Move toward what is light to you

Sensing light is what we do. Like a flower to the SUN, we raise ourselves up to it intuitively. It promotes growth. Growth is needed now for us to thrive. Staying the same will not keep us up and alive and in good spirits. Get up early, open the shades, put on your gear and go outside and breathe in the light. Walk, run or simply stretch, you will lighten up in body, mind and spirit! Winter here needs D3 added to the diet for good spirits and good health, call and we will pop some in the mail for you.
