Your alignment follows years of allowance. It comes in between. Appreciating the experience is where we finalize the details. Some plan the appreciation aspect, others not. I have learned that if my back is straight and flexible, my alignment supports me. I can bend, stretch, forward roll and backward roll. I can also stand on my hands and my head. Trust is a part of alignment. Who and what is true, helpful, generous and on my team. Those are that which I align to. Smiling, laughing out loud, beauty, harmony and growth are the benefits. It is why I do the work I do. I love the kids! Autism was my first allowance. Then others disorders benefited from horse therapy and Naturopathy. The horses and the land also support our vision of allowing only that which promotes alignment. The Wellness Center added great support. Our world depends on this being taught. My teaching began 35 years ago and continues into the future. Peace for our planet will be aligned to the children's visions. Teach them this, I will too. See you in the barn.
