the 6 year of 2022

Numerology lays the groundwork for the earth's math. Super organized and consistent. We just went through a number 6 year, Metatronic. Magical in many ways not really understood yet. 2023 is a 7. Tricks and treats. Throw the dice, play the game. The win is in the new earth, and the humans falling back in love with the potential. We need to adore our earth, as she is our home for now. Clean air and water, beauty beyond belief. Understanding her value, and taking care of her, so that she can take care of us. Raise your glass, your eyes, your voices and celebrate the fact that you are here and ready for 2023 in a new and loving way. GOOD BYE 2022, you were interesting in many ways and completion is at hand. HAPPY NEW YEAR WORLD, here we come!!

let's buddy up

If you are strong and wise, be a buddy. If you are able to keep an eye out, be a buddy. If your luck is enough to share, be a buddy. We need to see each other, hear each other and say out loud, are you in need of a buddy, cuz I could be that buddy for the time being. It is an honor and a privilege to be a buddy to someone little, or young, or out of step in the moment. Be the one who says everything is going to be alright, hold tight, I got ya!!

R U ready or NOT/KNOT

Knotted, tangled, rigid, all the same only different, free and clear is free and clear. Move away from the shore and out into the flow of the stream. It comes in the form of motion and direction. Yoga is flow, meditation is flow, volunteering is flow, neighborlyness is flow. Drama is every where, conflict means you have to engage. DO NOT engage the conflict. What you resist persists. If you need to, lay down your sword and walk away from the NOTS/KNOTS> Let them unravel their own tangles from now on. DO YOU, and I will do me, and we can together look to a future of free and clear. SEE YOU IN THE DEEP END of the POOL where the water is calm and warm!

Last day of 65 years here again

I have been here before. Some have and some have not. This time was easier and harder. I was glad I knew to know many things and be accountable for that knowledge. I believe in family, in light and in love. I need intergrity and honesty, with humor and intelligence. I believe in being well, cheerful, energetic and willing. Asking for help was not one of my super powers. I have learned to do that too. Look at your time spent, it is proving fruitful. Look around and see where you are needed. There is so much to pitch in on, and being a part of the system upgrade is a great way to spend another 65 years here. Happy Birthday to me!!

EYES< EARS< NOSE AND THROAT, the bullseye is the mouth.

What ever is fed, and whatever is spewed, is in conjunction with the mouth, YOUR MOUTH. GO to a Medical dentist, an organic farmer, an honest teacher of any kind, for mouth stuff. Anything less at this point is going to cost you. It will cost your health, wellness, your youth, your truth, the beauty that goes into you in harmony, becomes you. YOUR eyes/I's are from your mouth, your sense of smell smells it. Your throat and your hearing all connected to your mouth and it's harmony. Noise, blurry, toxic odor, a few of the costs. SING< drink clean, eat single alive ingredients, and laugh alot out loud. TELL the truth, polite or not, white lies are still lies. STOP with any thing less, and love your world with a kiss and a smile.The lines on your face, connect the dots of a life, is yours a smiley face drawn by taking care of your mouth and all that is brings, in and out. BULLSEYE!!!! Know your aim.

12-12 on a 12 day??

Numerology, astrology, geology and on it goes. The study of something interesting. This holiday, think outside the box. Play the movie back and remember some "ology" you were attracted to long ago. It is another branch on the tree of life you are. Branch out, or up. YOU MAY still have something to learn. 12 times 12 totals 144. I learned that awhile back and it is still interesting today! DO the math, use your logic and your intuition. It is a new age and things are going to get easier.

Roots

The world hosts the trees of life here. SO WHY do we chop down trees, clear cutting our roots, and the branches with give us our breath? So that the stability a human needs is compromised. Find your tree. WH O IS YOUR FAMILY? Mine is the WHITE PINE. I put her in my yard when I build my pine log house. She gives me tea, she gives me shade, she is giant, and she is SO SOFT. Her roots are my roots, her breath is my breath, her strength and her flexiblity is mine. SHE is beautiful and I will take care of her all the days I can. HOW about your tree? Roots and branches are family. AND yes, we are all connected. Our cousin from Northern Ireland is Druid, and those are ones who take care of our trees. 5 eagles in a tree

My daughter says what does that represent. In dreams, day or night, awake or not, use your dream book to see the bigger picture. EAGLE is the high flyer, overlooking the world with grace and power. It is how I see the GREAT MYSTERY, as a beautiful eagle, watching over us. 5 in the number of change! WOW, 5 Great MYSTERIES in one tree, which is the breath of life for the world we live in. It is the roots of your DNA finding a home here for the time being. Are you looking up for that connection to Source? Do you feel observed and loved all at the same time. The sparrow and you, both worthy. Take a moment and go into NATURE and see the dream, it is yours to behold and it is yours to make real and true. I know that because the EAGLE told me so.

Peace and harmony ?!$%&

There are so many versions of those ideas. Peace to me is very different then peace is to others. Some see the glass half full, others half empty. THE PEACE PIECE is in the perception. Maybe I should align to my piece of peace by first designing it to fit MY NEEDS. My peace pipe is real. I carry one for the good of my world. Some need the peace that comes with big things, others need nothing at all. I have seen/scene much peace in places where there was little else. In the restriction of our knowing there is little peace. Looking out and beyond with faith and hope, and believing in things unseen will result in peace. Good and improving, every day, a thought that brings peace into the equation. Today light your peace pipe, burn your sage and tobacco and sweet grass. Breathe the smoke of those magical gifts, and all harmony in your heart. TWO make harmony, agree to disagree, live and let live. AND the peace that truly is yours by right of life and breath will come in to view.

Who is your boss?

I was a recruiter long before I became a naturopathic physician. I met bosses. I made matches. It was a great job for a SEER. I can see things that others may not. Bosses were always worth checking into. Most were iffy. Long term recruitment contracts required that the boss be as transparent as the applicant. They needed to be vetted as much as the candidate. If they were liars, cheaters, thieves, bullies or just insecure and toxic, the match would not last. YOU are your own BOSS first and every day. DO YOU Like your BOSS? IS your boss a good one??? Would your boss expect too much from you? Would your boss call you less, or offer lack? Lucid DREAMER?

I call them awake dreams. Talking to myself and others out of the dream while I am fully in the dream. Last night I dreamt of humans leaving their buildings in every way possible. Out the window, off the balconey, off the roof, en masse. I never saw where or how they landed, I just watched in awe as they vacated their buildings. YOU are a home, an apt, a skyscraper or even a tipi. YOU are the sacred keeper of your building. If the structure you own and care for is on fire, or rotting, or just in need of vacating, now is the time to look a new system of housing. Care for your body like is a puppy or a tiny child. Feed it, nurture it, train it, sun it, rest it, approve of it, but mostly adore it with lightness and love. DREAMING of making the world a better place? START with YOU! DREAM that you are worth the love that the Great Mystery has for you and all will "fall" out the window, off the balconey or even the roof, and land square in a wonderful place. Namaste'

Put your money where your mouth is

Your truth is your life, your health, your career, your relationships, your choice. Kids and critters mimic YOU. I say the truth that I here/hear each morning in my meditation. It is shared and I stand by what I say. My kids know that. They are truthful and accountable as adults. My animals are me, and they reflect back to me all that I share with them. Inside is where you know no. Outside is where/wear you SHOW. True colors stream from your words, your poetry, and your songs of joy. Complaining gets you less. Blaming puts you in the hole. AND criticizing, well, the deep deep well of sinking...health, happiness and the dreams of light and love that you were born to real - eyes. GOOD LUCK with all of that!, Remember, you are the boss of you, and that is all you need to know. KIDS will find a way, AWAY from the less, the loss, the lack, and YOU WILL MISS THEM> I see kids run, hide, wasted energy, and that is not OK with me.
