Vitamin D

Sunlight and it's electric energy broadcasts to you through your skin then to your liver and then it does it's magic. Summer in Wisconsin has plenty of sunlight. After September fades so does the D. Take extra. Get outside. The sunlight reflecting off the snow and ice are good when you go outside! Warm hearts come from that synthesis since the LIVER is the body's heater. Take your magic self test, use your kinesiolgy, muscle test the daily dose. I do that, and I do not suffer seasonal depression. I love the short days of winter, as that is my birth time. Pay attention to nature, add in when it needs a boost, and you will be boosted too! D3 is a key!
