You're Entering your Center!

In the middle, that is where we are today beneath this big full moon in June of 2018. The center of your reality looking you square in the face!! If you are lost, helpless, sad or just bewildered, take a time out. You deserve a break in the negativity. If you are opening a center, a healing place within and all around you, get going with it!! I am!! Welcome to Dr. Sioux's B and Be Well! Our first campers came and loved it. Inside or outside, bed or futon, tipi or your own tent, we have the land, the views are awesome and the fire circle that teaches the Four Directions and the Medicine Wheel burns brightly at night! Your group can take their space here, or your family too. I know we need to chat, and this is a good healing place to do that. AND by the way, there are horses here, and they love to give rides.

Words create life or nothing at all

I am a word lover. I use them in my work to show a way through the maze of health. It works for me. I use them to tell stories and share success and less. I also us the NO word now. No means NO! I use it when someone or something pushes me too hard. Those pushes can come in words, acts, or even looks. I learned during the KSTP lawsuit that my words were my truth, and the jury knew it to be true too. Be a steward of your words. Speak only the words you long to hear! So we can heal this world together with words of respect and love.

Considerate? It is the time and money in our lives.

Are we so far off from reality that real true consideration is no longer a consideration? My time deserves your consideration, as does yours. My life does too. I have watched the inconsideration of late, lack, last, and losses too. I have be where someone takes and gives nothing in return, except that same empty hand again looking for more. I am not sure how to respond. Once long ago I walked out of a restaurant when my inconsiderate companion showed up late again, without notice of any kind. I said that would be the end of meals and deals with her. She forgot to consider me, my time, and my life. After a little time passed, she apologized and we are still friends. If we want to get along, we must remember our manners. Your time, your effort, your life have great value! We must insist on recognition of this, the same with our Earth, our animal friends, and our own inner children. See to it that you consider EVERYTHING before you do what you are going to do next. I will then consider you too. And taking all things into CONSIDERATION, I believe things will improve around here.

2018 first half complete

Solstice today bring the light shines on the second half of 2018. It has been a trying year so far. Trying to see light, trying to be light, when it looks dark out. Stand under the sun today, or the moon tonight and be a light. It is the best way to lighten up and that is what we all want and need right now. See you at the fire circle.

THE QUEEN

I teach Archetypes. Those aspects of human reality, dark and light, that help us authenticate our individuality, so we can find our place in community. I carry the QUEEN archetype. I have a certain authority that I share in my practice. I also have an issue with challenges which is the dark part of that archetype. I react to them. In learning me and balancing my life, I need to apply what I know to these aspects of my responses and also reactions. Once learned we can ask specifics. In understanding my QUEEN self, I know specifically what I am QUEEN of. I am the Queen of 2nd chances. I use it in teaching health, in relationships, and in the way I choose to live and love. It works with energy that needs another chance to shift since they missed it the first time tested. So in the spirit of the Solstice, the fire of summer, find an aspect of who are and yet to be, and GIVE YOURSELF A SECOND CHANCE TO GET IT RIGHT in the 2nd half of 2018! We all deserve it! Happy Solstice.

50 years old, come into heart now

It is the age of the heart. At fifty - one must be centered in a loving and caring way, or they will have a heart felt moment come over them. I know people see it as an attack, but it is simply a wake up call. Be at peace with it. Be in the roses of your heart chakra, and let the velvet grace of the heart energy raise up to it's decade of great change. Calcium and magnesium are the heart's friend. Strength and flow come with those minerals. Time now for hearts, and those who use them, to move into authority here. Sovereign and inclusive, as every Avatar who has graced us with their presence has taught. Love is all the energy we need.

"Rescue ME!!"

said the tiny kitten, left last, next to a non living sibling, with no mother in sight/site, REALLY REALLY LOUDLY! The men who work close by heard the cry and rescue was done. Some of my animal friends here at the ranch were also rescued. Together there is a common bond. I watched it energetically co create love and light, every single time I introduced that tiny kitten to one of Hawk's Ridge Ranch rescues. It is a magic, a knowing, a life found with value. No throw aways here. We need to apply this principle to our lives on Earth now. Every particle of life matters! You matter, and I do too. Rescue missions are everywhere, be a part of one. Our world needs our urgent attention, and long term care. Are you in? If you were once rescued, and I PROMISE you were! Be a part of the team now. We need one another.

Were you PRE - SENT to Earth for the opening of the new age?

I was. It seems like it has been a long time, but in truth I was pre-sent and was that way for awhile. I, then became trans-sient, transcending all that was the old matrix. I am now working on OMNI SENT, omniscience really as a true citizen of the Universe. Connected to all things, as if the God particle in each thing mattered to me, and me to them too. Close your EYES and feel OMNI. See the drop of water in the ocean of earth that we are here. It is time that we work together in the water of this blue world. Welcome to the result of pre-sent making it's way as the gift it was, to our new WHOLEness, and ONEness. TIME is right and now, and we came on purpose, to be here for now, presently transitioning!
