One - start fresh when we can

We can call a do over when ever we are up to it. I follow each day numerologically.  They have a frequency and when you catch the vibe of the day, it is just easier and better. Today is a one day. I like that. It gives me a shot at a fresh  start on something or everything.  I know that I can do better. If I practice what I preach and put in to play what I am passionate about it elevates my life and my work here. So think up something fresh for today, or something better, or maybe just easier. Stand in the Light of Love and Life here, and allow the download. Then align it to something you can really sink your teeth in to. WHEN YOU GET IT THE WAY YOU LIKE IT, APPRECIATE IT, OR THAT, OR THEM, WITH ALL YOUR ENERGY!!!! That way it will remain. Here to ONE's all around.

Professional BULLIES!

They are in medicine, education, law, insurance, banking and even in your own neighborhood. Those who tell  you when and how high, you are to jump. No discussions, no real evidence that what they want or say is right or true or even real at all. I watch the told and sold trick, someone telling YOU what YOU need and what you will have or earn or be worthy of. I have watched the threats of less, lack or loss of freedom and support that comes from those who want to take away your gifts and YOUR POWER.  I teach a simple way to deal with this, the way of the horse. First my horses look and listen, then they sniff, then they touch a tiny bit with their tongue. If the body relaxes and opens they move toward it and feed their body and spirit. If they are alerted by a shot of adrenaline, the limbic system lighting and their hackles raise up, they either flee or in the worst case scenario, they fight. You have the same ability. Allow to begin with, then if the hair goes up on your neck after you have heard the person, leave. If the hair goes up on your arms and you tingle and desire to open your mouth, you are being inspired!! Enjoy, many are here now to inspire you. Bullies are on the way OUT!

Past Passed

We carry much of our past in our present. It influences us in so many ways. Memories that evoke happy productive responses are welcome here now. Those that promote old feelings of fear, or loss, or anger or grief, now need to leave us here in peace. This is the time to heal and forgive and FORGET about it. You will need to allow light and love into your heart and mind to accomplish this task. It is so available to us now. Stand under a waterfall of light, let it rain over you, then let it wash through you. Feel the relief in the release. If you can understand, allow it. If you have yet to reconcile with it, allow the healing anyway. We all deserve this.  Choices are made here every day, choose to be present now with the things that make your heart sing, your body move and your faith and hope strong. I know to live free and easy and peaceful, the pain that we carry must dissolve with the passed/past. New day!! New way!! New you and new Su!

Fade to black. We have seen it done, movies often end that way. Now let's learn to lighten to bright white light. This clears the field of any hidden residue along with the big junk right in front of your eyes. Decide what must clear. Are you haunted, plagued, disturbed.....or any thing like that. Addicted, injured, lost......insecure, unhealthy, unhappy.... There are so many to choose from, so start with a few. Or just one big one. Close your eyes, and say, I am standing in the LIGHT of Creator. Under this light of pure love, I see everything clearly. I ask that ________, whatever is in need of release, be transmuted to it's next highest level of light now. I release freely with gratitude for the lesson. I am healed, free and peaceful in my willingness to add in more light and love to my field. Try it, I do it every single day of my life, and look how good this is all turning out!!! I see them on the skins of those who want us to know what is deep within their reality. I love the willingness. I also see the ones not inked. I have watched and marveled at the colors, the designs, the energy that comes up from the depths, making it's way to the surface in bold revelation. I see lots of things I want to get closer to and some that send me away. I know we are blossoming now, like the seeds long planted, we have taken the heat and the rain and finally we are being given a chance to rise and shine. What do you look like? What do you want to show and tell? It is time now, let's do this thing!

NEW MOON - NEW YOU

If you have struggled, you are not alone. If you lacked value or worth or love in your life, you are not alone. It was all part of, the plan. We are here to do our part of the plan. The sick will heal, the poor will be generous, the sad will shine brightly with their smiles. It is the gift that we have sought all along. Deep down inside there was always,  a knowing of that. Then along the way there were reminders, people, places, things, memories, experiences. All of which were chosen by you to assist you as you fumbled through. The meek shall become strong, the lame shall now walk, the blind will see, that is what we are creating now. I have seen healing after healing, just by choice and faith. You are the healer you have looked for all of your lives here. Enjoy, it is well won, I am proud of each and every one of us who came for the adventure. Celebrate this moon it is as good as it gets.

How to know what is RIGHT for you

We are all a blend of minerals. We are frequency machines, each unique as the moment we were born. Place and time set into play, our first tune. DNA was basis, the receptor that programmed the body. Then we added in fluid, colostrum first followed by mother's amazing milk. Then light, or fire, and most importantly, LOVE. We began to resonate, generate, vibrate and accumulate. I practice frequency medicine, I have for many years. I work on the weakest frequencies first and commonly the results are miraculous. It is something that saved and then dramatically changed my life. I have assisted others in mineral redistribution zillions of times, and again, results miraculous. Knowing what works for you is as simple as a heartbeat. You know when it pounds or hums or sings or shuts down. That is your learning tool, the beat of your own drum. I teach pendulum, it is the heart extension that you can see with your eyes. I am a visual learner so that helps me. Learn how you flourish when you know and feel and see what is right for you.
