Less, lack, loss taught to humanity as part of the reality here. SO BE IT? No! How about just the ability use the gates and fences and traps of life as starter blocks to the next relay? You are a free will recipient. CHOOSE the words and the processes that empower you, your health, your relationships and your world, up close and surrounding areas. We are a hive, and as member I am here to support this new earth and the magic she offers us. We are buzzing with good vibes and making some really good honey.

The STORIES of your building

Those first three are those of human childhood to human adulthood. Zero to nine - mother energy. Nine to eighteen - father energy. When a human is missing the teacher, they find a way to learn any way, any how. THEY WILL SEEK WHAT THEY NEED. Then, nineteen to twenty seven, the braid begins to come together as an independent SELF. WHO am I, How am I, What will I do and with whom???? Where should I do that? When and for how long???? If those stories are built, the structure is strong, the skyscraper appears.So as above is the goal as below was the beginning. In this we ascend the ladder of life, your DNA staircase

spirals you up and to the stars where you came from. Let's write the stories of the stories, RIGHT???? Sharing is caring.

Check the temperature

When it varies something is in need of remedy. A human can survive a varied temperature only for awhile. It will stop the being from THRIVING. 98.6 is the human balance point. Above or below, things need to be adjusted. PERIOD! This is one simple rule to whole health. USE IT.

Over -ride

Chemical reactions can often override other systems in play. If the play going on is scarey or unfamiliar we give in to drugs to try to counter act the over riding symptoms. I know that there is so much harmony missing that drugs are the new normal for some people. Not for me, they make it worse, not better. Learn the systems of nature. They are cyclical, and harmonic. They ebb and flow. They are fire and water and earth and air, all together working for the good of the being BEING. Horses offer a balanced ride, not an over ride. Exciting and powerful, peaceful and uplifting, all together at the same time. JUST like you are designed to do too!

I am being asked a lot of questions these days. I will say that the answers are coming to those with the questions, from within their own realities. It is time to use the gifts you have to update your world and all that effects you. I was 3o when I came home and fell into the rabbit hole of questions. Wine, cheese and HORSES

We are looking for those interested in joining us at Hawk's Ridge Ranch for time with the horses and one another with a glass of cheer. I have heard/herd that there are people who would love a chance to share our ranch and it's beauty, and mingle with our horses. I will post the date on my Facebook account THE HAWC. We are trying to set it up for guests every other week late afternoons. 4:30 to 6:30. $20 donation to provide hay for the therapy horses and the work they do here. Austism, special needs, inner city, addicts, prison release progam and YOU too. Everyone benefits from Equine guided education and we offer it BAREBACK STYLE! Looking to return to the Path of Joy?

Most have been recently down the Path of Sorrow. It is it's own punishment, so therefore now there is no further pain required. The Natural Law of CAUSE, EFFECT AND CONSEQUENCE has been enough of that for humanity to grow. Healing work is required. Restoring of the Divine Blueprint is key, not allowing strangers or wolves in sheeps clothing to command you in any way/weigh that can do more harm than good. THE time to check your own energy is NOW as never before. My own Mother wanted to trust the doctor, the preacher, the cop, the insurance salesman, and she did that. I watched and saw she would apply blame when she was not saved from something that she relied on another to do. Addiction to addiction to another being responsible for you or any thing but self is it's journey back to the path of joy, That is it's own punishment enough. Unhook those tethers, get off that cross, and help us around here PLEASE!! We all are in this together, and JOY is the energy of recovery. Celebrate your ascension as opposed to your crucifixion, all the big dogs did that and they are rooting for us from the clouds. Mahpiya!

Fish need to swim to live well and free

I need to read for the same reason. I read so much that I filled up to the top with words. Then I started sharing them with others interested. This blog is 14 years of that sharing, as is my practice of teaching the wealth of health, with naturopathy for over 30 years. It is a great gift to read. It is a great gift to be asked what you read. We can all agreee on one thing, that each has their own view of words. Peaceful sharing of the words, with the ability to agree to disagree is the best we can do. CO-creating in harmony is beautiful. WHY are we NOT doing that? It is the key to a healthy future for humanity. Earth hosts us, but she certainly can live on without us. It is our job to leave her better than we found her so we can be invited back again and again. SIMPLE. Like fish that swim easily well and free, that is the opportunity for YOU AND ME!! Water is life, treat it like your life depends on it, IT DOES! Mni Wiconi, my dog agrees!

Re-Sources

They are your responsibility. Water, air, earth and YOU the FIRE, together are the human experience. You are a resource. I am a resource. What is the energy that you have not utilized and shared. Gardens are us. Rivers are us. Resources need to be identified and cultivated to stay supported and vital. Neglect your resources, and when you return to them, they will have long gone to seed. Kids are the most precious resource we have, check in and on and out with them and other people's kids too. They are the finest resource the world has and we are responsible to them. The future depends on it.

Magic, Faith, Miracles

All the same. An energy that is not visible to the naked eye/I. ALiens, Ancestors, Angels, same system of the non visible to the naked human. Yet there are those who have access to them all at will. Did you know that you were one of those who have that 6th sense YOU KNOW IT FROM DREAMS WHILE YOU SLEEP. IT COULD come in the form of LUCK and KISMET and happenstance as that is what is apparent to humans AWAKE OR ASLEEP. THE TRUTH is simple, you are all eternal energetic beings, in a limited space of humanity. YOU control YOU. For fun today add in a little faith, see if you can create a magical moment, and allow the miracle to be seen/scene by you. It is time to work this angle and spread the good news that all who try will be rewarded for their effort. A wave of good news and good works needs to happen now. YOU are that change agent, and so AM I< that I AM.

Lessons

I teach lessons I have learned to teach. Horseback, swimming, natural medicine, and parenting through meditation and energy use. I taught YOGA for years. I teach travel. I teach DIVINE DESIGN, and I live in that structure. There/their/they're are three aspects of this that help us move through the lessons quickly. ALLOWANCE....RECPROCITY....BALANCE.... What do you apply to your reality today. THINK about it for a moment, then write/right it. Read it back. WHEN you are sure of your knowing, teach those lessons. Be brave, be willing and be the lesson you so eagarly came to learn. That is the gift of being human. Complete they will set you on the path of JOY! Now that lesson is ready to be real!

Being CALLED OUT!

I got called out for a crack I made, and they were right, I WAS WRONG! I can be sassy, and it does not serve the highest good. Not mine or anyone else's. I should focus on funny, and that is good enough. WHEN someone loves enough to call you out. LISTEN with your heart and your head. We are so in need of honesty and clarity and healthful living now, no thing less will support us. CALLING out all earth lovers, lightworkers and saying THANKS for a sometimes hard job. WE LOVE YOU ALL.

Let's take inventory now

What is your stuff? I mean real and imagined. I mean energetic upgrades and suck holes. I mean that those lights in your life, your eyes, your voices and all your other stuff are yours to take full accountability for. I am talking about those jobs, those folks you hang with, I mean the cost of your hobbies and habits. It means to see what it is as your inventory, and either accept it with grace and care, or release it to another, for their reality may be better suited for it and what is offers. Be care full what you wish for, out loud becomes your inventory. If you can practice speaking in words that are unlifting, enriching, supportive and educational, all of those choices become YOU and your inventory. TODAY my inventory is direct, funny, fit, very beautiful to see and take care of, that is the NATURE of my world, critters, kids and earth! I woke to fog today, and then I said, let there be light, and let it begin with me. LIGHT a

nd laughter are two of those the things I account for.

As within so without, AKA independence

Learning to go within to find the harmony and perspective is an undertaught necessity. Americans were told to go with out to find the answers, approval, and that was that. I looked to the teachers, the preachers, the physicans and the magicians. Most were faking it. Bullies, bosses, overloads from over lords, and even tyrants were in that space. If as a child I had an idea, I said it out loud. My sister would say, WHY MUST YOU DO THAT ALL THE TIME? YOU know it will get you into trouble. I said it is what it is, and it is how I am who I am. Trouble or not, I must speak my truth. What it got me was independence. I learned to go with in before I manifested it on the out side. I learned to listen, to meditate, to visualize and to be eternally grateful to the Great Mystery, joyful and willing all the days of my life. AND I sing a little tune as I made my way.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE TO us all now. CHOICES are us.
