Sleep....the key

If you are tired, SLEEP! We need it at the right time to be in the right health. It is a key to healing, weight loss and energy use. Without it we fade quickly and then we just leave here. It takes time. YOUR time is all you can give it. You cannot use mine. If you learn it's value and why it has so much, you will be young, and healthy, and fit for a very long time. Is it called into super knowledge under the rules of circadian rhythm. Look them up and see if you are following these rules to long life and happy days.
