I listen every day to frustration, irritation, and complaints in my role as a Naturopathic Physician. I say to those here/hear for advice, "WHAT do you want?". I dream of making the world a better place, I suggest we dream about making us, as individuals, better first. Kindness, honesty, joy, then clean up the mess after they go, so you get quality time while they are there. We are are moving through, waste no moment.
