50 years old, come into heart now

It is the age of the heart. At fifty - one must be centered in a loving and caring way, or they will have a heart felt moment come over them. I know people see it as an attack, but it is simply a wake up call. Be at peace with it. Be in the roses of your heart chakra, and let the velvet grace of the heart energy raise up to it's decade of great change. Calcium and magnesium are the heart's friend. Strength and flow come with those minerals. Time now for hearts, and those who use them, to move into authority here.
