You can not get something for nothing

If it is true, then what do those do, who feel like they have nothing left to give? First, we all have something to give. Each and everyone of us can smile. That helps a lot. We can lend a hand, a hand out or a hand up. We can show up and ask to be of service. We can be the one who notices what is right! AND then tells everyone! Come on people, it is not what it appears to be all of the time. Look into the fire, see that last burning ember, and BLOW on it. It is the way to light up the room, and it is time for that flame and it's warmth to take center stage~!
