommend for his own mother, watch his face especially his eyes. Ask your pediatrician how many tests have there been to prove that vaccinations are without risk to my beautiful child. There is NOT ONE!!!! It is all an experiment and it is costing us life and health. Ask the mother of an Autistic child. They know the day it happened to their kid. We need clean pure water and fresh organic whole foods to be healthy - not drugs. We need unfiltered sunlight and clean air and movement in it, to stay fit and energetic. If you can not eat it, DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR SKIN, It will absorb it and you must digest it and most skin products are NOT digestible and many are toxic- commercial sunscreen causes cancer on the skin when HEATED. Go figure that one out. Aloe has an SPF of 8, Zinc even higher, non toxic and edible - both!!! Flouride, if and when swallowed the size of a mini tube of toothpaste will kill a child - didn't know that did you? Xylitol a far better solution along with minerals in your diet. A child died today

I got that message and felt the pain of the loss of the early 'OFF' that we simply do not understand. I know from the hawk's view that the bigger picture is better and brighter, to see from there when we look down with tears in our eyes is difficult, albeit not impossible. War, drugs, accidents, suicides all take the lives of our children early, not to mention conflict and stress and ignorance. It is epidemic now. Kids remember where they were before HERE and sometimes the pull to Heaven IS STRONGER, than the pull of Earth life. Period. It is a choice and there are no accidents or victims, just choosers. If we can love beyond the borders of this reality we can still feel the connection. Many indigenous tribes honor their ancestors as though they are still a viable part of their life, it is true, the DNA electrical linkage makes it so. You are forever linked to them and they to you. In healing you must learn to accept the love and the loss of that love as a gift for what it brought. I had a son once for a minute and he disappeared, but many years later he came to me in spirit and spoke of his connection to our family and told me although he was not in a human body he still played with his sisters every day!! He watched over them and loved them and was a viable part of their life, they confirmed that to me and I was healed of my broken heart, we must heal to receive the blessings we deserve. Honor the dearly departed and treat those left behind with the greatest of care!! They may soon move on too and you will miss the chance.

Eigth graders and the Earth and their bodies

I remember when I was in the 8th grade my world shifted. I was no longer a child but quickly becoming a young lady, I changed everything about myself the summer after and when I returned to Jr High that fall many teachers did not recognize me. I knew what to do to optimize my health, my looks and my energy. It came to me. I see now that because the world is so clogged up it does not come so easily for the kids.

I want to create a forum for these kids to talk to me about their transformation, anyone got any ideas?? They could come to the ranch or I could go to the schools or what would put us together?? They need our support here to make the shift by using what comes naturally and what makes the most difference. They are being sold stuff that simply does more harm than good and it needs to be exposed. The food available is poison and the EMF's from all the technology is warping their auric fields. You are a ball of energy and using and tuning it up is a skill we need to teach, yoga helps, nature helps, meditation helps, whole organic food helps, clean clear non toxic water helps and yes, supplements help too, especially minerals and fats.

Wolves and eagles

Mystical and magical - larger than life in Nature and in the world of man a little intimidating. Predators, from the view of culling the herd have great value. They take and clean up the weak and old, effortlessly releasing them to their next level of evolution. A perfect plan.

Is our fear that we have about dying put onto them???

What has happened to the peaceful transition of death?

We now spend millions of dollars trying to stay alive for five more minutes of suffering and torture. I do not get it. How did this happen to us? The normal cycle of birth to death has been disrupted and made disharmonic and it costs us more than we know.

I say from my lips to God's ear on the wings of an Eagle, the wolf has the ability to walk in two worlds at the same time - here and there, where ever there is. Let them show you their gifts, let them live. Do not poison our Eagles or hunt and kill our wolves. If we break a link in the chain of life here, it will remain broken and the losses immeasureable. There is a perfect plan and perfect order, let it be.

When is enough enough?????

Stress is caused by the over the top way of looking at things in the present. We forget about the bigger picture and jam all sorts of thoughts and ideas and wants and needs into NOW. Then we somehow come up with the feeling insufficency. And hold our breath and wait.

Take a step back.

When it gives you goosebumps it is signaling you that you are in touch, a feeling more of us need to cultivate.

When it gives you anxiety it means you are treading in stormy waters. Look around, what have you eaten or breathed or walked into or heard that is risky or potentially harmful to you. Anxiety is your cue to back away!

When I teach health to people I explain that it takes 28 days or a lunar cycle to change something, if you want to speed it up it causes other things to slow down and creates and imbalance some where else. Patience with change is key to going with the natural flow.

To make the body terrain different it takes a season or 90 days, that is what nature requires for a shift like weight loss or healing or a new prospective.

For your benefit put that into your prospective, choose something you want to improve and get a calendar and start now, do not measure it for 28 days, then see what is happening, continue for 2 more months and then you will know what you are truly capable of.

With breathe is life, start a breathing program where you focus daily for a designated amount of time on breathing and feeling the depth of your breath - you will love the result, and for fun - breathe in new and different places, go to the park or the shore or outside in the back, your body will thank you in ways you cannot imagine.

Have fun and renewed energy - control and clarity.

ASK QUESTIONS

When I was little I always asked WHY. My step-grandfather who was a crabby old guy used to offer me a penny a minute to stay quiet - I NEVER MADE A NICKEL THAT WAY.

Today I beg you all to ask questions. If you do not understand or it does not feel good and right to you - ASK WHY?? Then very carefully absorb the response. If someone uses words that cut or confuse or tear or hurt - run away. If someone uses words that encourage and inspire - stick around for more.

Ask for the basis of their point of view, seeing it from there could be helpful, also remember they have their own specific angle, and you need to know what it is. I feel that many doctor's appointments are simply a sale, selling you drugs without giving it real thought or consideration, not speaking from experience but from a sales pitch they are just passing along, and if the one they give you fails, rather than review and rethink or go back ask the seller, they simply resell you a new drug. WHAT UP WITH THAT??? We jail sellers and addicts, but we also create and support them too, think about that. Who decides??????

Telling not asking, has become a way of living here, and being told what to do, not asked what you can and want to do, is simply bullying. Period. Ask and I will do my best, tell and it will never happen, my choice. How about you - get brave and speak your truth - voice your concerns and ask the hard questions!!! It is time now.

I have asked and been told many times to HUSH up, sit still and behave - didn't really work for me, HOW ABOUT YOU?? Dr. Steve Siegal at St. Paul Urology told me years ago to keep my healing of my interstitial cystisis under my hat - he said that kind of information would put him out of business - I have been trying to do that for 22 years!! NO MORE IC FOR WOMAN WHO SUFFER NEEDLESSLY!!

SO MUCH DRAMA, AND SO MANY PEOPLE IN IT. come on, it is just a game, you will win regardless, you may have another way of looking at it - but you are the player and the played. No victims! Ask Jesus he will tell you.

Just keep in mind you are the only one in the game, noone else counts really. First you have to do YOU. Own YOUR LIFE AND YOUR CHOICES AND YOUR PASSIONS AND YOUR FAILURES!!


My friend said he doesn't like to look into the mirror, I said oh dear!! Love yourself and laugh and live the high life.

Fat tells the story

We all know DNA can be analyzed and read, well so can fat. There is such order and protection in our body and it's fat production and distribution that learning to read it will help you order your day and your life so much better, it is simply silly to wish it away.

Let's look at the fat that hangs around someone's middle. That is the fat that holds the most toxins. Your adipose tissue AKA - FAT, protects your organs from toxins that could potentially do damage. Keeping toxins out of our joints and organs is an immune response of a very high quality. The knowledge of what you ingest daily is the key to understanding and clearing this issue.

Amalgam fillings shower your body with toxic mercury every single time you touch them together and heat them up. Actual mercury vapor is released and breathed and swallowed and it is NOT BIODEGRADABLE!!! Light up a ROOM??

You all know people - who when they walk into a room all eyes are on them - not so much because of their beauty as their light. When they smile the shine is blinding and when they speak you want to move in closer. Let that be you!! You have a choice to make each day - one, to open to the higher light of yourself and move away from resisting it. It will come with the breath and belief that you pull in and know what makes you well and happy. See it in your mind's eye. Then drink it in with your skin and hold it in with your lungs. Then push out the resistance that comes from thinking you are not capable of that amount of energy and light.

I see so many people change their health by adding in hope and a change of belief. Knowing that you are a light body in a physical body helps you embody that idea. Is your light body light?? Has it become bogged down with other's beliefs? You are a sponge here -especially as a child - did you sop up garbage or toxic thoughts? When you hear another do they encourage or inspire you? When you see yourself or hear yourself speak - do you smile at your wit and beauty???? Do you have enough courage to walk away from the pain and toxicity of negative light quenching energy that is being spewed onto you from people and media and those who claim authority over you??

People wonder why they suffer - they choose it to learn something. It is not mandatory, you can choose things that do not make you suffer, suffering is not a means to a happy ending - and the prize comes when you figure that out. YOU do not have to destroy something to fix it - not you or your body or your spirit - breaking people has to stop, but it only will if you say no!

I know that many people are done with that old painful choice, choosing instead to own their own light and embody that light well. You came in with breath you leave the same way, birth literally means first breath - death literally means last breath - that being clear - what are you doing with your BREATH!!! while you are here???? It is up to you - lighten up!!! I am.

Friday the 13th - good luck comes our way

Magic was feared and we were told somehow it was bad or wrong or broken, what we weren't told is that 5% of the planet had access to it and wanted us to be kept in the dark about it. Astrology and numerology and geometry and all the gifts that Creator gave us to make this journey here understandable and offer us specific directions, were taken away from us by the church and the politicians and the higher corporate executives. They use it though!!!! Every single day!!!

The time has come for you to put aside old advice designed to keep you in the dark and get your learning lens on. When you learn this stuff you will freak out at how very organinzed and simple life on this planet really is.

switch from struggle

I know that many struggle - I am glad they are thinking and struggling with their reality, it means something could change. So do not give up or give in, simply erase the word struggle and use transition as a substitute.

We are all transitioning to a different reality now. The one you dream of and speak of will be your personal result. You can not wish or dream of me or for me, I must do my own chosing, but you can share your visions with me and together we can en-vision something great and cooperative if we CHOOSE.

I am envisioning a cooperative loving community of family and friends - who share a vision of peace and health and sufficiency in all areas of life. I choose love and lots of laughter too.

Get out your vision board and put on it what you want and look at it and talk about it every single day, then see how powerful you really are!! I bet I know a lot of very successful youthful energetic people who are here for the finale and the New Earth, don't you??

seeing eye to eye

How can we ever see eye to eye when the changes that each one of us are making are tumbling us so hard and fast that we can barely hold on?

Don't worry about that part. Listen to your own heart and follow only that now. The eye to eye will be there when the peace that passes all understanding makes it's way into your space.

You are not here to compete or compare any longer. That is the old way. In the new way you will be honored for your own special way and the unique one of kind gifts that are yours will be your strength, no matter what they are.

People with Down's are Higher LIght beings that bear the gift of unconditional love and good cheer, no matter what. They are born into families that need these magical beings to assist them in their shifting towards love and all it brings. There is nothing less than perfect in those beings, I honor them always. I will honor you the same way. Looking at your combination of choices and the legacy of your learning and who you have become because of it is key.

I will see you and love you, sometimes close up and sometimes from a far away position. That depends on you. If your energy is radiant and magnetic I will be attracted, if it is prickly or cold I will keep my distance for the negative has no attraction any longer. Either way seeing eye to eye has no bearing any longer, it is heart to heart that the new world will have.

You can never take back a word

I have watched humans, especially my own mother throw words out there and into the air that had the ability to shatter the room and everyone in it. We had a couple of dogs growing up that always ran away - fast and hard, everytime they slipped the noose. I could never figure out why that was. When I got older I say around 8 or 9, I started wishing I could run away too.

Then I could see what I see now, how words make or break every single thing here in life and in this world. When you use the mind that is capable of so much and form an idea and have a vision of your idea, the only way to get it out there is to SAY it out loud! I will be or I am having, are ways to make it present in your presence. Present is the key here. I want every single word I speak to be a PRESENT.
Truth is the only way and my truth is MINE. Not always a fit for another to embrace but I try for it to never take something away from someone.

You are all magnificent creatures of awesome potential and I say that a lot out loud. I am grateful to have a chance to know you, and see all your exceptional abilites.
I share words, lots of words, and some I try to never ever say. I teach that if you say cancer out loud it will manifest it in your life - so stop saying it. Quit rehashing the words of another - especially if they create stress or harm. And very important here = DO NOT REPEAT THEM!! When someone believes your words they create that reality for themselves - it is a huge responsibility to use words that create beautiful healthy things and lives.

Our world and nature has ears, our animals have ears, our children have ears and I have ears too. Care enough about us to put into words the most beautiful and loving energy our ears can absorb. Speak clearly only the exact words you want SPOKEN to you.

I personally no do not want to hear NO. I will not give in to NO ever, there is always a way even if it is not known to you today. You have such power, use it now for the HIGHEST good of yourself and all of us - there is no way to hide from a word, and the feelings they manifest. THINK before you speak, I will. when my girls were little I would whisper when they needed a guiding hand, then that brought them very close to me and we would chat about the issue, they would create their own amendments and those lessons they have never forgotten. They are strong and beautiful and filled with words of encouragment in their own lives now. We didn't need to curse or holler ever, and we tried to keep that in the front of our thoughts.
Are we perfect?? We are workin' on it!! How about you??? WORKIN' ON IT TOO???

Today find words, maybe even new ones, to lighten someone's day - express your gratitude or identify beauty or simply say hello, it is nice to see you and speak with you. We all need words of encouragment now more than ever - use your WORDS as if everyone everywhere is watching and listening - THEY ARE!!!

SLIPPING AWAY

Do you feel the bonds and beliefs from your past simply slipping away now. Letting go gets easier and easier as the rules we were so held by, become revealed as bondage and were used to create fears. Less, lack, loss and just not enough - immunity, food, water, clean air, friends, money and everlasting life, just to name a few of what they said you were risking by being YOU.

There are those among men now who carry great love for this world, they are unique and gifted and may seem a little crazy or odd, but they are powerful and remember their mission here. Starbabies are everywhere, angels in human bodies and ancestors getting a chance at one more chance, have you looked into the eyes of a baby to see the eyes of a grandmother or grandfather????

Are you one of those people yourself, always wondering why you never seemed normal or could be one of the CROWD????

Rare and special and with a passion for something here, they find their way eventually, sometimes getting lost along the way, since there are no road maps here.
I have known many who waited till now to remember their purpose - music, children, animals, healing and on the list can go. If you are one who has waited, let the last of the old you and the old ways slip away from you now. Wake up and share your passion and your abilities freely, it is the only way to save this planet now. Love is free, potential is unlimited and you are ready to start.

Autism day!

How is this a reality here???? You can thank the world and the toxins of it for creating an awareness that had better wake us all up!!!

Three legged frogs discovered back the sixties told the story of toxic rain water that poisons this planet and her body - which is OUR body too.

These kids have sacrificed their lives to a higher calling - calling out a shout of change now or leave this place forever. Eden will not put up with the garbage for more than another moment, when she allows her beautiful children to become the harbingers of disharmony and the noise and pain and seperation it causes, that is her last resort before a massive slap.

You have a chance to speak up and clean up your world - say no to chemicals, and mercury and vaccinations using our kids as guniea pigs!!! Check to make sure your dentist is a willing part of a clean effort that will take decades to complete, if he uses mercury - FIRE HIM OR HER NOW - it is morally wrong on every level and the most toxic non radioactive substance on EARTH!! I love magic and I used to throw runes with my friend Cindy. I haven't thrown in awhile but someone else reminded me and here is the rune of the month. Sowelu.

The ego is wounded - in pain and it hurts.

From a higher prospective - every single thing- no matter how difficult, unfair or horrible - is divinely perfect. The opportunity giving us a chance to clear our karma, reorient our lives, and further evolve toward the light.

Once we acknowledge pain and emnbrace it and communicate it and translate it, we will learn from it, and the inner shift occurs.

Compassion, forgiveness and understanding lead to healing.

Make time to heal now. Health is a gift and free to those who choose.

April showers bring May flowers

Use this beautiful time to rinse off the old and wash it clean so the fresh start we are waiting for can begin. 2012 holds a shift not only in time but in humanity. We are the ones we have been waiting for and getting ready to launch is the April job. I am happy to have made it this far and still be standing and smiling.

Recap your life here, look back and keep what you love and let go of the other stuff and people and stresses. They are all an illusion anyway, what you resist will persist what you release will drift off peacefully. Simply wave and smile goodbye.
