Lukewarm, no thanks

I LOVE COLD, AND I LOVE HOT.  Choosing which one when, is the fun of it. I love this life and all that it offers. It is wild ride, people, places and things change daily. I love to see it. Our world is shifting gears faster now with the NEW AGE. I am there, where are you??? LUKEWARM?? VACILLATING?? MISSING OUT ON WHAT COULD BE THERE FOR YOU TODAY?? Decide which way, and get on with it. You will not be disappointed, or disappointing to yourself. YOU and I are worth every valuable minute we can squeeze in!

Strength comes in to the body with the NEW MOON

Today sink in deep and strong! You deserve all the power your can hold. See yourself as strong and flexible and filled with breath and fire! You are amazing and fully capable of more than you know in consciousness. Be conscious of this gift and breathe in the power, use the sun, the water, the food and energy of this earth to nourish yourself. New moon means roots run down and deep and with those roots, tap in. You are amazing, enjoy!!!!!

Unplugged

It is time to unplug. The end of the summer season in our area slows us down to a quiet walk before fall shows it's beautiful face. I have raced through this summer in an effort to catch something. Catch up really. Mostly to me and my evolution and the next step it takes me. How about you, enjoying the sanguine days of summer? Or moving too quickly yet in effort to accomplish something? Let the slow go give you the present, unplug for a moment, it is the gift we all deserve, as if there were no yesterday nor tomorrow, just now fully here and loving it! We need to allow ourselves the time

Poison the ROOT and what happens to the tree????

Really........, how are we that unwilling to look at this issue. Root canals are so risky and ultimately toxic, that doing them seems like a death wish. I have spent nearly 25 years learning, testing and assisting in the recovery of people who poison the roots of their teeth. It is really so simple. We are the tree, we have roots, do not risk the tree or it's fruit or longevity with this ridiculous process. You decide. Use your mind and your intuition!! You will find the truth.

Take a look around. You have landed exactly where you are because this is where you need to be. I know how hard we all are trying and I am asking you now, to relax. Going with the flow will allow you the flexibility and grace you need to fit in to your new life here. It has been a long road to releasing the old matrix, it was very rigid, commonly exclusive and sometimes ever cruel. This new world of ours is about community and common ground. It offers shared interests, ideas and resources. We are not alone although it felt like it for awhile and now as the sleepy eyes open and everyone comes to life here, your new life will unfold very quickly here. Look around, you have chosen, and I believe you have chosen well and correctly. If you need to step it up a bit, git er done'. Time is gone, the present is US and we should treat like the gift it is.

Robin Williams - the needle and the damage done

I used to listen to that song over and over, I've seen the needle and the damage done by Neil Young. Somehow all this time I felt those lyrics  speaking to my mind. I know  the horrible damage done by needles, I help those injured by those needles filled drugs and vaccines in my practice all of the time. The thyroid being the most vulnerable place  defensing the body from those pricks. It registers the entrance of the offending liquid without benefit of the digestive system and the power of the liver to filter it out. It is a direct hit on so many levels!!! Like a snake bite whose venom can shatter a body and extinguish a life with one attack. Our current system of needles attacks the human body again and again with needle after needle and then never takes any responsibility for the damage done. I dreamed of Robin at my hotel on Saturday night, sitting quietly in my restaurant alone at a table for two. I was too busy in my dream to stop and chat although and I could have and now know, should have. He was signaling me of his departure, as many do, and asked that I share his story from my perspective. This will happen, this being the first piece to reconsider. Please, do not allow the needle and the damage to snuff your life out or create so much disharmony that the duration of your existence here is plagued with issues, like addiction, autism, anaphylactic reactions to things normal to most of us. It is time now to stop this madness and take a closer look at clean water and fresh air, whole fresh non gmo organic food and sunshine, first. Then let's see what needs needles and drugs after that.

Parade

Yup, my life is a parade, a never ending party of possibilities. Music, animals, and the like, all dancing through my life. I have portrayed that over and over so much that others comment on it. Is your life happy, moving in the right direction, fun and ever changing. Think about what you want it to be. I like mine like that, the rest will take care of itself. You  get to design yours the way you want it to be. Parade for me, what for you?

Jupiter's judgmental dark side

Yet in its role as arbiter of truth, Jupiter can SHOW its dark side, which is being judgmental. When beliefs are over-inflated, the generosity of Jupiter takes a position of moral authority and can put down others like a hell and damnation preacher. When we over inflate the importance of our ideas and interpret them as absolute truths, we kill kindness with condemnation. Compassion and curiosity are remedies to becoming paralyzed by a heavy-handed belief system that infects faith with rejection and punishment.

The good fortune that Jupiter is associated with comes from having a wider perspective. It looks up from the details of daily activities to see patterns that give meaning to what we do. The difficulties of the CHALLENGES we face do not necessarily disappear from this point of view, but they are recognized as pieces rather than the whole of our lives.

In practical terms, Jupiter reminds us to step back from situations in which we are ENTANGLEDso that we can recognize how we became enmeshed in them and, hopefully, show us how we can untie these knots.

Hero

I love heroics. I always have. It takes me to a place of unlimited power here that is rare and exciting and deserves to be recognized. I watch for them in this world and honor them when they appear in my reality. I think that they deserve the love of the people and should know WE KNOW how brave they are and what they have sacrificed for the highest good of the situations here. They can take the blows. Books are full of heroes, real life has even more. My friend changed his life when drinking and the sadness of it all became life threatening to him. He walked away from everything that surrounded that choice. And started over again as a grown ass man with nothing left but his heart and a willing spirit to try one more time, this thing called life. Apologies to self, family and friends were given, and life took a wild turn for the better, and the healing that will follow him through all the days left. He became a pastor, a counselor and the best friend that any one could ever want, and he can really cook and laughs the whole time. NOW that is a hero to ME!  Find a hero today and tell them how proud you are of them, and say thanks, we need you. I will.

magical people in a mystical land

that's what we are, each and every one of us. all unique and evolving. so.... i am sitting there and he turns and looks at me, an old friend...... then his eyes shine, and sparkle and i remember who he is and why he is here..... in this magical land.!!!!!!      every one here has a reason for being..... here,...... alive,....... in search of...... be quiet today, and allow yourself to remember.   YOU will love it!

Turning 50 - the true heart opener

We are designed perfectly. It is easier than we are taught. I teach a zillion things, about a zillion things. One of them is math. It is musical, it is telling, it is road marking, map making and it is helpful to understand the bigger picture of what each age  offers. I celebrated a 50th birth day this past weekend and watched very intently the heart openers occur. It was something very special and humbling. It takes a lifetime of choices to get to 50, and when you get there, there is your heart. Waited for ya the whole time. Wondered where you had been. I saw a whole group of hearty, happy humans, so glad to all have made it there. I know when the rebirth of 50 arrives, many choose to leave, it is the most common age of the heart attack. It is the ultimate opener. It can set you free or set you into the roots you have here, and nourish you for another 50 years. Neato huh??? Here's to another 50 on this crazy plane, life is something to celebrate!

Creation occurs in the MOMENT

Not left over from before, nor a vision of the future in some distant time or place. You are creating constantly, each moment and what it is you are choosing, consciously or not. So many are half asleep yet. Some poisoned by unknown toxins like flouride or mercury or additives or preservatives, others choose it daily. Chemicals alter you, your  choices are organic only if you are. Following the natural step is what our sustainability group SUSTAIN HUDSON is all about. I also do this in my work as a Naturopath by teaching clients how to partner with things in nature to support a healthy body. I have had to practice doing it in my leisure time too, my natural instinct has always been best and most creative there. I love my leisure life, it is fun and full of adventures and learning to set myself up for success has been an awesome opportunity to live in the moment. I have to stop, think, focus and shoot, and most of the time it goes right in to the whole/hole! Get in the moment, be clear about what you want and are willing to sustain. It is yours and yours alone and I for one know you have more skills than I am seeing. TRY!!! for the WHOLE!
