Eat right for your type

Everyone who learns about food and it's value and proper use, WINS. We know that DNA programs the body, 8 generations of 2 strands the most prevalent programming. If your blood type indicates your dominant gene pool, then eating that way makes perfect sense. When I introduce that philosophy to my clients, at first  they have to think a bit about it. When they decide to give it go, they are so surprised by how efficient food becomes, how quickly their weight changes and how much REAL energy they have. Learn this, and live well and healthy for the rest of your life. My closet contains the clothes I wore as a kid, and still do to this very day. How about you?
