A life of work, your life's gift - Thanks Louise Hay!

I have used her work to support my work for thirty years of natural health teaching. Emotion and it's connection to physical health is key to understanding the body and the energy that it uses to DO SOMETHING! Each electrical connection has a source in history, traumatic or not. That map is there. It shows up in injury, pain, and disease and distortion. It also shows up in the beauty of real health, which is inside and outside all together in harmony. She is in the clouds with Creator now, with an overview that will astonish even her, for the blessings of her work and her life here are something very beautiful. Mirror Mirror of my life

On the wall all the way down the hall. Yes, the hall of fame of my long life, and it's reflections of me glaring back to me. Showing all I need to know. See yourselves in all that you interact with. Healthy, sees healthy. Happy, sees happy. Success, sees success. Like attracts like, sometimes even when it is a small glimpse of what you are and want to be. Surround yourself with those and that which you aspire to become reflecting the sparks of you, you love and are proud to represent. In light, see all. In dark, keep looking for light. It is easier to choose, and know what is right for you. We come here to know ourselves and the world conspires to help you. Look, and see, mirror mirror of me!

Oh my, what have I DONE?!

My puppy Mni Wiconi, or MINI for short, says that me a lot! The early start in a people family came at 4 weeks when her mom was killed. It was a start that came too quickly for a baby dog. She is just now 12 weeks old and in my mind, this is the beginning of her training. Up to now it was just my job to love her, keep her safe and warm. We'd play and rest and live till today! As we all do when we are learning, we mess things up. She sure does. I see, and then I say, OH MY! What have you done??? She always says, even though it may be a mess, it was her best effort!! I know that to be true. SO we begin again with new set of goals. It is that way for humanity too. There were and still are messes everywhere. Lives shattered, love lost. Now in the NEW AGE, the fresh start begins as we have been promised. Forgive, forget, move forward, heal your body, your mind and your heart. Say you are sorry, and mean it. Say the words you want to live and love from here forward. We were babies and acted like it for awhile, wishing someone would take care of us. NOW WE ARE US! We are the ones we have been waiting for. So do your best work, so that when you say OH MY WHAT HAVE I DONE, You will be proud of it. Smile, and breathe, and live love now. It is your time to shine. Mni is!!

Boundaries

I have lived with in them and with out them too. It is a valuable prospective and offers us balance and safety. My view of those that work for me are global and more. My personal boundaries are specific to my choices and YOURS. I do within my ways and means all that I choose to. You do too. Yet... sometimes there are those who cross the line. Please today, decide where your line is. Your comfort zone is chosen by you, and you have every right, and left, to express that choice to all who come close. A good day for all. Important - yes, you are

In the new age we are all important. None less, none more. A balance has begun. I felt it yesterday on the bare back of the alpha mare, Tula at Hawk's Ridge Ranchi>. She is a power house/ power horse and was full of life. And staying up, balanced, even when she stumbled hare in a gallop was how we rolled. It has taken a lifetime to be able to be that confident. It has taken a focus and a belief in progress here that has never left my vision. Balance is the important place to start, then harmony in cooperating with all parts of the same whole. Ultimately power, full power is restored to that which was weakening. All important to know and be, as you are important as you can be. Feel it and be it. Smile, you are showing up now, in an important way and we are happy to see you again.

Home is where the heart is

Our hearts are poked and prodded, they are neglected and forced to run on empty. Then when they squawk they are drugged and drowned in alcohol and left alone and it ends there. Sometimes a long road, sometimes quickly. It ALL begins in the heart and it ends in the heart too. The nest of the soul is the heart, the engine of the body is the heart, and it must remain soft, and open, and filled with potential to keep the body alive. Now, that being said, DO SOMETHING today that causes your HEART to sing! A song of joy, light, encouragement, love or any thing else that adds positive energy to it. SPARKS fly from the heart, get your fire started everyone, it is cold where there is no flame!!AND YES< you are the fire-keeper, no one else can do that job.

Energy.....

Comes in many forms. You are the greatest spark of energy around, me too. In the light we shine and can dazzle the eye. In the love of a life producing something worthy, it is just as bright and clear. In the loss of love for each other and our own lives, we fade and move on to another place. Do all you can to feed your energy. Good clean foods, water you can feed your puppy and baby, air that smells wonderful and clean, and yes, light, unfiltered from the SUN! Then DO you, doing what YOU love most. Find the time, the money, the way to do it, and git er'done. Our future depends on energy, and YOU are the source! me too.
