Open your eyes and see the world

In the hunt for light and warmth we are filled with awe and wonder. In the distraction of loss, or less, or even lack, it becomes very treacherous to navigate. Start each morning with a mini retreat. Retreat from the news, the weather report, the day needs you to stand up straight and smile and stretch. Then go outside winter or summer and greet the morning. It will change your brain, and you will be filled with hope and potential, and in gratitude, your body balances your cortisol and blood sugar. Breakfast is the reward your body deserves after a long night of fasting and healing and detoxing. Fresh juice, water, coffee, tea, and the blood type food that matches your engine is your gift to the day trader. Get your motor running with fuel and ignition that burst you on to the dance floor of your day! WHEN YOU GET WHERE YOU ARE GOING, OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE THE WORLD, it is there for you!! Taking the Waters

In the days gone by, the wealthy knew/new to take the waters. Mineral baths to soak in were a part of healing, detoxifying, and upgrading the physical body. Beauty, health and energy were restored. I have promoted the healing bath all along. Clay was the element added to promote release. Find your waters. Allow them to soak in and pull out the magic. You live on the BLUE PLANET, learn to navigate the waters. You will be so happy and healthy, when you learn the gift. Simple and yet so complex.

12 strands of DNA

WHO KNEW/NEW? Many years back I was told that our other 10 strands needed to be activated, since the journey with only 2 working was challenging. So we did that. It is a process of choice, accountability and enhanced ability supporting. What is the choice now for humanity? Are we ready for a connection so strong to Source that is will change the matrix here on earth forever? Some out there do not want this to be shared, it is powerful and very enlightening. The MYSTIC

Shades of grey, like smoke rising. It is the ascension process. You will ascend in a white cloud, just like Enoch, Elijah and Christ. Being told to be decent, keeps you on earth, grounded and maybe stuck in 3-D. Tell the world you ascending, you are a soon to be cloud walker, Mahpiya is the name in Dakota. That is my family name from my great great grandmother. As we stand in the light and tell the world who we are, we allow the ascension to be demonstrated. All who love, live, laugh and are accountable to the Highest Good, will go that route. See you in the clouds!!

The root of KIND-ness

What kind are YOU? Define your version of the kind of what you relate to. Nature, religion, career, neighborhood, politics, music, art or _______???? The kind I like are those who are accountable for their/there/they're choices, and accept them as chosen until it is time to choose something different. It is the glory of the story of being human. CHOICES in kind. When the situation ceases to feel kind to you, turn around and walk away from it. DO NOT give in to rage, or fear, or criticism or debate. Just surrender and hands up. Then turn and move off. In teaching a horse to be all that it can be, we face the foe. HOLD the line. Then when the calm enters the field, we have mastered the situation. Even Jesus can calm the see/sea and walk on the water. You can too/two, it is a promise. Align with the kind that make you feel strong, loved, understood, beautiful, worthy and what ever else you need to proceed. That is the root of the humankind, connecting to the ROOT OF THE KIND-NESS that we all seek. In all situations find the KIND!! There you find the root, the connection, the strength and the power promised. Children and nature are the innocents, be kind!

Urgent Care

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. That is what urgent care is, GREASE. WHAT DOES GREASE DO, MOVE YOU SMOOTHLY TO THE NEXT THING. QUIET THE SQUEAL. CaLM THE NOISES OF THE PINCH OR THE PUNCH OF THE PATIENT.Last Sunday a train zooming by us caused Banks, my grandson to squeal. I asked him what part of the train going by he did not like. BECAUSE he really likes trains. He said the sound. I asked the engine sound? I asked the sound of the wheels? HE SAID NO NO NANA, THE WHISTLE. It is TOO LOUD. It hurts. So we went somewhere else, where the whistle could not be heard. In the quiet of the park he was quiet and happy and felt no pain in his ears. In the wellness world there needs to be the listener, the one who can calm the noises of the squeals. Rescue remedy, a Bach Flower does that quickly. Have some handy, use it first, then ask how you can help. The urgency may well subside in the aura of the listening, no need to squeal, you are being heard. We hear/hear you, we truly do.

Who is doing YOUR work?

Are you? What is the answer to the question, what is the question not asked? Is it because someone for a fee will do the work for you. DAY CARE???? Therapy???? Groceries???? Parenting???? Good neighboring??? Leading???? Cleaning???? Details???? Accountability???? WHO led you to that conclusion, that someone else would do the work, do YOUR work?? History. Herstory. When I had kids I did the work of raising them myself. No one else did that, the others all went to a job for money and let or hired someone else. I know that being a mother is a job, high paying, and super fulfilling. WHY then do we not embrace the work? It is work, it is play, it is growth, it is loss. It is also the most important job on the planet!! Parenting is a privilege. PERIOD! If you think for one moment that not doing your own work is OK, then good luck with the lifetimes of being human teaching you that only you are accountable for you!! SOULS in charge of their own destiny. YUP! The Source of all Creation did not make mistakes. Everything and everyone is love, and it is an inside job. The work is YOURS.

Full moon CAPRICORN number 2

This is a game changing time. It is an opportunity to uncover hidden truth. Everything here and how has a reason. Nothing is nothing. Think about the opportunity to embrace the truth within. You are intuitive, use that. You are observant, use that. You are here, use that. You are not lost, nor are you abandoned, you never were. Under this moon you are seen/scene. Which SCENE/SEEN is yours? Take the total responsibility that Capricorn is in it's power. I always tell Capricorn Sun sign people, I would hire them, as they have a natural ability to be a good worker. Authentic has been disrespected as ROGUE. It is the essence of so much more embodying on this plane as you allow the true and whole you to take their place on your throne. The BALANCING ACT

My life is all about the balance. I teach bareback horsemanship, and balance is a part of that. It takes a strong core. To snap your core into action squat down. A frog position is good. Then engage by standing in the light as you ascend up to the postion of the mountain. Allow, align and appreciate the process. Unfold the strength of your inner self. Balance will be one result. Then let your body show you how it can perform. We did it on the bareback of a powerful horse, walking, trotting and cantering. SO MUCH FUN! It is a hard act to follow!!

Like a bubbling pancake

When it is time to flip it is TIME. We spend lifetimes in the light or the dark. Awake or asleep seemed to be the choices. Then came LIGHTS and sleep went away. Parties went on and on. Without sleep there/their/they're are NO DREAMS. Humans require SLEEP. Humans require DREAMS. When you flip into night you can shut off the day. Only when you are at rest and peace can you see the WHOLE YOU. Your job sees a part of you, your neighborhood sees a part of you, your family sees a part of you too. Source sees all of you, all the time, day or night. When the day has you bubbling, with good or less, the night will invite you to flip the switch, turn the pancake, and create the creation, the whole, that you are meant to have and ultimately share. Complete, delicious and perfect to present to those at the table. See you at BREAK-FAST!

In the light of laughter and love

You can see so much in that light. If you allow the light to show you the funny part, if you let yourself love the surprises, the strange, the unknown, you will grow in warmth and knowledge. When you can not see it, you may run into it, step on it, or miss it completely. It is the morning that the dawning begins. What will DAWN on you today? I will see the sun, the land, the animals, tame and wild. I will see the angel cards, and the books that share ideas that hold light. I will promise myself to get up and get going and be ready for the light of laughter and the love of the journey. You have a choice, do not overlook it by staying in the dark. Rise and shine everyone, it is a chance that will not be here tomorrow.

Kids now days...

I like them. I always have liked kids. My mom liked kids too. The innovative mind of a wild child is a never ending story. So much to say and do, in a world where childhood is not savored any longer. Truthfully it is not even safe. Gotta hurry up and get ahead of the others, says the school, the coach, the parent. Time is short, childhood is even shorter. Take your child and be in the HOOD of the time they have as a child. NO NEED to hurry, you will get there when you are supposed to. Like passing a slow car, only to end up side by side at the next stop light!!! Smell those roses, they will not last forever, neither does childhood. Savor the time it takes to grow up, happy, healthy and content. YOU WILL LOVE it too as you reaquaint your self with the child still left in you. See in the barn.

The FABRIC of your life.

What you wear/where becomes your physical terrain, your biology absorbs it just like the water you imbibe. Programming is your right and also your left. If you left it for someone else to program you get what they want you to BECOME. Program your own fabrics. Know how important they are for your health, your beauty and your rights. Linen, wool, hemp organically support your awake and your sleep energy. Cotton is a human support system, like carrots and apples! Learning these realities changes yours with the knowledge of the stars you can shine all the days of your life! The FABRIC is yours to choose, choose it beautifully, you deserve it.

here hear

I listen mostly to nature. Animals, birds, water flowing, wind, and the rain lately. In the sounds of that community I flourish. No pops or bangs, even on the 4th of July my animals and I take it all in quietly undisturbed. The design is to get attention paid to something or someone. Here and hear the noise that diverts your eyes/I's that you wish you did not yield to. In the morning ask your guardians or your higher self to protect you here/hear. When it is in your highest good, hear here you will feel at peace and in control. If it is a distraction or even a destruction ask for support and filtering. WHAT sirens do you need, and when do you yield? Teaching the power of the senses is key to being human. Learn the value of controling the volume of ANYTHING or ANYONE. You will here/hear some wonderful results.

Calculating the next step

Does it add up? What is the SUM/SOME of the calculations? Nothing here is total or complete. This dimension is growing and raising the stakes EVERY DAY. It is all in the process of development. You are in the process of developing YOU and that which you are surrounded by is effected directly. SOME/SUM of who, how and what you are becomes calculated and that is the part that others see/sea. Is there/their/they're VALUE in the sum/some of you that you bring to the world, bring to the MOMENT. Sunday, funday, the day of the week to take a moment to calculate. even GOD rested and did some calulations on the 7th day. What is the next step? Calculate the outcome on the 7th day, and know where you are headed. It is the best use of this day I can offer, and I know the outcome will add in AND up! It is written as thus, so mote it be.

Unfolding

carefully...the butterfly unfolds the new wings into full length. It takes a steady motion and a safe place. We have monarchs here at Hawk's Ridge Ranch, it is the milkweed world. They love to tranform there. When you get chance to see one it is magic. Kids take a little longer. They unfold over years, not minutes. Any thing that interrupts the process interrupts the process. I love to watch kids decide choices. They are thought full and in a hurry all at the same time. I am that way too. They also get a chance to share the consequences with loving adults when they are in a healthy family living a loved life. If they are not it can be overwhelming and life altering. Kids are not designed to make choices alone. They need someone to trust. If there is a child that would benefit by your stability, your thoughtfulness, your knowledge, offer to be of assistance. We are in a time where the blessed must become the blessing. If you were a blessed child protected and adored, help us now. There is a great need for support from all who know this reality. It is unfolding and I want to support the light and love that I have been blessed with. How about you?

easier? permission or forgiveness?

It is a human freewill deal. Ask me don't tell me is ready to be the new normal. Some have done it one way, others have done it the other way. Some blame it on others, and some take no repsonsibility for any of it. Others plow right in taking the results as their own choices results. Yesterday I spoke about the harems, the place where women were kept. They are now disbanded energetically. The masks are off, the cloaking devices are transparent. The world through the eyes of the web are seeing, and believing things not scene or believed before. We carry the pipe. It is the womb, it is the portal, it is that which without it, STOPS EVERYTHING HERE! Permission or forgiveness are both granted for now. Take the gift, and make the upgrade. Protect the innocents, NATURE, CHILDREN AND THE WOMB-MAN! You will be so glad you chose that. Truth is, we are something very special.

DREAM SCREAM

Kids get night terrors. Adults get PTSD in their dreams. It is where humans navigate without the boundaries of the AWAKE time. Yet it is a boundary breaker when the cortisol blasts the human's dream reality passed the point of sweet or telling that happy healthy dreams are here to offer. PISSED is a part of that blast force. Waking up growling. Not wanting to wake up at all. Sleep is KEY to health. If yours in out of balance you need to realign with support. 8-8-8 is the formula for work, play and sleep. When sleep is altered so is biology. The only time you heal or lose weight is during sleep. You need that realignment every day to navigate successfully. I know from experience and it has been a part of my life's work as a Naturopathic Physician, to restore good sleep as part of the healing process. Wake up everyone! A heart of GOLD

Manna is made of gold gone alchemical. You can nourish everything with manna. When our heart of gold unfolds it radiates outward in all directions. Nothing can stop it, only divert it or feed off it. It is one giant muscle of pure creation power and strength. Love, gold, energy, all heart. Put your heart into what ever you do, where ever you show up, in all you speak, it will grow and grow.
