Can we undo certain things we have done?

Says the man to the doctor he trusts. I say you can do anything you choose to do. I am a faith healer. I am a hope bringer. I am a lover of love! I am a light ordained as such. I am a highly trained and widely experienced Naturopathic Physician. Now does that make me better than anyone else? NO/know...it just offers me direction, a way of life, a long and happy career and health and wellness. AND I offer to the Mother/Father Creator of all that is, that that is good enough for me. Do you need to undo some of what you have done? find someone you trust and start to untangle your knots/nots. I brush it out of the hair on my beautiful horses, and so do lots of others willing to unsnarl their life, their health, their outcomes. See you in the barn. Brushing arms with those of like mind.

Rip Van Winkel - are you awake yet????

He got wasted, passed out and woke up way later...his friends were different or gone. His timing was off. All he knew had ended and a new day was staring at him. His issues were different too. When you age, the issues should also age with you, and eventualy fall apart and finally fall away. Mommies and daddies are gone, so is that wounded or orphaned child they raised. The one who awakens to the day they must trust themselves. Those are the ones I am looking for. In letting the light of this new earth and this new age shine brightly enough to awaken the Van Winkels, I am here. So are others who want to know you. Your trust must be accessed, your feet must hold your weight/wait once again!! It is time, and we are looking for survivors.

Unbridled enthusiasm

Scene/seen in smiling EYES/I's. I have that for many things. People ask me about it. Some find it, some lose it along the way. Under the full moon this morning I asked for a reboot of that enthusiasm. When I teach I give it all I have, and yesterday's class was terrific. Thirteen eager learners came to enthusiastically find out details of their lives and it's archetypal features. We unbridled their knowing of selfand it's magical details. Today the bright light of the moon says shine! To a world where sad and lonely are promoted in this pandemic, smiling with your i's/eyes will bring the reboot we deserve! WHO are YOU? Have you given in, given up, or even given out? You deserve to know that the smiling eyes/I's are out there/they're waiting for you! Take your bridle off and freely be!! That's who we want to see.

Blockage in the canal

The Suez Canal is blocked, why? The opening to promote trade is being reconsidered. You have a birth canal of your own to attend to. Is it blocked? Your root chakra is where home, career and family take hold and support the structure of you. The patterns developed along the way say a lot about another birth you may be involved with. This birth of a new earth and a way of living and loving here are being reconsidered now. OPEN to the changes. Today our class is about being understood as a unique individual by learning the archetypes of our incarnation. Then we will explore the helpers that we can recruit to support the adventure on earth. Time out is over now

2020 gave us a global time out. WHO knew that was possible? As the 2021 gets her footing, we survivors of the time out must get back in the game. I have watched from the sidelines for awhile. I still wrote, I still did some work, and I still wanted to play. NOW I am getting the urge to work with this new world's vision of life here. Some things have passed/past. Many things are soon to be delivered. Humanity has choices to make. The old faith is fading, the new faith in self, the earth, the over lighting of the Universe, and one another is taking the place it deserves. Yesterday I was grateful, I told those close to my life, thank you. I am proud of the commitment and joy it brings. It lifts my spirit. Ready to get your sneakers on? Or in my case, my BOOTS. The new earth awaits those awakened and excited to get with it. See you in the sooner, not later. WE ARE READY!

EX

OUTER, spatial, relational, rational, "periences" or perceptions. Using the senses to discern and navigate the HUMAN EXPERIENCE here is what we spend time doing here on earth. Meditation and prayer take you away from that, and give you a chance to let go and recenter. Some humans are super sensitized and that puts them on the spectrum. Others are desensitzed and addiction to adrenaline and other excitments becomes the focus. The harmony is in the navigating with the self through the waters of life, missing the boulders and water falls with self awareness. I used the canoe in my thoughts to get down the river of life, and then later in life switched to the paddleboard. Now I am learning another water craft with wings, we will see how far that takes me. Enjoy the ride, sit on the shore when you need too, make time to take time to be YOU. No one has your perceptions, only you will be quizzed at the end of this lifetime on the skills you developed this go round. LOTS of EX's out there, let them go and freshen up the ride with new perceptions and navigations that suit you. YOU will be glad you did.

Merit

I got merit badges as a child, earned by experiencing life's choices. Cooking, animal care, reading, and so on. I later received another merit, a diploma, as a Naturopathic Physician. It offered in-sight to the over view of my personal health. As a child I was injured by vaccines and mercury fillings in my teeth. It took the merits of experience to understand the system that was abusing me, and injuring my body and my progress. I learned to do things in a more natural and organic way so that my children did not have to earn the same merits that I did. LOOK to your personal experiences, you will see the merits in completion and the understanding it offers. YOU are all born with a limbic system in tact. In the early years it develops strength with the new teeth in the front that present the energy of the kidneys and adrenal glands. If a mother while pregnant is stressed, she will tap that system for her own survival. Those babies tapped do not sleep well when they are little, and unless it is taken back and rebuilt with the knowing of how to build the system up again, it causes things like bed-wetting, fear peeing, fight or flight excesses and more. Addictions become an option often embraced. Later life diabetes is also potential with out careful support of those kidneys and adrenals. Is there merit in understanding the limbic system? Well, ask the prey animal who escapes the predator over and over again. In community, a group limbic system is even stronger. NOW do you understand the losses we are enduring by isolating ourselves? Merit badge in the knowing of NO, alone and separate is not healthy, nor does it protect me. In isolation there is shrinkage of the limbic system and ultimately loss of the provider. UNDERSTAND that divided we fall. Stand together and heal the losses, your health and future are in YOUR hands. AND MINE TOO>
