Riding the waves with balance

Coming in strong and with a rhythm that needs to be navigated. Humanity has fully entered the AQUARIAN age. Peace and freedom. How does that compute in your world. I believe in health freedom in all things, choices should be offered and condsidered before I make a choice. Know your physician personally, vet them fully. Know your pharmacist personally too, and speak to them each time you buy their goods. Full Disclosure should be mandatory on all aspects of my wellness process. Years ago I learned how lethal a mammography can be to a vulnerable patient from that hospital's administrator mouth. He told me the only reason they are still used is the money it generates. IT GAVE ME PAUSE, that was in the 1980's before I went back to school to study Naturopathy. That machine is still hurting women, when a thermography could safely tell the story of breast health. A colonic will offer the therapist tons of colon DATA, WHILE A COLONOSCOPY CAN PERMEATE THE GUT AND CREATE CANCER AND OTHER ISSUES. Drugs like Gabapentin should be banned for their side effects and the losses to the human trying to be human. THOSE are just three realities that I hear about every day and know we can do health better and safer. Learn to surf the waves, look it up, talk it over, and always get a second and even a third perspective. YOU deserve peace, and the freedom to choose the way you live and die.

WHO calls you family?

I know of those with family that do not call them family or call that family ever. The loss of tremendous. Our Earth is our Mother, she is the QUEEN of this matrix. Nature is our family. Animals are our relatives. Humans of every style and type originated from the same GREAT MYSTERY that you did. Look around, we are here. I am part of a Star Family

so aware of that knowledge that we see no seperation. LIGHT or not, you are still family. Rise and shine and smile, we are all connected.

Incredibly thank full for my job

Today choose a thank full tank

. You are able to see one thing that you have or do with gratitude. My job, Naturopathy, is today's choice for me. I watched as a healed child left the autism spectrum and went to play. I watched as a panicked child set aside that feeling for involvement with others. School becomes easy, relationships begin to build. Skin clears up, weight drops, tummy aches go away and sleep becomes complete. Children of all ages deserve to be bright eyed/I'd and bushy tailed. Balance and strength are natural, as are curiousity and honest commentary. We love, truly love this work, me and my animal friends show love that every day. WHAT do you love and feel gifted by?? Happy Give Thanks day to us all. We are blessed.

Too much for some

Some are feeling too much. Soon they crumble under the pressure. Not before they squawk about it. If you feel the need to squawk now, go outside. Nature has the ears to hear you. The sun will warm your heart and the wind will whisper words of encouragement. Kids know to do this. They will squawk till someone opens the door and shoves them out into the light. Adults need to remember those childhood remedies. If you need therapy or comfort, get it. It costs alot and Nature does not. She is the best remedy I know. SHe will regulate your imbalances. She will put you to sleep and feed you to the gills. The season of lots is upon us. Regulate the flow. Only speak in the affirmative. Be a part of the joy of the season, if not, go OUT -SIDE!

11 22 20 22 Take AIM and fire - today you are given a shot at the bullseye!

We live in a world of physics. Movement and math guide us from above. Stars, Sun, and Moon all are dramatic in their offering. It depends on you and HOW you are open to the possibility of opportunity. Is your cup half empty or half full. THAT is the direction you will go. Today you get SHOT of light, and purpose and potential. Think carefully before you pull the trigger. My arrow is pointed at abundance for humanity in all things LIGHT. My friend Bob's arrow is ME. He says that is how he wants the future to be helped, holistically supporting freedom, peace, truth and justice. What are aiming at???

Missing it?

The old life, the passed, the way things were, are gone now never to return. It is time to get into the present moment and be grateful. If you are hear/here raise your eyes to the skies and see the beautiful sun. Sunrise or sunset either will do. If you are not of service to this world let me say, you are needed now. Stop waiting to be asked, ask what you CAN DO to help out. I can not hear another less, lack or loss story, and neither can you. Try something new, the community needs you and your special gifts. THEY are missing out, and you are too.

Saying GOOD-BYE, really means see ya later!

As our friends and family, human and critters alike, move to the next frequency we tend to want to say good-bye. Truth is congratulations are in order. It is a celebration of completion. A race run and won. Each energy here comes by choice, and YES, leaves the same exact way, BY CHOICE. Unconscious some are, sub-conconscious others, fully conscious more every day, and then, the super conscious who come and go frequently, angels, aliens and the like. Guardians and guides move through frequency frequently. To remember - is communion. TODAY in honor of all you have loved and have left this reality, celebrate their knowing you and YOU THEM. We have been blessed. Never forget that, and when you see them again in another frequency, give the good news that you used the memory of their love to keep on growing and glowing. Namaste, as we say see ya later to Brooklyn the Black Cat that watched over Jessie for a very long time. LOVE lights the road home. She was found tiny and abandoned in the field here by my horse, Danny. I sent her to college at the U with Jess. She lived in LA and MPLS, as a free spirit, and stayed for 20 years watching until it was time to fly. She loved like only a cat could love.
