Let's start heating things up now

In the spring it is the warmth that causes the bear to leave the den of hibernation. YOU too are being called out of hibernation and into the light. Sleeping is over for the winter. TIME to assist the survivors of the world war III we have been fighting. I am here. Not a survivor from this but thriving from a lifetime of healing and wellness and so much joy in the experience. Making connections

In the world today, fast paced and now super wary of one another, it has never been a more important time to make connections. I practice by referral my Naturopathic Medicine. It is so that we have connections in common. YOU all need to have support in your life, especially during the changes. Connecting to like minded souls makes it easier and more fluid. I want you all to know who I know. I want you to have and to hold in great respect and regard connected humans in your life. It is not time to go it alone. The old structures are crumbling, so start with a fresh one. Farmer's markets, wellness classes, nature rehab, fit and fun time. Have your eyes/I's open. Have a gathering. Invite new people. It is a new world forming, and remember...we are all in this together, CONNECT. THAT WAY we will all have the support we need. Say when

Humans are now being told it is time to say WHEN! When is enough. No explanations needed. A simple no thanks, not today, I will consider it, are the whens we can use to defer getting involved under pressure. Learn kinesiology, muscle test your energy. What matches you is yours. What is forced upone you not so much. The burden is energetic and can become an illness. Learn to love the world's whens. Find your confidence in using your words now. Up to your arm pits in change

SNOW is every where and still falling! Up to my armpits!! I love the flakes uniquely formed in the crystalline reality of water. YOU are a SNOWFlake!!! The water within constantly responding to your level of love and light. The more positive the vibe the more beautiful the crystalline shape becomes. IN LOVE you are amazing and healthy and gorgeous. Every changing moment gives you a chance to shape shift. Judgement is dark and creates chaos, while approval is uplifting and enlightening, and the place where snowflakes become fabulous. Humans and birthdays!

Today is Banks, my grandson's big day. THREE!!! Born 2-20-2020 we knew he came to bring something special. His smile and his height along with those penetrating eyes catch alot of attention. He loves my BOBCAT and we drive it around all the time, tippng the bucket and moving stuff. We teach DNA, accountability and that the birth day of your soul into human being is something very special and calls for BIG LOVE and LAUGHTER, along with candles and cake and gifts. Remember to remember everyone you care about on their special day. YOU came as a gift to this world, and it is the one day we get to gift you back. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANKS RUOF

Coming into a new moon

Powerful emotions with the Pisces moon. Waves on the water. Are you feeling the need to surf, swim or sink? Do you take it personally? Or are you in it for the solutions from someone else? Many have lost footing in their lives. They can not take one step forward without help. Sailing around the world took courage. Moving to another zone took courage. Taking care of your OWN KIDS and your home and garden and career, took courage. Everyone seems to have forgotten that. I am a teacher of natural health options. I educate in alternatives. I actually live that life, and it is something remarkable. IT TOOK COURAGE. I TOOK IT PERSONALLY. I knew it was my job to raise my daughters, have my career, take care of my home and my pets and then when I was done with that, I WENT TO THE OFFICE to teach what I love and live. Before you criticize any one else, look at your life, your choices and your courage to be who you want to be with. WHAT DO YOU DO NOW?

Coming out now

From under their rocks, people who survived the pandemic are showing up. Rubbing their eyes/I's in the light of the new age of aquarius. Survivors, nearly drowned, ready to come ashore. I have and will from a place of great faith be ready to serve the ones looking for my brand. I have one, peace and freedom, are on the top of the totem pole along with the angelwings that give it an upward momentum. LIfetime Fitness - secret shopper

I joined because Medicare supported it and what else would make sense for my health these days. I went to a yoga class. Anyone would have been comfortable and able to participate. I have taught YOGA for 2 decades, so to allow an alignment to another teacher would be interesting and educational. It was terrific! I would recommend to anyone considering updates in their health programs as seniors, that this is a super viable option for continued health and growth. I know for those who have been in the work place for anentire lifetime that taking the time to be well and fit are big choices in retirement. I watched humans chatting, laughing, coaching one another, and the staff supporting even the new customers in the body of old beings starting something totally new. My daughter Dr. Jessica Ruof has been engaged by this organization to teach her version of well and fit, so I am grateful for an opportunity to be there for her success as I continue to work on mine. Well done everyone!

OH BABY it is COLD outside

Our Earth knows to clear the decks the temperature is one amazing way to change it up. You need to be 98.6 to be in stasis. When it changes it changes your biological terrain. Hot does the anti microbial clean while cold does other not so helpful opportunities. You are ever changing terrain, and learning to monitor your temperature is a good way to keep in touch with your overall health. PH is the other way that will show you how you are processing things. Food, chemicals, air are game changers and the PH is the way you know if you are staying the game. COLD or HOT everything as a season and a reason. LEARN and you will live long and prosper.

Remember we are all ONE

Sometimes I hear, see or meet famous or rich characters. I love to hear their tales. We are all important. We all have a story of glory. Find the story within before you look with-out for a story you want as your own. Being independent and proud of yourself for what you have done is the start. If you are in need of forgiveness, then begin with a good colon cleanse. That is the palce where we hold the feelings of guilt and shame. It is an epidemic condition on the planet right now.
