OH BABY it is COLD outside

Our Earth knows to clear the decks the temperature is one amazing way to change it up. You need to be 98.6 to be in stasis. When it changes it changes your biological terrain. Hot does the anti microbial clean while cold does other not so helpful opportunities. You are ever changing terrain, and learning to monitor your temperature is a good way to keep in touch with your overall health. PH is the other way that will show you how you are processing things.
