Still Space comes in Meditation

Still Space comes in the form of time out, time off, and time spent with like minded individuals looking to upgrade their health and perspective. We are going to share still space in Mexico this coming October 12 - 19th for those looking to learn how to command it. Looking to a brighter side of life

I see so much. Sometimes too much. I am inclined the brighter side of things as a rule. I share that with my friends and family. I also show that side of me when I work with a client. It is a good habit to work on. How?? Put up words and pictures of those things that you cherish, that make you smile, and that awe you. Take time every day to indulge your eyes and mind with them. After awhile it will be-come YOU! I am strong believer in light, bright and warm! It is a choice, GO AHEAD and make yours.

Exercise

You have a right to exercise, your rights and your lefts. So many ways to see, go and become. To feel confused, scattered or in chaos seems to be the order right now, or left now. Sit still as we come through the other side of the three eclipses. It is 19 years ago that we had a chance to be, right or left, and we are there again. Use the experience and those outcomes to create your new reality. If you were too young to remember, then sit still for the first time and make decisions based on love, light and laughter. ANY thing less will simply need to go away!

There are NO secrets now

We were fooled. Over and over the hair went up on our necks, and we did not know why. Now we do know why. Much of what is happening has fooled us into thinking we could break the laws of nature, and human community and survive. We cannot. Tell your truth, all of it. Be clear, be kind, and learn when NO means NO. You are not here to save this world, you are hear to save yourself. Learn how, come travel with us, and we will teach you. Sleep....the key

If you are tired, SLEEP! We need it at the right time to be in the right health. It is a key to healing, weight loss and energy use. Without it we fade quickly and then we just leave here. It takes time. YOUR time is all you can give it. You cannot use mine. If you learn it's value and why it has so much, you will be young, and healthy, and fit for a very long time. Is it called into super knowledge under the rules of circadian rhythm. Look them up and see if you are following these rules to long life and happy days. It is one third of the 3 dimensions of this world, know it's value!

Those are mine. Do you ever wonder who you are? I am those aspects of energy here. I own it. I get up early, and yes, I crow!! Ask anyone. I am pure fire, and that makes me... ME.
