Let your parting words always be kind- they remain with you forever
My friend lost a loved one unexpectedly and it caused great pain. There should never be any regrets and will not be when we learn to end our conversations with words of love or kindness or gratitude. It is a simple, good and healthy habit to get in to, and it puts in to play a future of good wishes and positive outcomes that still are yet to come. You are the boss of your mouth, your words to another effect you and your future, not theirs. His departed one knew he would be leaving momentarily, maybe it was a last chance to say I love you or say how happy I am to know you and have you in my life, or simply thanks for everything. Try it, I think you will like the outcome and the outpouring of positive energy too. Our lessons come quickly now, and changing the pace is what 2012 and 2013 are all about - you picking up what I am putting down?????

What you speak is what your bubble holds as it surrounds only you. You can not influence me unless I allow it to penetrate my bubble. I protect my bubble every morning before my feet touch the floor so I am safe and my bubble is clear and impervious to the negativity that is in our world. I do not react to the illness I see and hear about in my work ever. My bubble does not let it in. I do, however know that I must protect myself from words and pictures and activites that can effect me in some way I do not want. That is my responsibility, period. No bad news for me, no media hype ever, no drama or loss can penetrate a bubble of love. Get in the habit of clearing your bubble and then asking it to stay solid all day long. Alcohol and drugs dissolve the protective outer shell, be careful!! I call it elbows and assholes, when I see the auras mixing together with no boundaries. It is up to you, your bubble creates your emotional state and your biological state too. Etheric cleansing, like sage can help you clean up your bubble, or just in-vision yourself inside it with a wet wipe and then a border marker, clean it up and draw the line around it that you do not want crossed. Then go about your bliss today and see how you like that!! Bouncing around light as air and clear and impervious, cool huh??
Sow's ear into a SILK PURSE
I like that old saying, it says a lot about how I see things. Totally fixable. Yet as I ponder that idea, I realize I see fixable as what it is and that programming needs to stop now. I speak only of me, my words are mine no matter what I am speaking of, or who to, those words create my reality. I am a sow's ear if I say I am, I am a silk purse too. I need to focus and drop the words that hinder me in any way. I need to release the idea of fixing anything and know for sure that all is well and improving, that there is nothing for me to fix now. Fix means broken, no more of that, I ma not nor have I ever been broken in any way. Learning a new set of practices and creating healthy realities is a part of our life now, letting the learned lessons slip into the passed/past is the key to embracing all the good stuff. If you think someone needs fixing, it is only you who does. If you learn and begin to form your thoughts and then your words about well and even improving now, that is A QUANTUM LEAP.
