Move IN or Move OUT!

When the hair goes up on the back of your neck - back up, back out, back away. HACKLES UP you have been alerted to defend. If you are numb to this, get out in the sun, the fresh air, the bath of clean water, sweat will let it go and let the blockages leave you. When you wrinkle up your nose, it KNOWS it stinks. In the defense of life force, the knowing of the field is the key. Kids navigate this openly, commonly showing right away the stink of bad energy, the potential loss. Dogs do this, horses do this, cats do something different all together. They are watchers, they neutralize the negative energy, they lay on it and purr. Take a moment to learn to navigate with clear intention. Your prayer is intentional, your meditation is the reception of that ability which you have expressed intention of obtaining. DO BOTH! Time to take back that which was relegated to the hierarchy of those trying to take control. In the journey here/hear your strength, smell your lessons, feel the need/knead to add it and mix it up, or MOVE OUT!!! I'll be OUT in the barn!! Where I need to be.
