A Spica Star

 Under the light of that star comes an add on to my NATAL CHART. I was born beneath it on a snowy winter night. Do you know your natal tattoo? It was told by the powers that be that  the masses  should not be permitted to access the math. It was evil to pursue that knowledge and it would take you down a different road/rode. You would know where to go.  It was divination, and not for regular folks. It is math, clean and clear and simple. All of humanity is a formula unique under it's birth light. MATH. A lot of Sagittarius is in my sky. Sun and Moon both. No denying it ever. It means I am a high stakes gambler, a visionary, a dreamer, a truth teller, and a traveler. Joy is my best trait. I love horses and early mornings and I shoot arrows of energy. I ride, I do not walk, nor do I go slow.  I love that truth, it comes easily and honestly. It brings comfort in that fire. My Rising Sign is Libra. The air bender, the talker, the balancer, the justice NUT! When I teach someone new, I need to know their signs. I can jump right in that way. When you are told to be a way you are not inclined to, check your chart. Admit you are not a fit and stop trying to jam a square peg into a round whole/hole. Know your chart, know your temperature, know your prescription for healing. It recipe is as unique as you and your Natal Chart. Test it with your divining. Get a pendulum, learn to trust your own fields. A good way to know NO, is after a situation,

privately ask your pendulum, this... is it true, is it right for me, and does it serve my highest good?? And when you are ready, ask about the rest of us too/two. Where we go ONE we go all, in the light and love of all this is DIVINE! I will be in my DIVINE Barn!

The VALLEY of SHADOWS

 On your way through you will experience chills, spills and thrills. Navigating in the dark with only 2 of 12 lines hooked to the lights is not for the faint of heart. Dim is challenging. You have to learn to use your feet, your hands, your gut, and go slowly enough not to get super hurt. I have stumbled and fallen many times. I was a kid then, broke a few bones, got some black eyes and fat lips.  As an adult I knew from experience it took too long to heal, so I slowed up. I learned that flexibility and balance was better for me than speed. Fit and fun, yet challenging. I like games like racquetball and slot machines. One hit at a time, and taking turns is the way I play. In the shadow I see the part of me still growing. Then the grace presents. Grace is like butter and velvet. It is like suede and silk,  and has a golden glow. It is always the way that surprises me with it's ease and beauty. TODAY - ask your shadow where it would take you to your grace. It is a royal destination. It comes. Your grace, the gift of the Angel ANANCHEL, who offers unending amounts upon request. In our retreat we will restore the 12 lines of energy, the DNA intentionally disconnected in the old age. Then we will null and void old contracts that no longer serve us. Re-examine oaths, vows, commitments that have concluded and now need to leave. We will remember the crew here that we knew from before we forgot. Those who knew us from another time and truly loved us.  With a fresh map uncharted in front of us, we will begin anew. See you soon, the barn time will be very special, horses make it that way! The hidden full moon of March 3

 Under the eclipse we are called to be silent and contemplative. We all know on some level, we have completed our mission in Pisces. Duality, subordination, war, toxic overloads, and weapons of mass destruction. I came to share an opening to the New Earth and the next 3 plus decades would give the opportunity. We are now open. My business closed in 2020, the world changed. I was told to sit still and be quiet. And for those who know me, that was nearly the hardest thing I ever had to do. In 1987 the HARMONIC CONVERGANCE called some to duty. For those volunteers we knew what to do. Nothing NORMAL ever again for us. The time has been well spent. The world got a chance to see closures. Religion, racial bias, gender bias, land grabs, human losses, women and children sacrificed on so many levels for so many different reasons. Power was KING, not harmony, not balance, not healing, not protection. I was told then to simply say, STAND IN LIGHT AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE, AND WHAT YOU NEED. Some did, some did not. The hardest energy I ever encountered was the spirit of self-loathing. That release gave me a headache! It was the job to track and offer one last chance. It left with a plume of sooty energy curling in resistance. Write/right your visions, they come in clear and light and bright. There/they're are those who have dreamed dreams, let your dreams of the wealth, the health, the JOY, and safety be now yours and yours alone to manifest. I am! See ya in the barn! It is where dreams come true for Dr. Sioux/Su and YOU TOO/TWO!     LET'S RIDE!!!!

When the ???

You can answer that question to only ask it again and again. I hear/here these ALOT. WHEN... will I, get pregnant, get rich, get a partner, get a career, get out of school. The question is the putting the needle on the album. Ask only one time.  Start at the beginning. Write it and then allow the alignment you will appreciate. The song is yours. There are many tracks to choose from.  It takes 90 days for a season to turn a seed into a flower or vegetable. You are your own garden. Your terrain counts, as does it's tending. Tend to the WHEN. Ask for what you want, make it clear. Say it out loud, write it down, and you will see the terrain change. When I was sick with interstitial cystitis back in the 80's I asked the specialist, Dr. Steven Siegal - WHEN will I be better?  ST. PAUL UROLIGIST'S top doc SAID never!  THAT was simply not true.  What he said was this, I CAN NOT provide you with the healing you seek.  Nor do I want to refer you to another source. You belong to this program. I CHOSE NO! Then I chose KNOW. On the alternative wellness program I engaged, I WAS better in 3 days, off all meds in 3 weeks and completely recovered in one year. I DID the work. That was my when. My calling, my healing and my open door to a career of faith , hope and love.  I returned to tell him my good news, and the story of the healing I know. He said to me - good for you, don't tell anyone, this could put me out of business. He was telling the truth. The when is NOW. Clocks and calendars - the mystery of 12

 I received a trunk unopened for decades with the contents of my passed DAD, from 1959. One item was in that container that caught my attention. It was my DAD's watch. It needed winding, and it started right up. Then it stopped at 11 and has stayed there. In my meditations I ask those not in body questions that can only be answered from where they are. In the watch scenario my DAD said, you are in 11th hour!!! It is complete now as that shows us we are on the verge of a new age! A new earth is forming. With or without the knowing, you will all see it and those who choose to love it, will remain safe and shown. The sharing of the age of Aquarius will open new eyes/I's. Like little children the learning will start  with simple quidelines. LIKE water is life! Mni Wiconi.  AND more valuable than gold. Others will have freewill to determine their 12 o'clock hour. My Native Name is Mahpiya, One who sits on Clouds. Watchers! The watch is over, the river is moving, the energy is not only global, it is cosmic. 3-3-2026 will eclipse us at 333. let the triangle stand solid inder the transition. I say this every day, " Within the structure of time and light, I AM THAT I AM THAT I AM. In love, with light and laughter, thank you for the opportunity to be here on earth NOW!"  Then I head to the barn! My future is still health, happiness and horses!

FOLLOW and LEAD

 It is the process of growth. The choice of listening and learning and applying that which serves you and humanity to it's highest good is the job. The DNA that was withheld is accessible to those willing to upgrade their connection. I have.  I had an internet provider for years, they were mean and unhelpful and cheated with the money they took and kept. The personalities of those involved, all the way to the top, was toxic. I left them behind with a glad heart. I know when I am finished  I AM! Ask anyone.  When they think that cheating serves them they all find out - IT NEVER DID, nor will it ever. Look at your world, healthcare for the innocent was perverted to create an unending dis-ease process. Women and children were targeted. Pills pushed, procedures performed, needless suffering was the gift they kept on giving. Return customers was the goal. My job was to see and say. I wanted my clients to learn and grow and become accountable for their own bodies, minds and souls. My daughter Jessie Syfko Ruof, posted on the Lifetime Aion Vest site that the job she has now is the favorite. After years of learning, she is now leading. My other daughter, Carly Syfko, is more popular than she even knows, and truly adored by all who she reaches. If I were you I would promise to live life for all it's worth!

 I do. That was taught to me when I became a Naturopathic Physician. I accepted the terms of that contract. Full steam ahead!!! I looked at what I had, I kept that and those I liked. I re-leased the rest. Some were confused, others were mad at me. It was not personal. It was simply correct for me. I am an Indigo human, I see best with my third I/eye open. Once opened it will not close. Seeing things others did not yet perceive was my calling. It used it in many ways. Mostly to remain here and upright and moving forward in my world. A couple of times I was surprised, KSTP surprised me some. I knew/new that what would result would be what I had chosen. I chose well.  I chose Health, Happiness and Horses, kids and critters, and NATURE natural and treasured. I call now to those interested and interesting. HOW are you living life for all it's worth? Walkin' on egg shells!

 When you are in the presence of someone who has you walking on egg shells, stop, say NO and then walk away! My sister reminds me of those I have known in my past/passed who performed that way. Our childhood had that vibe of black energy often. I have seen it.  Addictions of all kinds, gnarly, unexpected and used to create the egg-shell energy caused by the self-loathing that they carry. Vibrating at a level of trauma and noise causing all animals  and children to simply run! Like a whip, it can come from no where. Kids fail to thrive. in that field.  Women find their own peace away from the vibration not safe in that space, but will commonly remain to protect the innocents.  Water turns cloudy, just like weather does when it is provoked. Adrenaline is activated. Storms can form. I have invited to change many who seek an upgrade, as that is my calling to offer a larger view of choices not including that toxic behavior. I can not do any thing more than that. As the years went by many did their work and got better becoming accountable. Some literally hung themselves as their exit strategy. Truth is now,  those days are past/passed. If you are in the situation where you are subjected to the whip of egg shell energy, NOTICE is given. Time is up. The world will upgrade without that any longer existing in the new earth. Thanks for the experience of choice, freewill is the GIFT that keeps on giving. See ya in the barn. I N V E S T I N G

 Taught at school. How is it NOT/KNOT? Basic information to consider. If I make the choice how will it pay out? I chose kids. I like kids and believe them to be a good investment. Our world has pawned them off. Let someone else teach, care for, allow, coach, medicate, discipline and shape their soul. Private is risky. Anyone telling you it is not is lying.  In full view is better. I love Nanny Cams. I always thought them to be a practical perspective for those who haven't learned to INTUIT their days and nights and that of their children. Seeing auric energy assures me a choice I am the one responsible for. NO one but me is investing and my kids were the very best investment I made. Kids have been the focus of this ranch and the Healing Horses along with the Healing Arts Wellcare Center and it's magic. I see them come here - all ages. Adult children traumatized when they were just kids trying to put the pieces/peaces back together. Invest in your littles, so others don't have to clean up the less, lack and loss of the children that no one who truly loves them - INVEST IN YOUR OWN. The world is waiting and watching and ready. I will be in the barn.

Here-ing/Hearing DISTANT DRUMS

 From the passed/past we reemerge on earth as souls. Connected. This world strives to disconnect us through illusions of separations. Some are older, wiser, sharper, others not. Phases of development are chosen. Some hear/here a job, a family, a destination. Others find a career, a lineage, a journey. THEN there are the volunteer INDIGO crew, returning to be of service to the new earth as the prophecies come to their conclusion after thousands of years of development. Variables on so  many levels. The drums, in the distants/distance beating to the Source's Heart, a cosmic message of love. I listened to Banks and his pals beat the "hec" out of the drum I gave him when he was too little to play it. They used a bat, a drumstick, a racquet and what ever else they could hit it with! We heard/herd them loud and clear and NO ONE there gave it a second thought. I DID. I knew they were communicating to the WHOLE> Kids know, let them beat their own drums. I wrote on cardboard as a child, the different drummer, how ever distant or far away, LET ME RECEIVE the support. Allow the drums now, align to the rhythm that makes you feel like dancing, and APPRECIATE THE WHOLE SYSTEM coming on line!  It is finished. 

Hidden Gems

 In plane/plain sight/site they attempt to get our attention. The human on the earth journey looks for treasures, huge and lavish. The hidden gems are everywhere, sometimes tiny and scruffy. Like an abandoned puppy or an orphaned child. Low lights hidden the dross commonly overlooked. People's hearts are the same. Some are large and loud like the heart of Secretariat, the famous race horse. Others dimly lit under the wait/weight of life here barely ticking. When you grow up the heart comes fully on line when the WISDOM TEETH lock into the jaw and start transmitting energy. The smile gets big, the ability to use oxygen at full capacity is activated.  The soul purpose begins to take shape. The palate that was incorrectly sized caused many to never get that full power hook up of healthy intact wisdom teeth.  Each tooth has a job and when not transmitting a detour is the only route. Banks my grandson turned 6 and his little 6 year old molars are anchoring him to the life of a child ready to ride. I teach teeth. The skipping of the lessons as the arrive with the teeth and loss of teeth explains so much. When we detour without the knowing it can be scarey, people can get sick or sad or tired. Learn about the hidden gems of your magnificent teeth. My clients have learned along the journey the hidden truth! Knowledge is power, know this for sure! See ya at Bank's Party! 

To trust...

 that all is well and improving is natural. Then it is un-learned. Whittling away at what my intuition knows is true and organic. My structure stands tall in is the current matrix in the love and light of life. Luring the innocence/innocents of one born to trust has become a real issue here. A competition of ownership and even destruction. If you find this happening, look them straight in the eye. You will know when your skin crawls. Reposture your energy, reposition your body and allow the feelings. In the allowance you will KNOW. Then you can NO if need be.  I see light fields, I know a liar from their aura. Dis-ease is the matrix, telling the truth is easy, and the difference in energy projected is massive. In Aikido we learn to slip and slide, moving the energy easily. In and around, in front and from  behind. Hands and feet leveraging the motion of my choice. Rolling away like a wave pulling back from the shore. As natural as the tides themselves. I trust my body. I trust my ability to allow learning. And I trust that you teach your women and children and seniors how to do this magical gift. See you at Aikido!

Mni and Jack

 This ranch has a pair of Shepherds named Mni and Jack. Both rescued. Mni as a puppy and Jack as a grown up. They became joined together in their love of me and where I go and how I am. They are alert, funny and very intelligent. They are magical too. Over the years many Shepherds have guarded me. I thought as I brought home the first one that I would train her for search and rescue work. I bought the books and followed the vision until she showed me that she was crippled. I took her back to the breeder for his analysis and he said she was worthless and he would replace her. I said yes, I will take another, but I will keep her too. I DID. She was giant and strong, Cooper, her replacement,  was smaller. He adored her, like she adored us. Together they were whole.  He was not a search and rescue candidate either, yet the both guarded my children as perfectly they knew. When I built the ranch neither wanted to come here, they knew where they belonged and staying at the river house was their calling. Then came ZION. A giant all black shepherd. THIS ranch was his to guard. Guard he did! WHO guards you? Is the search and rescue of my work here the same as it could have been long ago. Yes. No matter how we do what we do - it is the same only different. Like people, the journey the same, only different. Tell your stories of diversity and the same only aspects of your version of healing. THAT'S what gets the job done. That's what we do. I carry the PIPE of PEACE, the pieces of the diversity are what makes it powerful. The crying

 The release of the pent up frustrations comes in tears/tears. It will tear up the old contract. It can come from pain, grief, loss, frustration, hunger, fear and who else chooses whatever reason to cry. I cry when someone pitches in, picks up the mess, adopts someone or something, shows up, and what ever else surprises me that comes from the heart with heart. As a little girl of 2, the day my dad came home with a broken neck, my mother said to me years later about  my melting down as I saw him fading away. I had to hit you into the middle of next week to get you to stop crying. Although there was no logic there, IT WORKED. I stopped crying. Many times in my life I could have cried, but I did not. It was how it went, and it did me no/know good at all. Years later I saw the contract a mother made with a child, it was wrong. I had to rewrite/right it. As you see the world adjust now cry when you need to, it will take a tearing up of the OLD CONTRACTS. Tear up to a movie, an act of kindness, skip the less, lack and loss. We made it, cry for that. I will. It comes easy in the barn when the magic changes a human in contact with a  HEALING HORSE! Tears of joy, relief and love in the knowing you are unconditionally loved. Ask Peter, just returned from war in Afghanistan, tough and  hard, until the day Honey our beautiful horse, showed him how to cry again!!! He was safe here on her bare back. He was lifted up and balanced.  He surrendered and gave me his weapon and let it all go just in time for a whole new life. Favorite things

 In the SOUND OF MUSIC the favorite things song always reminded me of just that. WHAT is my favorite thing? In teaching the health of what wellness offers you come here/hear as NOT/KNOT the favorite thing client. THAT is the THING that causes you to shift, to move, to make a different choice. It can be for many reasons that humans get sick. Some make it fast and hard, others make it long and painful. Some choose it as terminal while others have MIRACULOUS recoveries. Choices we help identify. Is it your water, your food, your location, your partnership, your genetics, ALL YOUR choice! Choosing a favorite healing mode is like spinning the Wheel OF Fortune. Spin it and see what the Universe has in store for your next step. Nothing is random. I chose horses and health through equine guided education along with my clinic of Naturopathy. Not all clients went to the arena, not all riders came to the clinic. BOTH choices worked. People were invited to their favorite things. In the new year, the FIRE HORSE is present. Use the timing to mount up in the direction of your favorite things. I will be in the barn. Hawk's Ridge Ranch and the Healing Arts Wellcare Center will be here too. Hudson WI is my home and I love the healing/heeling. 

The JOY of feeling SAFE

Kids deserve this every single day of their/there beginnings.  When not if I wander, will I still be safe? Kids wander. I got my kids dogs. They wandered together. I got horses and we wandered all over the place. I have both now and for a long time kids of all ages came to feel that JOY that comes when they feel safe with dogs and horses. Find the peace and joy that come from the natures of those incredible friends. CATS are different, they are watchers. I love that, I love that I am that worthy that a cat would want to watch! Bo was here forever and Linus is still watching! We recently were adopted by OPAL and we love her. There is joy in nature and her friends are in need of that recognition. Kids and critters!! If you cannot have one at your place, visit them in the shelters. Read to them, take them for walks and have talks with them. They are here for us, and we should be here for them. I's/eyes in the crowd

 Little kids look through the knees of the crowd. Babies rely on a bigger person to set their sight/site. Teens get a variety of perspectives as the by pass some grown ups young. I did. My mother was short. My Grandmother was not short. In the balance of my view, I need clean and clear whatever height I choose. For perspective get on your hands and knees and see. In my martial arts class we are on the ground often. We roll, forward and backwards. We hit the mat with our hand to tap out. It is amazing. Crawling first is the foundation of the journey. Cross crawling is therapy. Before you enter the crowd you choose, make the choice of where you fit and see to be. Let your intuition and your heart math lead you. If your heart is uneasy, get to a different position. The choices are there. Let your vision be of you safe and smiling. Radiate that through the crowd! Nothing makes me laugh harder than a baby laughing!! Happy Valentines to us all!  Hearts and flowers to everyone. I will be at Aikido. 

ONLY YOU decide what is steeling/stealing your HEALING

 Not all things for all people. Choice is sovereign. The gift of being an earthling is free-will. YOU WILL and it becomes yours. WHAT will heal you? The light within is your guide. Let it fire up. As you enter a room, a relationship, a job, a neighborhood, a choice is made every single time. When you are sick you make a choice to stay or go. WILL I live or die, flourish or fail. Suffering is designed to turn you down or turn you around. It says go look somewhere else, this is the gift you are given. I have made a long and successful career in the healing arts. I needed to remember that healing comes from within. My childhood relied on the with out part. Looking everywhere else for sovereign except within. All choices for healing cause joy! Celebration and relief are a part of the journey. Humans live to lament the loss, they howl like wolves in the dark. It attracts other's moanings.  TODAY decide what you love best, and then take the weekend to apply it to your process and your evolution. When we get a chance to see in the light, the loss, we also get to walk on. Let go, the Year of the Fire Horse will put you into the ride of a lifetime, healing, happiness, honor your healing. STEEL IT! No one can take that from you. I will be in the barn, where/wear healing with horses lives here/hear every day.

Dream Book

 I ask if my clients DREAM. Part of your life is your DREAMS. Hopes and wishes are noted as well. That is a different story for another blog. The dreams however come in the deep sleep of night. To write/right them in a book when you wake up is helpful. To look them up in a dreambook dictionary is more so. I have dreamed of making the world a safer place for decades. I wrote it in my books. I followed my dreams. When I look back into those old notebooks and the stories of the dreams I had,  a safer planet is the main theme. Animals and children safe in their homes, on their land, in their clubs and lessons and schools. Appointments that were watched, and humans that were exposed as not safe. Left out for too long without the loving attention they require, they will run. They will hide. They will disappear. AND they will get sick and sad. Dream of the solutions your family needs to prevent this. A teacher asked me to read the auras of her students, after which she knew much more about their lives and frustrations. She had taught for 33 years and this was her finale'. Her tears said, I wish I would have known then what you have shown me today. Dreams can show you. Ask before you sleep for your showings. No debate, just truth. The tough answers are your night mares delivering hard realities. LOOK, LISTEN, and LEARN! In the day you can say, STAND IN THE LIGHT AND TELL ME WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH YOU. I dream we all do that now. SO much to reveal, and you are the one who is here/hear to help. Me too, and off to the barn I go!! A dream come true where kids are safe!

P O S T

 A position or station. It is your choice, the post, no one but YOU. People commonly accept rather than except, the assignment, the post. Teaching discernment and the choice of disregard is not/knot offered to children. They are told when and how high, over and over, and punished for lack of compliance. Programmed to the POST> Add in the trauma component, and top it off with continued  stress and you have a SYNDROME that becomes a POST. A way of being, a job.  It gets harder and harder like cement the longer it is allowed to reinforce. As a child a MINISTER gave misinformation to my confirmation class, claiming it as truth. It was a lie. I called him out on it and said YOU ARE DISTORTING THE WORDS TO SCARE THESE PEOPLE, IT IS NOT TRUE. I was immediately posted to the coatroom and locked in. When my mom showed up to get me I was still in there. POSTED! After I explained, she said that what I said was correct and it was taken out of context and used to manipulate those 8th graders. I learned in that moment that one person can change the stress and relieve the trauma. CHANGING my reaction into a response. I NEVER WENT BACK TO THAT CHURCH.  YOU can choose to except or accept any post offered. If the one you have now is not supporting your joy, your creativity, your love for yourself and others too.   E X C E P T   I T,  throw it out, and heal the wound. Be in charge, you are! Be exceptional!!!!  Horse therapy is a great tool in learning to post your way, your  truth and your light! It is with in. Strategy

 I got an opportunity to tune into 3 clients yesterday over a meal. I love brunch. Mid day, sunny out, and great food. Champagne and music were flowing. Conversations were real. Travels, healing times, laughter, connections, old and new choices, memories, and service to the self and the next in line. A kindness was prevalent, as all are mothers. Generosity is normal for them. Then the strategy started to form. WHAT would the future look like, and how would they and me influence it for the highest good? Horses, trips, classes, and not stopping yet as we age. were the top answers. I am a tracker, born to be a detective. I look at the larger energy and start working with the worst first. WHERE/WEAR is the darkness and the coldness and the disharmony doing the reverse spin of life? I have 12 things I consider. Find a strategy, use the number 12 for it's order. Ask questions and answer back with, let me see/sea. Take pen and paper, or a recorder, or another human to hear/here, and start with YOUR beginning. Childhood trauma bears the scars and wounds that become adult issues. Find the track that heals that experience so you do not pass it down the ladder. Take the time for the strategy to get it's just or balanced due. It takes 90 days in nature to change a seed into a fruit. The feast begins then. I will be in the barn, that strategy in aligning with nature and nurture includes horses, and I have been blessed to offer their healing to those interested for 26 years, ME included.  Two ways of being, one is destroy, the other is remember. I have my wreckin' days. Tear it out, rip it up, take it to the dump days. Then I have the I KNOW days because I remember when there/there were choices. The only one accounting for all of those days and my choice, is me, and of course, my children. I would say for us as we enter the time of the prophesy of light, take a good long hard look at what has been wrecked here/hear. If it was not necessary, kind, honest or in the highest good, what would be the re-medy of the reckoning?  Peace and freedom sang about, love and light desired, health and happiness keys to success, and of course SAFE and Protected. All women and children need that last pair. I could not find it easily. In the Martial Arts Aikido classes I take I am learning to use the power of the other guy as the power of ME! I see it weave in and out of the choices and the moves I am learning to make. It looks like a dance, a Tai Chi move, a yogi posture and it reminds me of being a MOM. Disarming a wreckin' is learning the power of the self. Moms are masters at that.  I want to sail smoothly on rough water, especially is it is a human in my space rockin' the boat. The reckoning is now, the end game is February 17. Rubber will meet the road. Get that wreckin' ball under control and make amends to those you have hurt or wronged in any way. Let's make a deal

 Every choice you choose is either deal maker or a deal breaker. Kids get 18 months from conception to 9 months old to decide to stay or not. Like a watcher, they only get to absorb, not speak. They do not talk, walk or participate in the day to day, they only observe. They require 100% of someone else's deal. Those who choose to remain, get to learn. There is a list of deals you made before you were incarnated. I would like to learn about??? I chose death of a parent as a little. I chose corporal punishment allowing the abuse of the BELT. I chose high energy, being talkative, seeing things with different eyes and willingness to try just about anything once. I chose outdoors instead of indoors. I chose fast instead of slow or maybe not even at all. I chose health lessons, and then shared them with those who also chose health issues. Those were some of the deals I made. WHEN the truth and justice deal appeared I took that opportunity and spent four years in courts. Local, state and then Federal. I won every single time. Lessons learned, deals completed. Do you remember your deal? Healthy, happy, rested, teachable, beautiful, fit, lean, fun, talented, successful, likeable?? So many to good ones to choose from. OR did you choose something less? Angry, jealous, late, poor, ill, crabby, insecure, or just STUPID? The list is unending. I suggest you tackle one or two deals made at a time. Rewrite/reright your deals. There are the MUST HAVES! Then there are the NO MORE EVERS! Compare your list to those you engage with. Family, friends, and others you impact first. A new deal is in the air/error. What if you knew new?

 New to you, not new to others. I knew I would learn something new every day, it was in my contract for this lifetime. When that is not/knot the case, I will go to the next. Could be a job, a location, a state of mind or health, a relationship. In the light I can not pretend that I did not know, because I can see/sea. When someone tells you something once, it is for you to know. If they have to say it twice you are almost OUT!  Yet there is still get one last shot to take. Third strike and you are sitting, and you are waiting again for another try, another wife, another job, another different because you did not hear/here! I told my mother she had one try to be a GRANDMOTHER. She had missed too/two many times in my life, her swing and hit hit me as a child. That would never happen again in my world! She listened and she heard me. She was a good grandmother. My girls benefited, as did I. What if you fail to here/hear the words of your kid, your partner, your boss, YOUR LORD???? This is the time we we're here to have, listen carefully! Stay quiet, ask a few questions if you need to. NOW you know! Say NO when it is the best for humanity and you two/too. The golden rule applies, love your neighbor as your self, honor, respect and trust yourself first and always. THAT's all there/their is. No one is going to tell you again. See ya in the barn!

A head of the times

 HOW on EARTH did you know that? You were so ahead of the times. Looking forward is one thing, looking over the top of the crowd is even more energizing. I have been up on the back of a horse since I was 7. Going fast uphill was my exciting. Jumping over stuff was fun too. Swimming in the St. Croix River with my horse beneath me as one unit, by far the best. Still is my top choice. Power from the horse is unlimited. Learning to use it for the highest good is the gift of the horse in my lifetime here. The fire horse year starts soon. The timeline of earth will split. The neurodivergent children will find the footing as the miracles of the gifts becomes the strategy for the future. I see auras, learning to read them my challenge. Using that for the highest good and best interest of all, isn't always the most fun. Sometimes I just have to stay home and go to bed early. It does however offer me the chance to get up early ahead of everyone else. I LOVE THAT. As you move the the 17th of February 2026 - mount up, with wings, and land in the timeline of your choice. ONE and done. This is a one time offer.

Consider the SOURCE

  WHAT and WHO do you believe in ...??? Source energy is a key feature for a human to embrace. So many choices. So many names. So many beliefs. Only you can define SOURCE for you. Religions, cults, schools of taught thought.  Neighborhoods, gangs, tribes. Coming into the 18th year of life here, the child has been exposed to a variety of choices. Some in family, or online, or on the TV or on the road. Journeys taken with neighbors, clubs, friends, all looking for home and place to feel needed, loved, understood, and allowed. WHEN I allow someone to stay here at my ranch they are free to choose their Source of support. Are they here for the big bathtub, or the sauna, or the horses, or just floating? Taking more than you give depletes the SOURCE in human terms. Divine Source is infinite and eternal, just as you are inside. Linking up to the DIVINE sources your light, your joy, your education, your nourishment and ultimately your longevity. If you are seeking sources and want options consider the sources you already have. Are the still viable, creating energy? Or are they dried up, or simply old news? Listen carefully, ask questions in earnest, consider everything quietly. That is your best bet. AND I AM betting you will find what you are looking for, so keep on looking until the DIVINE Design is locked in. You are one the one you came to meet, SOURCE is an inside job, never ending. Gift of DIS-EASE

 It is hard to comprehend as it is not/knot taught that we  can embrace the dead-end as the fresh start. It could be the gift is truly is if we looked past/passed the end of the old ways. Some people see the death on the cross and stay there wearing/whereing that horror show all their life.  I see the ascension of the being, after the resurrection. The cross was the  worst of the dis-ease. It was terminal to those who were seeing only the dead-end. FEAR moves in and takes the place of love and the lifeforce it fuels. After being sick in the 80's and finding the pot of gold at the Rainbow's End in Naturopathy and it's offerings I saw the gift, the resurrection  of health and happiness, and the continued momentum of the Ascension Path it offered. Terminal became a stepping off point, to get get that next train. I did that, training as a Naturopath was my resurrection. Knowing I was worth it was my first lesson. Trauma from childhood and death of my dad when I was 2 made that early childhood worth rather iffy. My mother left right after the funeral and we were stranded and our worth diminished as the burden of 3 little kids became the focus. We were the burden creating the dis-ease. Luckily I had wonderful grandparents who loved us and took us in. In teaching healing arts I always start with, What is this worth to you??? What do you want, and do you want to take the train to your next level of understanding. To some it is the ticket to freedom and healing as they train. To others not now or not yet. That is how we move forward. See the gift, understand your story. Find your worth, you are pure gold! ME TOO! See ya in the barn. Accountable ? ? ?

 KNOWledge, means you are responsible to KNOW - NO! Kids are not accountable to the un-known. Parents with knowledge are. Yes is taught by experiences of joy, safety, growth and progress. NO means No, not now, not yet and MAYBE not ever. Is it kind, is it necessary and is it for the highest good of all involved? Thoughts guided by loving learning, words spoken with consideration, and then the DEEDS! I once had to change the matrix of a child hitting an animal in frustration. First I said NO! Then I said NOT NOW< NOT EVER! Then... I said call that animal back to you, and ask for forgiveness. Promise to never do that ever again. AND kiss her head. First the fear of retribution by the struck animal was obvious. When we hurt someone or something, we run and hide, and think we got away with something. Never is that true. Life is a boomerang, energy does not die. When you regret the mis-take, and remedy the trauma, the energy goes full circle. The twelve is completed, and the breach in the circle is made whole again. That is why some repeat the loss or less again and again, they never completed the negative discharge, especially from a childhood of mis-takes promoted by broken adults. YOU will benefit by walking the clock, talking to the 12 disciples,  working the calendar - the 12 is sacred and brings the completion and fills the HOLE. I will be working with DNA . ALL 12 strands, in retreat form. Start somewhere and getting the whole knowledge, the holes are filled in and things become balanced and even. Life stabilizes.  Horses will help us, they sure raised me up to the accountability of care, even in adversity, CARE! We all need feed, water, light and love. AND a friend. Start with your kids. Looking in the mirror

 As we move through the healing of the human here/hear, we are encouraged to share the bigger picture of the D N A . Not/knot to the naked EYE/I has it been before now. TWO/too little spirals dangling there/their/they're. Truth is there were 12 strands. As we disconnected from Source we snipped a few along the way.  Cutting the lines. The loss was colossal, the test had begun. Could we re-member the other spirals and reconnect to the larger energy source that is OURS to know/no?  In the next series here/hear we will explore reconnection and the MIRROR you are using currently.  Time to clear some things up.  I will use the resources of our Health, Happiness and Horses Healing Center and the manual I was taught decades ago. I brought my 12 strands into service and they have reminded me of many things I needed here. My mirror in the year 2000 became my horses, and for 26 years they have shown me - ME...and YOU too. Leaving behind all that serves me no longer, Knowing first, it must be kind, second, it must necessary, third, it must be true AND fourth, it must be in my highest good and the good of all mankind. SHADOW AND grace

 Both exist within the human framework. It is the one that you love the best that you embody. Shadow is sneaky energy. The trickster. The fool. Moving through your reality with a real force, and yet disappearing just as easily. I love the seeing. Grace is an eternal gift. Flowing into the energy of anything open to it. Ananchel is the Angel of Grace. We call her ANNIE. She has been in my sphere of awareness since I was 11. I was at the age that knowing she was real and available was critical to my life unfolding. I rely on her ALOT. Ask Annie is heard/herd here/hear daily. How do you roll, shadow or grace? Being seen/scene is happening now. The good, the broken and the wrong is being levered out of the dark shadows and shown to the beings it effects. When a parent is a shadow it creates trauma for the littles and the pets. Drunk, high, late, angry, mean or even worse, abusive or absent, will delay the love light connection a child needs to be healthy and safe, intelligent and WHOLE. Strangers are shadows. Dementia is shadow. A reality known only in the darkness of the shadows. It takes time to know and to trust another being, kids and critters are fully aware of the process and rely on the adults to offer it. Dumping an animal or a child causes their stress level to accelerate and they must search elsewhere for it. I adopted a kitty yesterday, she knew/new home here would be safe, warm, loving and a good place to be.  We need now to decide which parts of our life deserve grace, so you can bid the shadows farewell. never if, only when

 All things great or small have a when. The questions answer with the when. It's focus is the distraction from the NOW. Are you in the know, now? How do you make the MOMENT the WHEN NOW? As a child I was very impatient with the NOT NOW! A snack? NOT NOW. A story. NOT NOW. An Adventure, NOT NOW. Seemed as though the world was NOT NOW, but to a child their/there is only .....NOW! ALL that is is.... NOW! The second coming is a focus of religion, although the connection and the story of love came long ago and has been alive all along.  WHICH ever story you choose. Scaring the when into the if.  Causing the cortisol and adrenaline to feed the frenzy of a moment that could be a miracle or pure magic. IF you were safe, or believe what I believe, is following the SYSTEM of if not when. I gave up the if's awhile back. I focused on the NOW is WHEN  we show up and we do our best. AND receive our best too. IF  must be set aside, and Divine Design SCENE/SEEN NOW! INTO the mystic we go. WHEN you wake up, start the day by entering your sphere of light and then close the seal  surrounding you with strength and intention. Once safely  inside your auric bubble begin the day. KNOW now that the energy within is YOURS ONLY. Receive by choice of intention of the NOW, all that you can handle, the rest will find it's rightful owner.  Yesterday a cat came, we just lost one and I felt it hard. Then I told the one who left I was sad. His name was Saturn and he spoke clearly to my heart. I did what I came to do, and now will come the next one quickly and bring you great love. SHE is here now and her name is OPAL, the energy of BALANCE AND INTENTION. Thanks for the when being the NOW! Do something NOW! You are hear/here - do it NOW! RE - DO

 Given a chance to create an unlimited re-do of you, WHAT WOULD YOU DO? Clear your karmic build up from life times of loss? The Law of Attraction keeps you in the Karmic Wheel. Forgive and let go is the key. Where you feel unable, extend the MERCY CLAUSE. That is how many can move forward without any delay. Humans who hurt the innocents here get mercy from me. I do not feel compelled to re-embrace them, yet for my sake I must LET GO! If I do not I will meet the same challenge again and again. The same people's junk shows up in my world.  On an NDE long ago I was chatting with Jeshua. He said the work I produced here was worthy and gave me the thumbs up to keep going. I said NO, I was cleared for take off and I wanted to go home. My children were grown and the world was in the hands of HEAVEN> He said NOT YET. Back I came, flying into my body like a drowning victim finally coming up for much needed air/error. Was there/their anything thing else to forgive??? Turns out their/there was. Keeping in the spirit of the re-do, the world is depending on each one of us to do our part with joy and love and hope and kindness. I do that best in the barn, see ya there! Where the WHEEL stops long enough to see yourself in the eyes/I's of a HORSE healing the broken humans that need a leg up. 

NOTHING is free

 All energy requires exchange energy. Energy does not disappear, just like the bell ringing carries on the wind or the butterfly wings flapping starting a hurricane. It carries on and on and on. Just as your words do, never forgotten once released. Carefully decide where/wear your energy is directed and with what will take it's place. I saw a lady fall to the ground yesterday. I sat down with her until the medics got there. I asked it she used drugs, and she said yes!  FREE ONES!! I suggested that she tell the caregivers at the urgent care for full disclosure. She said no, they were free and she would not let them go, they were making her thinner. She was 70, and not fat. I suggested they were a consideration in the FALL! Into the giant hole of nothingness she fell in to. FREE FALL!!! Damage done, worse to come if that free fall includes others, on the street, in the car, against the table corner. Assess your choices, NO-THING is without exchange. Period! Are we willing to lose because loss is what we want? WE CHOOSE> I choose life, light, laughter and yup, HORSES! See ya in the barn. 

Fear biter

 Animals and kids do that. When they rev their engines because of fear and insecurity, hunger or trauma,  sometimes they can bite you. The front teeth are hard wired to the kidneys and adrenal glands, it is to rip and tear that which does promote love and nourishment. They snap!!!! It is a child thing, or an adult response to abuse. I can handle the little kids bite, I know how to calm it and feed it something warm and supportive. Gather in the little explosions with confidence.  An animal or an adult poised to snap is a different story.  It is the reason for my Aikido lessons. GET out of the way, because I will help you to the GROUND if you persist with the negativity. Energy is the choice we make every day before our feet hit the ground. I choose love, light, laughter and to protect my auric field with a mantra or a song. Then we eat and drink and clean up and clean out. Ready for anything peaceful and fun. The day is ours to create, and we never miss a chance to smile, meet someone new and surprise someone with a laugh. YOU are deciding every single time you return from your dreams. Attract and receive the choice you choose, it is freewill and you will get what you give. See you in the barn.

Take charge

 As a little you look close up first, then further as you grow. With time your vision gets higher and wider. Some get to see from 6' 6 inches like my friend Billy. Others stay seated. The intuition adds in from the third eye/I in the center of the forehead. Becoming active and then balancing the other two eyes as you grow. My Grampa Anderson was blind for the 14 years I knew him, yet years of navigating his farms left him capable of safe movement. The intuitive radar becomes activated and you can feel the next safe step. I got up on a horse at the same time those in charge of me thought I should wear/where glasses. Primary school. My visions changed dramatically. Sharp and focused with glasses, high and wide and able to spin in any direction on the back of a horse changed everything. My intuition was needed earlier than average. I knew as a youngster how important this life on this blue planet was. I knew to take charge was paramount as there/their was trauma in my family to navigate safely. At age 15 I ventured off and went to the other side of my river. At age 20 I married, and at age 25 became a mother. At 33, I became a Naturopathic Physician. Now at age 68 it all makes sense/cents. Start with your intuition, ask your higher site/sight to balance your other I's/eyes. See the triangle on your fore/four head weld into one triangle symbol. Ask to see in visions, with sounds, and sight/sites of the GOOD and true here/hear. What you perceive and then believe, you shall receive. It is cosmic law. LIKE what you got???? If not/knot, change it if you need  different or better or more. I look for light and get up before dawn to see it. I look for laughter, so I hang out with funny folks, especially kids and critters, and I live where I love to live, so beauty and grace surround me. Intuitively I am taking charge of my own reality. DIV erging paths

 I chose the BRIDAL PATH. The job of HORSES moving forward with humans on the ride of their life. The MOM job, and the safe space for all the kids and critters. I became the PhD who lives what she teaches and invites those at the END OF THEIR/THERE ROPE on to our divergent path. Diverging paths I saw in autism back in 1982. A beautiful 2 year old boy, on a totally divergent frequency. Only music in the marches of John Phillip Sousa would pull him back to earth. The beating of the drums. Then my divergence in the IC diagnosis I got, that they said was incurable. 1987 the Harmonic Convergence became my divergence. And down the rabbit hole/whole I disappeared. The old self had to release to reclaim. I had children to consider, so no option would be acceptable other than the one I chose for us. I have met many, and released many too/two. Some divorced, some died, some moved on and moved out, some proclaimed me as mad. All helping me in their own way to move quickly into my right and left winged bird I was embodying. The HAWC was released in 1992 as a healing center, and she has held her vision of the bridal path all the years of her freedom. Our ranch is where those who have no other path to heal, come. Self Protection

 It is an inside job for humanity. It develops under the parental influences. Scared, angry, sad, you learned that. Happy, lively, willing, you learned that TOO/TWO. Keep what you like and leave the rest behind. Levels of energy in growth are to be delivered along the childhood path. SAFE first, loved and nourished next. Some children lose footing right out of the womb. Born into a mess, the incoming soul has time to decide the next level. There are brave souls here, who have endured and flourished. There/they're are others who gave in to the less, lack and loss, survived but did not thrive. They became entitled and in the stealing from others to fill a hole/whole they carry, they terrorized humanity. Self protection is here/hear. Listen to the Prayer of Self Protection you can use anytime you like. Michael Above, Michael Below, Michael Lord Michael - WHERE/WEAR EVER I GO. The support of the Guardian Arch Angel Michael is simply for asking. Long ago a SEER I met stopped me as I walked away from her. I turned to answer her call and she said, never in my life have I seen/scene a GRIZZLY BEAR GUARDIAN as fierce as yours. I smiled and said, thank you for noticing, My GUARDIAN Lord Michael, has shown you what others can only sense. I am grateful. My children learned to call out each day for the gift of self-protection. It is free! Your words of request carry the highest healing frequency of all.  Learn it, use it, and share with the people now. Carry in the QUIVER

The first arrow I carried was a quill, a feathered quill. As I committed to my journey, I wrote. Page after page, notebooks full. Calligraphy was my style. Feathery and light it came through to the paper. THEN one day I was done. Another arrow came from the quiver. It was my PIPE. My peace pipe, one then another now the final one I carry to this day. It brought the TOBACCO of protection added to the SAGE of purification I grew and burned here daily. SMOKE, our new kitty, just got here and BANKS, my grandson, is over the moon with her company. Again my visions shifted. The older I got the higher my view got. MANNERS became important. The manner in which you exist, starts with your thoughts, then your words and ultimately your deeds. Health and Happiness the bullseye I kept taking aim at brought AIM here. Along with Rick MacArthur an AIM member - MIN WICoNI, the Standing Rock decision, and the German Shepherd he chose to keep me safe and in site/sight of my ranch. Then Jack Anderson, the other German Shepherd, showed up and hears/heres everything in order to keep order. My quiver so far has provided every single I have ever manifested. SO when you start to shake and quake - you are being cued to grab an arrow from the QUIVER you carry. NO oNE else can do that, it is yours and yours alone to access and let fly. In the beginning there was the word, let the arrows in the quivers, become your bolts of enlightenment. Take aim, I know many who have and made the world a better place - the bullseye is YOU! Your heart the target. If it is fibbing, you are ready. See ya in the barn! WHERE my HEART sings every day.

The WILL

 The future is about the WILL. You are the conveyor of your will. I am the conveyor of the daily mantra - I WILL TO/TWO/TOO WILL THY WILL, Oh THOU CREATOR AND SUSTAINER OF ALL THAT IS - THE I AM THAT I AM THAT I AM. In the dawn of each day the slate is clean. As you stand to greet the light, make your will known. OUT LOUD and PROUD. It may not/knot match mine, and that is fine. It must however match yours. YOU are not/knot an accident, a loss, nor a victim. You are a willing participant on this earth plane. In the authority you were born with, will it to be thus as you have decided. Your opinion of another is none of their business. They will do their/there own willing. WHAT will you will today? I will be at the ranch with the critters! The STAR of DAVID

 The MERKABA. The vehicle. The gift that keeps on giving. Then when it connects as the OCTOHEDRON the tree sided triangle of being human merges together in the connection. It is the HEART space. That comes with a plethora of gifts. Today is numerological a ONE. You are a ONE. A drop in the ocean, connecting with others DroPS> In your heart chakra you will see and radiate the love of stuff. People, places, things, experiences. As the heart becomes stronger, the radiance gets bigger and wider. A strong heart is needed to to NOT/KNOT wobble. The balance of you is right there in the center. Take a deep clean fresh breath! Exhale more than you inhaled. Let the weight of the liver/gallbladder, chakra number 3, release any resentments you hold. Go fishing! Ask for a vision of what holds you tight and strangles the life force of the heart and makes you mad. In pictures I can see, with sounds I can hear/here, in words I can understand, make it abundantly clear now, the whole truth! Let me see, the one drop of me in the sea of humanity, sink or swim! Take another deep breath and rise to surface! The sun is shining and you are floating like a feather. It is done and you are well. Your merkaba is that vehicle of light, I wear one every day of my life, knowing I am a mobile unit with the wings I need to move freely in the ocean of humanity. Today AKIDO, moving freely on the mat as I learn that NO One CAN GRAB AND HOLD AND HAVE ME,

WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The barn is going to have to wait today. Ready for FLIGHT and LIGHT!

Disturb the PIECE/PEACE

When you get a zing, a bang, a break, a scar - where ever on your body it is, it is disturbing your peace/piece. When I get an alarm like that, I start with the emotional component that flower remedies address. I use BACH FLOWERS. I learned to use them in the beginning, and still do to this day. It allows me to focus on the human component and it's story in today's healing need. My Mentor, Dr. Tom Lile would carry the remedy Cherry Plum in his pocket. When I inquired as to the reason, he said he knew if someone was suicidal and they came into his view, this would be an instant game changer. GOOD THINKING! Lessons will present again and again, let them be, new or old, but always progressive in your healing. We are hear/here to upgrade constantly. If you feel fear - LEAVE! Immediately. It is the opposite of LOVE, the greatest force on earth and the quickest and safest place to be. The feeding frenzy of fear causes bolts of lightning to flash and bang and rearrange everything and everyone.  It will disturb your peace/piece. GO home and take care of your self. You are the one you came to save! I will help the littles and critters while you upgrade. It is about faith, hope and love, and that is where we survive and ultimately THRIVE. Require transparency

 Look me in the eye/I. Show up, stand up and speak up. What do you wish for, want and NEED?  As a child I wished often. I dreamed always and I spoke directly. I came to the front, even if I was afraid. I made sure someone heard/herd me. I have often helped others in my work here to open the gate and bring them out of the  locked pen and be heard/herd. In that person was a dreamer, a wisher, a hoper, a believer. Looking for a clear route, and an opportunity.  Some saw  the way, others did not. When we absorb the loss, or less, or lack of a darker version of humanity, scarcity becomes the relevant reality.  Locked in to the illusion of that daily life, they became angry and scared and very sick and vampiring. In the emulation of the dark, the fears and insecurities take the place of transparency and progress. Scarcity is an illusion. We live on EARTH and she is abundant with life. She allows us to live and learn here. When we forget that the waters become muddied. So do the people, and stagnant and stinky shows up. Then the toxic overload wins the hand. Today find a glass of pure clean water. Wrap your hands around it, and speak to it. Ask to SEE/SEA - Unity and prosperity, peace and freedom, and a safe space for the INNOCENT Children and critters we are charged with caring for and ABOUT! Drink it, put it in your tub and soak in it, throw in the air and breathe it. Water is life, and it is yours  free, clear, clean and teeming/teaming with life!  Time to embrace the team you are looking for, see them clearly and drink them in. They are joyful, honest, and loving. And they are looking for YOU>   See you in the barn, cuz I need to fill their/there water tank!! Those beautiful horses look for me every day, I have teamed with them for 60 years and it is magic. All my dreams come true.
