Tread lightly here

They are called petty tyrants. Those who use times of stress to create stress. I ask that you do more than your share now, not less. I ask that you tread lightly on and in a world that is in need of the nicest, most helpful humans we can be. Simple, ask for permission to do or say stuff that you want considered. Say thank you when NO is the answer now. We are being called to leave eveything better than how we found it. Night into DAY

Bringing dreams to life is a job. It is a job I love. I am a dreamer. If you have ever been with me in the morning you hear/here vivid recollections of amazing dreams. I know if I can dream it, I can do it. I have been in the job of Naturopathic Physician for many years, decades in truth. It was a dream COME TRUE! I know miracles exist because I see them over and over. Healing, unconditional love, families reunited, vision restored and balance again a part of each person's life. I am hearing/hereing now another dream to share. It is a dream of peace, brotherhood, understanding and completion. It takes a willing heart, an honest voice, and self less and full of true love. As this life presents itself today, think of what you dreamed all along. Is it real, can it happen, do you control it's ability to manifest it's beauty? YES, yes, yes, and double YES! Nights are turning back into day now, welcome to the AGE of AQUArIUS, where dreams are real. AND i for one believe in dreams.

Small or not, we deserve support from this world

I love working with kids, small or not they deserve our support. I watched a show about a run away, and the character who rescued her. I am one of those kind of characters. I wanted to do search and rescue work with my German Shepherd, Coty, back in the 80's. I bought the books and the dog, and got ready to move into it. I was stopped in my tracks with a dog who literally did not develop hip sockets from her shots as a puppy, and the Hip Dysplasia was beyond anything anyone I knew had ever seen. The breeder said to give her back and he would give me another, and he would kill her to put her out of her dis-ease. I said NO!! I knew then that there was no support for the mistakes people make, and the small lose out so much of the time. My dog was not disposable!~! I helped her, and she lived with us for 12 years in a way that love knew, and we cherished her for HER all the days of her life. The children damaged by shots were next on my agenda. I then turned toward the search and rescue of the human kind and here I am 30 years later still supporting the small ones. We all need to know that we are healing machines, and each one needs our love and support. Great or small, we deserve it ALL!

Promise???

To WHOM??? People are being promised illness, loss, less and worse. Why do we hear/here this again and again? It is the way humans reduce the resistance. They make promises that they do not honor to get their way with others. NOT anymore. So today, if you want a promise of a new and healthy tomorrow, start with yourself. Promise yourself light. Light from the SUN, lighter food, step lightly too. Promise yourself laughter. Corny or not, find something fun and funny and laugh out loud. AND most importantly LOVE someone, something, somehow. I love my horses, my land, my pups, my health, my clients, and yes, my friends and family too. BUT best of all I love myself enough to know when enough is enough. I promise myself I am worth the words. Be in the light of the new earth now, where ever you fit in, promise yourself you are truly worthy. MAKE a promise and keep it. This is what we are all counting on. I promise you.

Hungry...

People are hungry. They need something substantial and warming. Yesterday we put together beans and rice and had it delivered to a homeless connection in the Twin Cities. Seven 5-gallon pails went into the cold night of a Minnesota winter to the cold and hungry. Times are now, not sooner or later, that we look locally to those who need our friendship and cooperation. You are generous by nature. It is the muscle we need now to develop. Generosity has no ability to see less, lack or loss. So even a smile or handshake can be the generous expression that a hungry heart needs. Think about it now, clearly, without holding back. WHAT feeds your hunger? Say hi to that knowing, welcome the understanding, and then offer it outward. Healing our world is an inside job, ARE YOU HUNGRY TO HELP? Let us know, we can use you in service to this healing world. It is time.

Yin and Yang

We must navigate to the fulcrum, yin and yang are those teeter totter tippers. You are both ends with the middle ready for you to balance there/their/they/re. There is a time to choose what keeps you balanced, and simply say to anything less, sorry, that tips my teeter tooter just now. Sweet spot available for those who know it is there now, everyone has one, find yours and stay there/their/they're till we get thought this. Uplift is fun, balance is crucial, and when you get slammed on the other end, laugh out loud! This is your world, enjoy the playground God gave you to use. Teeter tottering is fun!

Do not be idle

You are being asked now by the astrology of the Universe to speak your truth in a good way. Sales pitches not needed, nor are criticisms. Let's use Mercury the communicator to say what it is we love, and want, to be here for the future of our world. THE CHILDREN are counting on us. AND we need them to hear/here positive warm inspired words of improvement. Kick it into high gear here/here, idling is for those not staying around much longer.

Stand in the light and tell me WHO you are...

I learned that command long ago. It has served me well. There is much going on these days and knowing you have a sovereignity that needs to KNOW NO is the key to our future here. Be still, stand in the light, feel the love, let go of the losses. Clean and fresh each day, go about your world offering joy and help and empathy. IF, and I mean every time you feel IFFY, quietly look it in the eye's/I's you are trying to understand and say STAND IN THE LIGHT AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE. Do that 3 times, benevolent energy will make know to you it's identity and purpose, any other life form will simply disappear from your field. YOU are LIGHT all onto your self and to this world, make it BRIGHT, make it RIGHT and be the best who YOU CAME TO BE NOW. We are the ones we have been waiting for. Namaste'

Are you IN the way or ON the way

Raised with WORDS, I love the ways they show us - us. Creation is a word based reality. Love is the energy that creates beauty and grace and abundance. Hate creates as well. How you form words, when you use them, and what you intend, all come forth in your speech. WAY is a word that offers direction. There are four on this planet. Four ways to go, North, South, East or West. Spring, summer, Fall or Winter are 4 ways the world presents herself. You too/two - have four ways you manifest. One is mother's DNA, two is father's DNA, three is the blending of those strands, and fourth is the overlighting you put on the energy from the source of your connection. It is like frosting on the cake of YOU. Many ingrediants offer unique features, spice or sugar, bold or subtle, colorful or drab, each feature is a contributor to the WAY it goes and turns out. Are in IN the way? OR are you ON the way? Staying on top and maintaining an overview, without malice or judgment is one part of being ON the way. Feeling pushed around by the ways here, is about being in the way. Today analyze the ways of YOU. Decide on the love ways that you flourish with. Discuss them, share them with the world, you all have features to feature. For now I am on the way to UNITY

Waves of change

I am a seer and a lucid dreamer. It is the way I do what I do. In my dream last night I was called to the details of the WOMEN of Earth. I am one, a daughter, a sister, a girlfriend, and a grandmother, but most importantly - I AM A MOTHER and this is the woman's gift and it is priceless. I know what it takes for me to stay healthy and balanced in those roles. The truth is I make it look fun and easy. IT IS NOT. I have heard terms like, ON the RAG, Witch, Bitch, Slut and on and on the list goes of names women endure for the simple sake of being a woman to the "besty" energy of their ability and training. The energy came in my dream, ROILING like a Tsumani wave before it hit the sand. Pulling up and back like a horse rising up I could feel the power of the dream, then it hit like the most beautiful gold and blue wave I have ever seen. Like silk it came into postion, and I smiled. When I returned to my clinic, I SAID THIS, "Put up a sign, make it stunning in it's design, put it so all the women can see it as they go by the glass door here. AND let's bring the ROYAL WAVE back to the Divine Design of WOMEN of EARTH now. Nuff' Said. See you soon. Community promotes IMMUNITY!

In loving consideration of one human to another human, IMMUNITY is promoted. In isolation there is the extinguishing of the flame where no other heat is around to keep the fire stoked. DO THE MATH EVERYONE> You are a very integral aspect of NATURE. Study the law of nature, unless you come together now, you will not survive. Hormones need hugs, it is a simple law of nature. Hormones tell your body where, when and how high it should go. Flourishing is your gift from the Universe. Dancing like a spark around the flames of your life force, together we will thrive! Communal hugs here now! So we can move into healing, and life as it was meant to be lived and loved.
