BREAKFAST WITH THE ROTARIANS

SOMETIMES I FORGET HOW TRULY BLESSED WE ARE. THIS MORNING I WAS THE SPEAKER FOR THE BREAKFAST ROTARIANS HERE IN MY BEAUTIFUL TOWN OF HUDSON, WIS. AMONG THEM WERE LOTS OF FAMILIAR FACES FROM VARIOUS PLACES AND EXPERIENCES IN MY 50 YEARS OF EARTH LIFE. I SPOKE OF THE SIMPLE WAYS TO HANDLE STRESS, FREE FOR ALL AND EASY FOR MOST. WE BREATHED, STRETCHED, GRUNTED AND LAUGHED, WE SPOKE OF FOOD AND WINE AND THE MAGIC OF CHERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES, AND LEMONADE. WE SPOKE OF ANIMALS AND LONGS WALKS IN THE FRESH AIR AND SUNLIGHT. WE LEARNED TO SLEEP BETTER, EAT BETTER AND THRIVE!! I THINK IT WENT WELL.
MOSTLY THOUGH WHAT I LEARNED IS THAT GOOD CHEERFUL PEOPLE EXCHANGING GOOD CHEERFUL INFORMATION IS REALLY ONE OF THE BEST FORMS OF STRESS RELIEF THERE IS!!! I LOVED MY ADVENTURE INTO THEIR WORLD. SO THIS WEEK GO WHERE YOU DON'T NORMALLY GO AND EXCHANGE SOME SMILES AND HAPPY THOUGHTS FOR THERE IS THE MAGIC WE ALL SEEK. THANKS DR. SU
