When you touch something to your tongue, the body either opens to receive or it causes a shut off that could lead to a shut down if forced. It will make you spit it out if the it fails the tongue touch to taste test. Kids and critters respond naturally. When the body is toxic that system becomes disconnected and it fails the test of spit it OUT it creates risk and disease. Learning the system of the taste test is a key to understanding who needs what and what NOT/KNOT. If you force a child to eat something not easily processed by that system they will over-react in a self protection mode. WATCH. LISTEN. LEARN.
Adults need the information to create safe space for the children. Feeding things that overload causes issues like fight or flight. Teachers, parents, nurses, day care providers, coaches, first in line to need to know. Built in systems, free to learn, should be used for the highest good of all. Are ready for your knowing?
