I know you are all feeling the shift and it really really hurts. Money, relationships, health, careers and so it goes, all shifting. It's the tsunami that was foretold and it is here and we are right in the thick of it. Even those who claim they don't know, know.
If you are feeling the adrenaline zing that brings everything from excitement to insomnia, you too, are in the middle of it. Anxiety being the first clue, conflict being the result or addiction to something that soothes the adrenals and the fight or flight feature. Drugs,sugar,junk food, pop, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, sex, porn, the need for speed, the willingness to zing someone else with sarcasm or judgement or criticism or mean words, just a few of the human tricks we use to survive.
To deal with one issue we grab on to another one, fundamentalism, group elitism, separation from all that are not LIKE you. It just just keeps on growing, then we get fatter and sadder, sicker and uglier and more lost.
Good news is you are not lost, you are right here right now and totally loved and learning about love through all this. It really is good news and let's say it's getting better all the time. So just for today, feel that you are perfect and learning perfect things and being the perfect student. Watch yourself morph into the perfect self. Beauty is you, see it in everything and feel it's reflection on your face and in your life. OPEN YOUR EYES and really see the beauty of this world and her children. All is well and improving!! The Beautiful St. Croix river
Last night we smoked the pipe and sent healed waters down the St.Croix to the Mississippi in to the Gulf for assistance. We enjoyed our time at Arcola Mills an old logging site on the upper river now being preserved as on the historical register as part of our river history.

So to think that little tiny cups of healed water, Dr. Emoto style, would change the gulf into a healthy place seemed somewhat small for a moment. Then I think about what one kind word does or one shot of an antibiotic can do or simply the breathe of God creating human life into clay with one blow. I know for sure it did and will make a huge difference.
Let's all love and heal one tiny thing today. Say your sorry to someone, cheer someone up, give someone a bouquet you picked of wildflowers, pet the dog twice or throw the ball a little longer. WHO ARE YOU REALLY?
Over the years I have asked myself that question many times, each time I get another look at who I am really.
I can look at you and know more then when I look at myself since I see your aura better then I see my own. I also have a habit of wanting to lighten everything up or wake it up or pump it up or whatever.
Last night Emmett Smith did a show on his roots. He went all the way back to Africa and then he said he could hear his grandparents say "there, now you know who you are and where you came from and here is more of what to do with that gift." We are built on the DNA of family and not all of us like it or even get it. Never the less it is there for a reason and it has amazing value.
In honor of my family I too am going to hook up to my roots. I am heading out to Fort Benton Montana where my grandparents home has been refurbished and is on the market. It is from 1850 and I know I will love it. My Blackfoot heritage needs to be cultivated and that is where I will begin. I know now that the pain of segregation and the loss of security is a big deal with me, that prejudice is one of my pet peeves and that needs to be understood to be handled. This will open new doors to my inner self and that is always good. The Culbertson House there will wake me up and pump me up, and when I get downloaded I will share it all with you.

Dream it up now!!
For those who follow this, the time is now!!
You are finished aren't you, the pain should be on it's way out. Many of you chose a pain in and of life that when felt was beyond anything I've seen here. When you shared your misery it was without thought to another or about another. You just whined at a pitch that is hard to take. I understand, I have done that too.
It was that whining which broke the glass, the field of energy has been shattered. The heat has blasted through layers of insulation and all the toxic experiences held there.
Flush yourself with water pure and crystal clear and infused with love and light.
Be free to dream big now. Write it out, and then watch and see what happens.

Its' a new day
For those of you following Greendotforearth.com and the vision of Terry Nichols to open the door for unity and cooperation, yesterday was a great day of completion and beginnings.
He has seen and felt a new day coming and acted in a way to open that door with the might of one voice, his. I met him last winter and felt his passion and made it a part of my dreams too.
The planet long ago put the four colours in four places and fed them and nurtured them separately. Each creating it's own culture, beliefs, attributes, systems of healing and education. Each being gifted with specific and unique gifts and responsibilities.
The time of separation is over now and prophecy says we will, as children of the Creator of All That is, The I am That I Am, remember that in the beginning we were created equal and as brothers and sisters in the LIGHT.
Angels have walked among us, coaching us for all time and they are here now to assist with the ushering in of the New Age of Aquarius. WE ARE TO REMEMBER THAT WE ARE CITIZENS OF THE EARTH, ONE PLACE UNDER GOD AND SHOULD WORK TOGETHER AS WE BECOME CITIZENS OF THE UNIVERSE.

Your vote counted
A client talked about the politics of his life, he said he got his doctor to talk with him about it too and now he likes him cuz he says they're on the same page. Isn't it funny what it takes to connect to others. To those we feel have authority we are always looking for common ground, for acceptance. Matching your vote with another's.
In 1987 we all voted, the Universe took a poll of what we wanted to come. It was called the Harmonic Convergence and YES, you were a part of that poll on that August day. The world has flooded with souls who choose to be here just for that event and what was to come. We voted. Success and harmony and peace, a return to Eden here on this planet under the guidance of the Children of Light. Yup that's what the majority wanted and that is exactly what we are getting. The old ways are crumbling, the memories of pain and sorrow and separation are fading. The new day of love, light and laughter are here now. AND EQUALITY AND BALANCE ARE SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE!
TWENTY THREE YEARS later we are well on our way to recovery. Think about it, who were you then and where are you now in your journey. The road was rocky yet filled with need to keep driving. Many of you survived addictions, accidents, illnesses and loss, loss, loss. You are here now, celebrate. Connect to your own heart and the heart of others. Be free to vote for whatever you like. Stand up for WHO you are!
Tomorrow we speak on the steps of the capitol building in St. Paul, MN about unity.
I am Blackfoot Indian and my memories of peace and freedom are painful. There was a lot of pain coming down the DNA line into my family, not to mention the shame of the heritage that I felt in my bones and cherish, despite that pain.
My aunt told me her mother told her when she was 15 years old to keep that part of our family a secret because it would not be good to tell of the past connection, even though the blood of Natawista Iksana, Blackfoot Indian daughter of the chief flowed her veins. For that frontier diplomat was her great grandmother. Alexander Culbertson, Natty's husband was a skilled peacemaker for many years in Montana, loved by whites and Indians alike.
These two together brought the hope of community to a land torn by fear and the stealing of much which the traditional indigenous people felt was to share. A lot of water under the bridge now. A lot of prejudice, and the pain that judgement brings.
Let's start talking about community now, how we are together here for a reason and what to do now to work together to save ourselves from all this mess. It's important for us, it imperative for the future and our children. AND THAT'S WHAT GETS ME UP IN THE MORNING, THE HOPE OF THE FUTURE FOR THE CHILDREN! Namaste' Dr. Su

Make it easier now
I read a piece that said "dragging your soul across gravel" was how it was working. It was a class she was taking and then after realizing how much it hurt she just quit.
That's what I want you to think about. What are you creating that is so painful and why are you so involved?
For a very long time humans did what they were told to do, for a lot of reasons. Then the last century opened up a rebellion that caused huge waves of change over and over. Rules were discarded as old fashioned and now inappropriate and even subjugating and controlling.
Religion, medicine, law, higher education, politics and government, just to name a few who had an opinion that seemed to carry too much weight. Just ask them. They'll tell you their opinion is more valuable then yours. They'll even try to enforce it, put it into your world and tell you to obey or else.
Seems strange to me that somehow we believed it.
It overrode our intuition and it undermined our self confidence and our self love.
We began the very challenging habit of comparison. We forget all human worth is equal no matter how you do what you do and why. Without one another we do not exist, for alone is an illusion. Even when you feel alone you are not ever alone. Those in this world who are giving you your space are still surrounding you with love and their thoughts, those in spirit are right next to you waiting for your cue to allow them to interact. Nature moves in to nurture you when you need it close so do the animals, tame and wild. EVEN THE WEATHER IS PART OF US AND WE EFFECT IT AS IT EFFECTS US.
Knowing that for sure on some level now, open to the company!! Say hi to your guardian angel today and give permission to assist, say hi to your pets and garden and give them permission too. I felt alone a bit this weekend, then I realized that I had company on both days for a short time and that was perfect. Not alone as I thought I was. I want you and me to start feeling part of it all, in harmony and growth and love of this adventure, your opinion for you is the only one that counts, and your scoring of how it's going is based on faith, hope and love of whatever it is you are doing. Music, music, music
I started playing music when I was a little girl and then put aside my piano and guitar and recorder as I journeyed through my adulthood. In my later years I made myself a couple of drums and then had a drum circle here and opened back up to the music in my soul. Guess it's time now to remember all the music there.

KSTP AMBUSH JOURNALISM
Some of you may remember the garbage spewed into the world through a pack of lies put on TV by KSTP channel news last march of 2009. Well now comes the time for the rest of story.
I love the Internet and all it's ways of getting the message out there for the people to have.
My attorney once called me an ALPHA FEMALE, he said I could be very very ALPHA and some people had issues with that.
I thought about that since then and realize that that is very very true. I am a Sagittarius and we are direct and clear and sometimes very in your space. I know that I am that way and frankly it is a huge part of my success.
I never fear the truth, I love it in all it's forms.
So watch now as an APLHA female steps up to bat. It's my turn to speak and reveal and unleash and I can't wait to get started. Many out there will be effected and I guess that's been the point all along. so HERE'S TO THE REST OF THE STORY!!!

You are your circumstances, and they are nothing but an energetic emanation from you.
That's why the storm hits you and not your next door neighbor.
You attract your own reality.
Half full or half empty, it's UP TO YOU NOW!
Be the Blessing you hope to receive.

8 - 9 - -10
That was yesterday. The new moon showed herself as a sliver of light in the dark. The storm that came with her was wild and swirling and took out and down stuff that needed to be pruned. Water washed over the land and flushed away the yuk and when the sun came up it all sparkled in the dawn.
It had been a tough weekend. Much of what we thought had to be flushed out and into the light to look at and own and release into the storm. Have you done that now?
Use your words now carefully, for they carry the coding of the day and the future, what you speak is what you get. Say it with frustration or fear and that will be the origin of the creation. Shaking and quaking, with adrenaline flying. Some of you like the drama and the buzz, and that's your choice, not mine. I choose now peace and harmony, light, true love and laughter and singing. Put it out there, for it is waiting for you to create. The potential of the new day in unlimited. My day began with a miracle!!
As I came up my driveway, I saw it, I saw them. Nine tiny little keats with their guinea hen mama all together in the fresh green grass. It is so challenging to hide a nest and sit on your eggs and hatch a batch without issue, because life on earth has predators, I know that, but she did it!!! They are perfect and healthy and project new life energy abundant and that's how I started my 8-9-10. That's how I started my week and the the rest of my life!! Despite the risks I'm here to stay and flourish and be reborn each day just like those little guys!!
I love miracles, believing in things I don't understand and seeing them into reality, that's my way and that will be my day, each day from now on, HOW'S THAT

What you must celebrate in this intense time is the desire and willingness you have to be here for your own rebirth. AND IT HURTS!!
When humans went into freewill and duality they chose to separate from their divine nature and it's divine and simple design. We experimented with lots of ideas and behaviors and made interesting and sometimes bizarre choices. We went to many schools of learning from the addiction series, to the abuse lifestyle and then to the deep depression and pain and illness areas. Very few stayed in the place of peace and harmony and balance, and frankly we thought those who did were boring and maybe even missing the point.
Some people followed others to places that no one would dare go alone, and once they got all hooked up under the influence, they were trapped. Or so they thought. Then the torture began, and to find an escape or locate a hero became the game.
GAME OVER.
This is the time of prophecy, you all know that. It's on TV, in books and most importantly in your own heart. Want to call it the end, ok go ahead, but with each ending comes a new beginning and that's the way I see it.
The Lion's Gate of Leo is over and the new moon gives us the chance to sink in and nourish our dreams and visions of what we are to become now.
To attract the future of your heart means to stop looking on the outside for what is and always was there in the inside. Then to feel the bubbling up of that inner being you are. You all are perfect in your own unique expression, and finding that is the peace/piece you seek.
My friend said yesterday that she is taking art classes, she is in her 50's and hasn't done art for years. She picked up a charcoal pencil and from her hand came a masterpiece. Flowing from her like a stream of light. Cool, huh? I saw it and was amazed!! Now that's what I'm talking about!!
You are all here to do your thing, whatever it may be, and to do it well, with love surrounding you and your life. Peace and harmony are your friends now and so is community. It truly does take a village, to do anything. WHO ARE YOU IN THAT VILLAGE AND WHAT ARE REALLY SUPPOSED TO BE DOING NOW?
Another friend takes photos and says I will sort them and make art, in my GOLDEN YEARS. I said, hey honey, these ARE your golden years! Stop waiting. Be the person that comes naturally from within, you will attract those who will love you for who you really are, not what you think they think you should be. No more faking it, not for love or money, or sex or power, just be who you really are.
New moon today, sink in, nourish your dream, love your reflection, laugh out loud at your own foolishness, and then get together with someone who causes your heart to sing and celebrate. It's a new day, a new world and we're being born into it now as we speak. Welcome to Eden!

HOLISTIC AND ALTERNATIVE WELLNESS CENTER
THE HAWC, OUR NAME FOR A VERY LONG TIME. Now that name morphs yet again into another acronym. It started as Health America Wellcare Center in the 90's then we upgraded to the Healing Arts Wellcare Center and now we are upping it again the Holistic and Alternative Wellness Center of Hawk's Ridge Community Farm. Wow that's a mouth full.
Time to change.
I have consulted with you all for a very long time, I have defended your right to be well in a world where nature is disregarded as the Master she is and the Mother of the Human Species. And that is what I do. There is much science and experimentation going on, with all the things that impact my life and in my experience it has distorted my health and my energy and my balance.
I will not give in to the popular opinion that I need a health care system to babysit my health and longevity. American medicine does not promote that, you know that. It promotes self and the funding you provide is the ultimate goal. You alone,
are to be responsible for your own health and balance, but did we get lazy. We eat whatever we can get our hands on and wonder why we are so sick and fat and sad. We use all sorts of substances to alter our day and our performance and then we ask why are jails and mental health facilities are full of people. As we age we are told we MUST use med's to maintain some level of health and then it's commonly those meds that cause us to energetically die off and end up in nursing homes that take the last little bits of our money and our dignity.
My daughter Jessie, was taught a different way to live and to this day has no medical records from the past 20 years. Didn't need to go to a clinic, we took care of everything ourselves. Now as a grown lady, she is not only knowledgeable and super fit and healthy, she sets the mark for her students in the world of health and fitness and those looking to get out of the healthcare ratrace. In health rankings, the American Medical Association are 50th in a world of health care systems. Not what you think, huh? Pretty low on the totem pole of healthcare. Something to check into and consider.

Love your body
I think, there I am, that's true.
So what do I think? Do I think "I" need something outside of myself to perpetuate my existence or do I know for sure that if need be, I can manifest manna if I am hungry, or whatever else I may think I need.
We are ready now, feel it. Here is the innate need to be free of the constraints, opinions and judgements of others. Also with that comes the need to be free of the needs. So long now, we have been hornswaggled into believing that it's what we get from others that validates and sustains us. Now comes the time to remember that we are a self sustaining entity. Alone we stand with the love of self and hope and faith that is well and improving, building such a firm foundation, that other's are likely to want to stand on your platform with you.
How's that for the law of attraction?
Find some time today to go it alone. Look into your own eyes and fall back in love with you true self. Do what it is that YOU do, and do it well and over and over. My legacy is music and I left it for a minute, but now it's timme to restring my guitar and tune my baby grand. How about you???? This is where we find the strength and love that we need attract more of the same. It is really that simple.
