Take care of what is YOURS.

 When we look around and see something we want, we are asking for a chance to recreate it in our own matrix. Ask to learn it, and then, set it up for yourself. Then you tend to it. Follow the steps to having yours, not mine. I see nature and she shares a reality with me that I can recreate in a garden. I do not do that. I see wealth or health or happiness and say I should try that too. I do DO that. Sometimes I go back to the drawing board. To receive you must first conceive. To have the ability to conceive you must have courage and focus and a love of what you want next. If you are not convinced you will not be able to manifest right away. Meditate, drop to your knees and ask above for a new view and a higher perception. It is the gift of being a free human, and we are born free, although many have forgotten that. Write/right it, draw it, love it, support it's growth. This applies to all things! You can not have what another has, you can have your own. Then you can share yours with those who equally share with YOU! It is time to look within, before you speak or do anything that you are not in love with. That is human being the best they can be.

Years ago at this sacred site I began to vaporize, I had scene/seen a lot of changes and I was tired, very tired. My daughters grabbed my hands and said to hold my ground. It would all be ok. My close friends had died, and the world was troubling to me. Health for kids was hard to come by,  they were messed up and my horse program was not supported by the mainstream. Teaching balance and harmony and taking back the reins of your own power is a wonderful way to teach health, happiness and horses. That is what I stayed for and still do. I take care of what is mine, and it takes care of me. Learn to live where you love, and love what you do. It is how our world will heal, and humans will to. I will be in the barn!

You know who you know, whether you know them or not

Familiar? Family at large, out in the world, doing their work. When you see one, you know you know. I have seen/scene many along the way. It used to irritate my mother because I always brought them home. She did not understand. I do that in my work. I do that all the time. If you see me and you know me, you will be seen.  I will see YOU in the barn today. It is the magic of special needs and special horses and special volunteers all together, CUZ they just know, that is where they belong. ANd you know what you know!!!!

Fit or lean?

 If you are fit is it easier to be lean? Fit is a big recipe. I teach fit. Fit in and with the energy that supports you. We came to learn, we came to grow, we came to play and then came the WORKS. You are known by your works. Does it FIT? Is it hard, or confusing? Is it smooth and blossoming? That's how you can tell the difference. I fit in my world of nature. It matches my field and my belief system. I see it as divine. I see it as invincible.  I see it as truly beautiful. It keeps me FIT. I do not go to get fit, I live where I am fit. Carrying bales, or digging in the dirt. Riding bareback full gallop is a special kind of fit, ask my inner thighs! Find where the fit is natural to YOU. Then the lean and strong and healthy are partners in the FIT! Your job is to find that. Friends, family, fun and games that FIT YOU UP!  In or out, up or down, you truly fit somewhere, and with others who also fit there. FIND your FIT! I will be in the barn where I fit! AND I lean into that everyday of my life!

I am that I am

 Happy in the sunshine. It warms me, it tans me, it detoxes me, it energizes me. It fuels my vision, it opens my fields, the growth in summer time is enormous. GO OUTSIDE in nature. GO OUTSIDE to the water. It is your friend and your family, your source of nourishment and your place to leave that which serves you no longer. Take it down to the river, and sing HALLELUJAH. You will be so glad you did. Then I will head to the barn.  We sing there too!!!!

Humanity is looking UP

 Kept under lock and key for eons. The beauty and potential being siphoned off with the structures of less, lack and loss being constantly broadcast. The news, the forecast, the grading system, not used to promote love, and harmony and limitlessness. I am a peace and freedom person, so that constant bombardment has no/know place here/hear. We tell stories, listen to good music, whistle and giggle. We love to bring in new eyes/I's. The NewS/news is ours to create. Start with the basic belief that you are divinely designed, and self healing. Name only that which brings you joy and hope and promotes a belief in safety and protection. Look up, look around, the children and the animals, actually, all of nature is looking for you to look for them. It is a sovereign  duty, and when you see what I see, you will never look to loss again! Happy summer Solstice to us all! We have arrived! This is Machu Pichu, WAY UP !!

Puzzle pieces/peaces

 I am Libra Rising, a peace and harmony human, nuts for justice and balance. It is the puzzle we are here to put together.  I do it with horse therapy sessions and teaching bareback horsemanship. It worked for me as a child. An imbalance in my family was often remedied by a ride on Jenny our horse, bareback. I w as told that helping me saddle up was a bother to the ones who I would ask. So I learned to ride bareback instead of creating another rift. I struggle still with asking for help, one of those childhood traumas that left a deep scar. When you are ready, you will ask, and of course, you will receive all that you believe. I am that I am, doing just that. I will be in the barn, letting my bareback rides lift me up!! Let's work together, if you see someone in need, offer.  When you are in need of help - ASK! I did. Unity is the peace that I understand, we are all connected.

Sirens

 When they sound, you perk up. Sirens sounded here on my road last night. Lots and lots. A motorcycle crashed. It simply goes to show that without the warning of the sirens going off all the time, things can change quickly. Listen and  learn to discern what is alarming you before it ends quickly and you missed it the cues. I am doing ZYTO scans on Friday, June 20th at 5 to demonstrate our early warning system and how to read it. Navigating health in the way of a siren is how you can get a jump on things before it gets the jump on you. Biomarkers have been system of analysis in my 35 year career in the Healing Arts Wellcare Center. That bioenergetic siren saved my life back in the 80's!
