go home now

 When my girls were children they were taught to tell the truth. I see auras. When you darken your own field with deceit it is scene/seen. Then YOU are told you must go home. We learned that telling the truth was the only way, no matter what that was. If you stole, you told. If you cheated, you told. If the learning process of a child promoted  a violent act, you told that too/two. Two/together we figured out the forgiveness. Admit first, promise to never do that again, and REMEDY the situation by making up for whatever the offense was. My kids sometimes chose being grounded, which meant I was grounded too! It was a good remedy for a loss. Staying home for a time was healing. When humans choose loss it is up to the others in close contact to simply say, HEY YOU, GO HOME NOW! You have a place where you need to be GROUNDED. DO that now please. Going home is always the best time for me, I love that. Let's all learn how! Sometimes I ground my self cuz being home on the ranch is the best grounding I know. See ya in the barn.

memorial

 To allow something to stay alive is the Me More Y? Marked with Memorials. My father died today December 26, in 1959, with the breaking of his neck. The trunk with his personal things was filled and locked and left untouched for decades. I asked for it and was given that unopened memorial. I went through each of his things with care. Razor, hair brush, pajamas, school work, compass and protractor, his best coat, and both pipes. Much more also needed sorting. Two yellow scarves and his bowling shirt became favorites of mine. His leather belt fit like it was mine. The Dakota 38 plus 2 have been on a Reconciliation Ride now for past few years. 38 necks broken on that same day long ago. In the Land of Memories, find the ones that give you hope. To accept reconciliation now as valuable step forward is our best healing option. You choose.  Find the box unopened. It is their/there for you. Take a good long look and feel the energy. In the fire and light you can re-lease the pain, the loss, and the anger. and abandonment.  In the sunrise of the new year - the FIRE HORSE  of the 2026 will raise you up and you will fly!  lOOK TO THE SKY. I will be in the barn!! Don't let that cloud train pass you by!! My Father's name - One who sits on Clouds - Maypiha also one of those hung that day long ago.. Hop aboard. The day that cloud came here, there were two of them, I knew one was mine.  It is time.

Walking the mile of someone's journey

 In my moccasins I am that I am - Dr. Su/Sioux. I have a profile, and I add to it as I journey. Along the way people move into stride with me. I speak my truth, and if they choose to keep up it lasts awhile. If they are still slower or faster, they move off.  The other day I was the slow goer. It cracked me up. It is rare that I cannot keep up. In striding into the future of our life here see who is keeping stride with you. Those are the ones that keep things balanced. We now, in love and laughter and the new light, need balance. Lots of evening.  Happy and healthy balance me, so do horses! It is the reason I teach bareback riding. Twenty five years and still loving the gift.

Local or Global or Galactic

 You are. Which is the plane that you navigate easily, which is the one that provokes you? Ready to fly? We have been flying on the local and global and galactic fields for a while now. I am a dreamer and a seer. I navigate best in my sleep. I purr like an engine or so I have been told. On the earth plane I ride, I do not walk nor do I run. I ride skiis, horses, surf boards, boats, cars, motorcycles and my BOBCAT. I am comfortable with my balance so I do yoga to support that ability. In the local you choose your job, your neighbors, your clubs, your friends. In the global you now can go anywhere via the internet. My mother went there, to 55 nations in person. She took me to most of these United States before I was 12. Galactic is coded within. Who are you in the DNA they tell you is junk. I found mine and I am sure there is more to that story. As we venture into the conclusion of the 2025 year of the snake, shed the illusions that you are not able to go where know you are able to navigate. Learn to swim, learn to ride, learn to think big! I will be at the Dojo, learning the energy of Aikido, see ya there and then back to the barn to practice.

Hidden in plain/plane site/sight

 The SPECTRUM. It is for the full disclosure that we demand an honest explanation. You are a RECEIVER. The telegraphed energy is being picked up by YOU and the SPECTRUM you use. Genetically, biologically, environmentally, spiritually, and the other abilities more than we have been told about, pick up energy. I was told I was too honest as a child. See and SAY, irritated my parents.  Especially because they were front line in my sensory abilities to receive their/there choices.  My ability to see auras was hard to escape. Let's teach the truth. You will benefit dramatically. Is your world positive and in support of YOU? Your sensory gifts tell the story. When you picking up negative, you will feel poorly. When you are feeling loved and inspired you will flourish. Kids on the spectrum require more expertise than currently offered. When you see, hear, taste, feel and smell things others do not, you can be misunderstood. The some-thing that trips your trigger

 You all get your trigger tripped somewhere along the way. Mine was pretty up front. Billy Jack did that for my soul. Kids, protection, Natives, horses, music, started my party. I bit into that energy like a pitbull. At this time I re-view and start again. It is time that we put the priority items in the front of our soul contract and how the terms play out. I just saw Jesus Christ Superstar and that was the other trip wire for my life. It matched me. We fear things we do not understand. Let's work together on under-standing. Earth is our family, understand that. Kids are the gold and the future. Understand that. YOU and only you are the ONE you came looking for. Understand that. Let the old faded worn out foolishness re-lease. Love the new age. Mine is 68 for now.  The new year is nearly launched! I came to be ME and it looks pretty promising. Solutions

 Ingredients added to a medium becomes a solution. Baking soda to lemon juice is a good solution for PH balance. Humans love to consider solutions. I always have.  Kids should not have to do that. Solutions  should be provided by balanced adults. I made a career out of providing outside the box solutions that worked better for me. Natural medicine was the solution to my Interstitial Cystitis. The only solution known for the condition, as the pros I relied on for solutions were stumped. They used the word incurable. WHICH was a solution more powerful than they knew,  it motivated me to walk away from the negative unknowing pros as the solution I was looking for. It took guts, and more importantly it took self love. As a mom I knew the solutions the pros offered would have hindered my parenting, in every way possible. Surgery, drugs, and suicide were the norm. In the dark of  the solstice, dream up some new solutions. Test them to your belief systems, your intuition, your willingness. We deserve solutions and the full disclosure we are receiving now is shining the light. Welcome to the year of the fire horse!! 68 trips around the sun what do I know/no for sure?

 I know I am doing my best work. I know that laughter helps. Healing is for anyone and everyone. Growth is persistent. Normal is a setting on a dryer dial. AND the only sure bet - which I know a lot about, is on ME! Happy Sagittarius new moon - 12-19-25 says the snake has shed her skin. The new year - the 69th, has potential. Thanks for being here. The other side of darkness

 I love the winter solstice, it marks the end of that dark moving in. I watch the sun like a needle on a meter on my horizon. The farthest point south is over my coulee. It is wear/where the land drains on it's way to the river. It is the beauty of motion, the promise of sunshine returning. The other side of darkness, the end of fall and the beginning of the winter season. It is the healing season of rest, fire, nourishment and cuddles. Allow yourself the luxury of the darkness. It is quiet and restful and where the reboot begins. Resolve to resolve. Live and let it be. Provoke no one. Stand strong in the healing that the Aquarian age brings now. You are being given another season of hope. Use it well! The gift is yours! I will be in the barn.

Legacy

 Jessie and Carly and Banks are my legacy.  Leave em' better than you were. I always want that outcome. Know me, visit me, challenge me, I just want it better when it is complete. My ranch, Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson, Wisconsin, USA, is also my legacy. It was a corn field 25 years ago. Today it is much more productive. Kids, especially the special ones, flourish here.  They mend, they balance, they laugh out loud, and they learn they are magic. The child in the adult is who shows up, clinic or arena. porch or fire circle. Tobacco is used, sage is burned, pine is lit, sweetgrass is burned, and cedar is drank along with wine and tea. The tipi goes up, the ponies show their beauty, and the dogs keep vigil as the cats keep it all under control.  My legacy, community in nature. Wellness in wholeness. Health and happiness together. Telling the difference between shit and shinola

 We are here to figure that out. Shiney and covered over with something inauthentic is prevalent. Test it to your energy. Kids know/no when something or someone stinks. They make sure they signal. Allow them the time to do this and pay close attention.  Dogs know too. Watching the responses of both kids and dogs have been a part of all of my life. Cats are in on the game as well. My mother did not like cats and I know why.  I once saw a cat bite a priest's liver point on his hand. I knew what that cat knew too. That priest was not authentic, he was a hiding something. Watch the movie SPOTLIGHT. Take the time to use discernment. Let the kids use theirs/there's too. Slow down, it takes a moment when you haven't been practicing. Here's HOW>  Blink, breathe, step back and emote.  Hair goes up on your neck - it is false. Hair tingles on your arm and legs, move in for the truth is right in front of you. You will quickly know/no the difference between shit and shinola. No shit. Have a great day, the barn is waiting.

Skip to the lou, my darlin'

 In Europe it is called the lou. The re-lease room. Time to skip to the lou now, no waiting in line. Get rid of that which serves you no longer. Skip straight to the lou. Live and let go. Live for your life and the lives of the children depend upon it. The contracts are over, the over view of our human reality is being revealed. Listen carefully, and use your discernment. Reread the terms of your existence. YOU CHOOSE NOW what stays and what  re-leases. Not all hear/here the same thing or are HERE for the same thing. They say when they are being bullied, what it I fall? I say take the ball and run with it!

Up or Set? Making LANDFALL - in which direction are you heading...follow the son/sun

 I am a sun-up kind of character. I am a coffee drinker, a yogi, a meditator and I FEED all the animals when the sun comes up every morning. My favorite job is making sure everyone is up and at em' with breakfast in their belly and an angel card in their mind mine. Lord Michael went to school with my girls every day of their life. It gave me strength to know they were guarded and guided by Higher Views than just mine. I have a Hawk's View, they required an Eagle's Eye. Making landfall by the Sun's set was also important. If you were late, I was alerted. Do your work under the sun, the best efforts are always in the light. Truth, justice, community  -  all flourish when scene/seen. Sailing to the shores of your dreams is best accomplished in the night light. Sleep is a key factor to your wealth of health, it is when you heal and when you lose weight too. Human Beings love that. Today I am up and out the door preparing for the 12-12-2025 celebration of the completion years. It has been a long journey, and the setting of the old ways is welcome home now. Prophecy come true.  Peace and freedom coming right up. The sunlight will show us the way. I will see it from the barn. Peace is a daily event.

Set in stone

 The best way to change something set in stone, is to use water. Water is the earth's magical change maker. It comes in tiny drips, deluges, it falls from mountains, and it waves over the land. You are made of water chasing around minerals. The use of pure clean fresh programmed water will change you forever.  I program mine with light and with minerals. Each day I select a new recipe for  success and upgrades. Get the knowledge and then practice. Look into the eyes/I's of your own being. Water is their/there covering, the cleaner and the release mechanism. Every one who I see here cries. It is how they signal they are ready for a change. The stones in our bodies - kidney and gall stones - need watering. Cry, laugh so hard YOU CRY!  It also comes in the form of perfect snow flakes! Covering the healing land and lakes with new magical directives. Dr. Emoto showed us what happens with words and water. Use your words very carefully as the water in and around you picks of the vibrations. Is the word kind, is it necessary and does it assist humanity? Good tool for talking. RE......treat

  That is for you and yours, taking the time out needed to re-seed your garden, it means re-treat from the grind and the ruts and make it healthy and productive. I test Biological Terrain and Bio-energetics in my work as a Naturopathic Physician. I used to check blood, urine and saliva too. I read astrological overviews and I read auras. In the journey of hunting up the choices that helped me become healthy and happy, came also the HORSES of Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson Wisconsin. As a child, life was never the same after my father passed when I was 2.  That shook us up. PTSD comes when shock is presented. At age 7 we got horses with our new house in our new life. Finally  life became more balanced. I  mostly rode bareback since I was too small to throw on and cinch up that saddle. There were 2 neighbors to ride with and a sister. with her pony So variety came! I felt freedom and power and incredible joy. I love animals, and horses with that gigantic heart field gave me stability. In the work here I have used them in my practice of wellness for 25 years. In these times of change, I have not yet scene/seen a human not changed by a horse encounter. The beauty and majesty alone are awe inspiring. The ride on the bareback of a healthy loved horse is elevating in the start, balancing the middle and at the end of the ride, you do not want it to be over!! Finding the COURAGE to en-courage

 Kindness and compliments encourage children, laughter engages their energy and movement gets the job done. Wiggle and toe tap, dance and ride, kids do not sit still ever with a healthy outcome. The false narrative of handing them a device that sits them still is not to be encouraged.  For energy to grow, it must be allowed to flow. Just like the stream to the river to the sea. If you force the still it quits. I signed up for AKIDO LESSONS yesterday. I see auric energy, I use the gift to help balance. Me first, then anyone else willing to be encouraged. Power is not scene/seen, but the winds will change the entire matrix in their/there way of being a being. Yours words are the winds of encouragement. Say only what you want to embody. That is how it flows, it grows, and it glows!! I will be in the barn and then at the mats of martial arts. My eagle takes another turn around the sun, she is rising up for the next adventure.

Are you being tampered with?

 Tampering can be undetected for awhile. It is subversive, yet intrusive. Understanding your energy and protecting the fields is a human responsibility no longer taught. I read my meditations from 1997 and was reminded that my greatest audience would be young people. They DO NOT LIKE being tampered with. I did not either. I chose the road that revealed my work because it directly applied to me, and then, even more importantly, MY CHILDREN! I would not allow them to be tampered with. I fired many doctors, and dentists, teachers, and coaches along the way. I could see their/there energy. If they were bright and sunny, they were with those who were in the light. If they were not, we would go do something different with a more aligned crew.  I showed up in the world they lived in, school, events, recitals, ALMOST ALWAYS MY SHORTS! To this very day they remind me that I annoyed them in those wild outfits I wore. Yet it promoted my individual style as they were developing theirs. THEY are the most independent humans I know! Well aware that they are here on contract in service to humanity and her children. No tampering allowed! If you feel you are being fooled, tampered with, handled, it is time to learn energy. Yours is YOURS and YOURS alone when you are an adult.  Up to age 18 you are overlighted by the parents, whether they are in you life or not.  You are connected. Find your footing, Right foot to dad's lineage and left foot to MOMS. If it keeps you off balance, say NO! Let go. Ask for a new crew.  Years back I saw a POP-TART give an autistic non-verbal client of mine a MIGRAINE! He was being tampered with unbeknownst to his mom, who fed him that. We all learned in that moment to see pain in a little boy, with no voice or words to say - HeLP! We helped, he healed, and Teddy became who he was meant to be - before the tampering of those in the dark. Two choices - light or dark. YOU decide where you fit. I will be in the barn.

Agree to disagree now peace please

 In my birthday month I am front and center. Ask my people. I do not take one day, I take a whole month to let it sink in that I am still here. Up to the 69th circle is where I have landed just now. I am good a playing the movie back, I have an elephant's memory. What do I love, what have I learned, what shall I keep and MOST  of all, what should slip into the record books? Authentic and original all at the same time, full of shenanigans. Up early and talking nonstop. Music and critters surround me. Kids are my fav's. I love mine to the moon, and then there are the rest who shall remain at rest.  As was said on Thanksgiving, birth family, adopted family and the chosen ones. Those are our families. Amazing what we really have when we take some time to see the forest for the trees and the SUN/SON come up with each morning/mourning. This is the time we all need to decide a lot of choices. I choose to agree to disagree. My pipe carries the smoke of peace! I have carried that  beautiful pipe since I was 40 years around the sun, and I am keeping it lit!! hear/here today GONE tomorrow

 Turn your head to the sounds of the season. Good music and joyful noises are every where/wear! We have learned so much in so many ways over the past/passed times.  Focus on your favorite. Allow it to sing it's song, tell it's story, and comfort you. Do not forget, just forgive. We came to smoke the peace pipe, and to march to our own drummer. Tis' the season. Light the fires, call your friends, sing the song of the new age. It was who, and what we came to be and see. Happy Full Moon!! She's high in the sky and giving the reflections you asked for. Me too!! The barn is full of the NIGHT LIGHT!

Our Four paws

 Four directions, four seasons, four appendages, foretell and foreworn us of what? Everything about the human matrix.  Body - mind - spirit - the three that the young human puts together, the base of the merkaba. After 3 nine cycles, age 27, the next triangle is available. First step into that knowing. It is the 4 directions.  The young one leads to fertile one leads to senior one, then the overlighting of the ether is ready to bring into the field more. Balance comes easily with the four. A sturdy foundation forms when strongly built. Letting go of that and those who try to topple the project is part of the project. You will understand who is with you in growth and who leaves to you can move about freely. Today take the time to see the four directions. You intuitively know where to look. Is the sun rise, the sunny day, the sunset, or the dark of the night where you spend most of your energy? At nearly the start of my 69th year, I am a dawn lover. I still want to take a wide eyed happy start to every day. Just like a child up and at em' and ready to run. 

Check your energy, know where you are. Strength is there and so is the joy of that strong direction!! Use it or lose it. I will and am already - in my barn!

Hang up

 If you are being called by those who do not have your best interest in their hearts, HANG UP.  Do not even speak. JUST HANG UP. The world is in a frenzy, dark trying to feed on the light. The light-hearted, the lovers of earth are their food. Doom is not real. Neither is GLOOM. I tell terminally sick clients to watch funny shows. LOTS of them. Get someone to sit and laugh with you. JOY heals, sleep heals, hanging up on those holding for you and the troubles they choose to talk about, HEALS YOU! In the finding of the self and purpose for being human comes in the light of the early morning. Stand in your aura and draw a big heavy circle around your field. Protection is an inside job, a choice. Then let the dawn light up your face, your eyes, your smile. If you do this every day the joy will return to our world. The hope and the power that is offers is still here, CLAIM IT. I will be in the barn. 

The inter in the WINTER

 The only time you heal or lose weight is while you sleep. The body needs to rest to rejuvenate. The winter is where we slow down and sit by the fires. Contemplating in the lights in the dark and cold  dreaming of what will hatch in the spring, and more importantly what will fall from your fall.  Cycles give the momentum we use to circle around the sun. This month is mine. I love winter, I love my birthday month, I love snow and the colored lights everywhere. It is when we get to recharge our batteries. It is an I N T E R time. Use this month to go deep with in and see your workings, and your playings. Which willshow up for another circle around the sun and which will you leave peacefully in the snow. Our horse Gypsy has left our world, quietly in the snow. It will be a season for the next spring without our Unicorn. His magic will remain in the hearts and photos we cherish, and of course, he will be at the Rainbow Bridge when I arrive. I will be in the barn. Hawk's Ridge Ranch is quiet today. 

Coming full circle

 In deciding to think before you speak, look to the full circle of your matrix. Body, Mind, Spirit and then the great unknown of you has a stake in the next word as it creates your own next world. If humans remembered how powerful their words were, we would love this world and all it's opportunities like there was no tomorrow. Waiting is for kids. I remember being told to wait and knowing I didn't have much patience, it was a very big request. I had a feeling there was something great out there, and it was waiting for me to show up. Now I am older, I wait for no man. I put on my boots, my skis, my world is my next step. Up and at the door at 5 am, ready to roll. See the circle, be the circle, choose your words and charge into the day. This is it, and you were the one you were waiting for and chasing the whole time!! See you in the barn. 

Stage - you set it

 I set the stage where ever I appear, mostly here at the ranch, in the office of the The Healings Arts Wellcare Center, and the arena where/wear therapeutic horsemanship has been the act for 25 years.  If you are lucky you can come and sit in my kitchen up at the house. That is my favorite setting. You choose your set, and YOU who the players are. You choose the scene/see. It is your SHOW. Deciding is childhood lessons and loves building a story of your choice. The best or the worst of a child's life will play on the stage of their/there life.  For the Thanksgiving Feast I set the stage and the tables at the Barn House. Littles, mediums, and 2 old humans graced the stage. All together in bounty, joy, peace and really good company and food.  Offerings were made as each described their/there gratitudes and attitudes. Banks liked the SNOW for playing with was now here. I thanked the ranch for the 25 years of gathering, of healing, of bravery, and a safe space for those looking out side the box for something they needed/kneaded. YOU now have the chance to set the stage every single day. When someone is hostile, simply say this...this is my show, and you must leave to the wings where the birds of your choice will wing you away to another place, and when you are ready to be part of the magic and the joy of this place, you will be invited to return. It is done, and you have chosen. Be a CHOSEN ONE. Random is wreckless/reckless. Consciousness is the new way to choose your stage. I will be in the barn, a wonderful stage for me. 

Ask and receive

 It is hard for us to remember to ask for what we desire. It seems that the earned thing is more common in the hearts of the humans here now. Then ...there are those outside the law of one. Another story for a different day. I asked for safety in the storm, especially for nature and her critters. I was told later that all was well. Trust the higher version of your asking to find alignment with your reception. You are a 12 stranded being receiving energy and information all the time. Having it hijacked or blocked is an agenda we have endured. It is sapping our light. That time is complete. We are still standing. Just like my beautiful horse Gypsy. He was in the mud, and I wondered if he would stand again. HE DID! Thanks girls for making sure he was up and running with the crew. We all need to ask and receive now that gift of community. You are meant to be together, the law of love is inclusive. No/know one thing will stand we are all connected.

Insurance or assurance

 To learn that you can rely on your choices to support you is what adults are here to do. Kids need support in the development of their faith. Hope is a learned behavior. Love is a verb, a source of energy, needing to be nurtured like a baby chick. Empathy is assurance. Grace and mercy fill in the blanks where nothing else will do. Can I insure someone's health? I can not. Can I assure someone that am and will do my very best to support their goals. Yes I can and do that at Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson Wisconsin. On the Thanksgiving eve of the full moon energy, stand in the light and ask for the assurances you are not sure of yet. Be confident in your request, and honest in your lack. Faith, hope and love, I ASSURE you are yours for the taking. Sharing them on the Thanks-Giving Remembrance is communion. Unity is the focus, shared resources are the given. Let that be our insurance. Peace of mind is the gift, trust is the verb. I trust that my barn and my critters will thrive in this coming winter, and I feel assured that my faith and my hope will carry the love I have in my matrix to all who are in need/knead. Strategy

 My brother and I used to play a game called RISK when we were kids. It was about the world and taking over - strategy was needed. I get my strategy from my dreams. Day or night I am a dreamer and a seer. I chose the dreams that were fun, and healthy. I learned, then I taught.  You and your strategy are your responsibility and your health and happiness are the result of a good strategic plan. Kids need parents that have that willing spirit and focus. The strategy is for them to create for each child they are responsible for. I see too many outsiders monkeying around with kids that are NOT/KNOT theirs/there's. Teachers, preachers, doctors, day care providers are working on their own strategies - NOT/KNOT YOUR KIDS!!  THAT is YOUR JOB - and you need a strategy for do it to the best of your ability. What is the goal? Mine in having my own kids, was one thing. Health, happiness and horses...they chose the first two and that is good enough for this strategist. WHAT do you hope, wish and dream for your children? Trust NO ONE else but yourself. YOU are the gatekeeper to their life here when they are children. Up to 27 years old they will absorb your input and your life will be impacting their life through vibrations. My turn

 As a child you were told - WAIT YOUR TURN! Have patients/patience. I did. I have worked in the world of natural health for over 35 years. PATIENTS all day.  For a human who really has very little patience, it was a good training for what comes next. I am fast. Never sitting still. I need to move around freely. I built a ranch for my work with patients/patience.  Every single day  for 25 years I am accountable to this way of life. Animals and children do not wait. So I showed up! It gave me balance. It rounded me out. Sunshine, fresh air, unexpected events, nature all around me, all grew my patience. I saw the seasons from my windows, come and go in a beautiful melody of motion. I saw patients come and go too. Patience/patients have been the lesson and the gift. Infinity and eternity became obvious. So did grace. Embrace the truth, it is your turn now too! No secrets, no cheating and NO/KNOW judgement for the lessons. You are a magical creature and you are being invited to the 5th dimension now. Weight/wait no longer. Step into the light of the new day, and be happy patience/patients paid off!! I am that I am all that I am because of patients/patience. See you in the barn.

The Rainbow Bridge

 I was told that my animals would be there when they expired from this lifetime. WAITING for ME! I loved that story. What they forgot to tell was there was also a crew coming over that bridge to our family of earth. I am an energetic bridge builder for the family of earth. I connect the dots of a variety of choices and possible outcomes. Many things connect easily and when the energy connects, it amps up, it lights the way. Like going to a concert. If the entertainment is a match, you will light it up! If the audience is a balancer, the bridge gets built as the entire room lights up. Some remember a single concert their whole life! Looking for a bridger is like looking for a way out or a way back or even a way in. Close your eyes. SEE/SEA wear/where you wish to be. Imagine a bridge forming in your mind and your knowing. See your animal friends from lifetimes waiting for you with glee. You are seen/scene. This bridge is yours! Healing, happiness, honesty - or what ever else you are ready to join with is right there for your first next step. You are safe as you are seen by those who loved you most. I am here to greet the ones coming in, the RAINBOW TRIBE IS showing up!  Bridges go both ways. I will be in the barn! Where the rainbows connect to this place.

The morphing of our world

 This is the sun coming up at my ranch. It morphed. I thought I saw the eagle, so I photographed it to make sure it was real. IT WAS REAL. Did anyone else see that? Maybe not. My vision has always been unique. See and say was my way. It totally irritated my mother, she did not understand. I believe that sharing the magic of the morph is helpful. I want you to know that their/there/they're are more and better energies right here/hear - in front of you, even if you can not see, hear, feel, taste or touch them. Dogs hear/here more, cats see more shades of light, birds know the invisible wind  like a highway, and water has many faces, just like the humans who are made of it. Start with your neck. Those little hairs are antennae. The stand up and quiver and shiver when the energy morphs. Is it too cold, too hot, too new, too scary? Your throat is the receiver, a magnet to the invisible. A thermostat to the shifting changes. When you alerted, your throat makes a move. Some talk, some scream, some start crying. Others put on a scarf.  Kids are really honest about the feeling. If you overload the system it will choke a person out in an anaphylactic empathic NO/KNOW! Grasp the energy with thought full sensory ability, and train your person to respond with the morphing field. Positive, optimistic, kind, necessary and for the greater good are good guidelines to follow. It is how your EAGLE eyes engage with a precision that will show the details every single time. See??? Your divine design is divinely wired, all things within, and without are connected! YOU are morphing field. As above so below, as within so without. YOU are the world! See ya in the barn.

Always looking for the ONE

 Humans do that. The ONE human, situation, remedy, recipe, the ONE that will answer all the questions and fulfill all the dreams. I teach energy medicine. I use a variety of modalities. Nature is the basis, humans are the  students. They look and see ONE thing and go crazy about it. They can build a whole dream reality on one relationship, one career, one ingredient, UNTIL it wears thin, then wears out and  they start over. With kids and critters there/their is only one, one moment is all they know. Past passed, future an illusion. NOW is the ONE. I help by showing in that moment love, light and laughter, through health, happiness and horses. I know in those single element factors mountains are moved. Doubt is forgotten, hope replaces it. THAT ONE MOMENT is YOU and YOUR choice. Learning that in each second YOU are the ONE. NO/KNOW one else. Speak to the one, as if it is your beautiful child. Use only words that you say to GOD. Honest, kind, clear, loving and believing words of faith, of hope, of grace. Sing it, write it, holler from MOUNTAINS! Looking for the ONE, and I have found them - it's me. Back up!

 On a horse when they have stuck their nose where it does not go - I SAY THIS ...Back up now! Then turn in a few circles in both directions. Rider or not, the horse changes it's direction and thinks a new THINK. Humans need to redirect. Feeling trapped means one thing - BACK UP! Take a look, turn around and let it be for a moment. In that moment - MOTHER MARY comes, think words of wisdom and let it be. The Divine Feminine comes in the womb. Be still and know she is here/hear for you now. Use your words, ask and it will be answered. If you need Lourdes or Fatima - go there. Or just ask for the Mother to come to you. Back up and let her be, let her be. It is time now. Terms and conditions

 All contracts have terms and conditions. If you are up for renewal, you will renegotiate those items. What have I completed? Is my time here complete?  Would I add or subtract choices.   What is yet to be discovered? Which way will it appear in my matrix, and which gifts will manifest to support my  continuing education.  Heaven or earth or maybe MARS! First a child needs the water ritual - some call it baptism. This is the blue planet, water is life. MNI WICONI, is how I know it is real and important. Introducing a soul to water seals the deal.  Next we look for communion, with whom do I choose to associate, and who chooses to associate with me? Next comes confirmation, those opportunities need a seal of approval, or a handshake, an acknowledgment. I wore a robe and I got new shoes that were white.  It can be a class, a gang, a sport, a hobby,  a religion, a neighborhood, although it should start with a family. The family offers the grounding and the structure or not/knot. It should also provide love, laughter, honesty, warmth and unending support or knot/not. If you are in the middle of your contract, reread it now. If you have overlooked any of the steps, reconsider continuing education. Earth is a gift to the universe, the planet of freewill teaches us

Offer once

 I am a trader. In my past/passed life it was Buffalo hides. In this one it is the wealth of health and wellness. People offer all sorts of  trade. Some pitch in, some dole out, others do not do anything. Years ago someone asked me to help someone, I did. They pitched in for the program products. They were accepted by the client in need. They felt the push and never used one product or even my words of health help. I never did that again. All things in the adult world need to be chosen by that adult soul. Not forced because I believe I know more than they do. I DO NOT/KNOT. I know what works for me. I would say in truth, all adults do too on some level. Do not offer in the spirit of lording over anyone.  We are no one's lord. That is truly not productive.  Let people decide for themselves. HONOR - RESPECT  and let unconditional love light a path. If scene/seen by a seeker offer once to tell your story. It is the greatest gift we give. It is the energy of free-will and a willing heart to share! See ya in the barn.

PLUS ONE!

 I have a guardian angel named ANNIE. Anyone who knows me, knows her. She is the master of grace. I call her ANNIE THE PARKING ANGEL, although her skill set is bigger than just parking spots. Grace is her specialty. She brings it like oil, like magnesium, like velvet. It calms, smooths, and facilitates the transition without friction, or fear, or negative energy. It looks good on a horseback ride, it looks good in a situation where stress is being generated. It really looks good when dis-ease and dis-harmony have taken residence. Humans can choose it whenever they like. It is not/knot commonly offered with out request. Relationships that flourish, are filled with graceful energy, like a rubber bumper on a car. It can save the day. Today in the barn there will be a human seeking grace. A stroke has changed the matrix. In the vision of the horses, they only see the love and the light. With their beautiful energy they offer GRACE! No judgement for the negative that shows up from time to time in the human being. PLUS ONE is our Annie. Every time we bring in friction or negative presentation, we call Annie, and Annie puts forth the grace and love and the positive to balance the matrix. The aura of a horse is much larger than any human. Twenty minutes in the field of reach, brings you to their level. Healthy, happy horses are as graceful as it gets, and when I am the plus one that I am, they raise me up, body, mind and spirit! See ya in the barn.

Aurora and glory

 Two horses I know will be in my crew sooner or later. Last night the aurora of the borealis  blasted us with potential. A color storm in the dark of the cold night. Faith in the scene/seen of  brilliant colors not normally found here now. Aurora in it's glory.  Ready for thinking big?  Bring your colors out of the dark. Show your true you. All colors apply.  Can you think globally, or even cosmically, as two new options. Dream them into a skill set. Vision quest them into reality. We are being watched. Guarded and guided. Overlighted from the distants/distance. I call them angels, aliens and ancestors. You decide for yourself. Ask is it true, is it necessary and is it helpful. You will see your own true colors. The new age has begin and the show looks amazing. I will be dancing in the barn in all the colors of the new kids, the rainbow tribe. 

Come on baby light that fire!

 Living in the dark too long? It is cold and separate. Like a cave where quiet is super quiet. You can see the opening, at the end. It is the place where the fire of our sun lights it's fire for your view. It is the guiding light of exposure. Come on baby, light it up. I love sunrise, it is like a surprise every morning. I stand in the light and play the flute I love on the balcony. Taught that as a child with her recorder in the 5th grade, still at it at 67. I ask for options for the day, I smile at the sun, and get smiled back at. Mni looks over the land and alerts me to the wild and tame life on the grounds. Deer, horses, fox, coyotes, squirrels, rabbits, and a wolf once and a bear too. In the light of dawn they are making their way somewhere special. Where will the light guide us now? The time is here we are the ones we were looking and waiting for, the children of the rainbow, the stars of the cosmos, are here. Light your fire for them, they are awake!  AND So are you! See the day light enter the barn and all of the world dances in the light. Then go ride a horse with them! I do!

 People ask me that often. How long will it be for me to be free of this situation? Time is a human thing. You are given it to keep order. You can morph it anytime you choose. In time you kind of get along with every one else marching in time. Out of time you are viewed as different. Step out of time for a moment today. 11-11-2025. A magic day out of time. If you look back what would you do differently? If you look ahead what would you manifest easily? If you were 100% in this moment how it would be? Balance those 3.  Triangles do not tip over.  Then add in the 4th dimension, the dream place. Welcome to the age where hopes and wishes and dreams can be the remedy you are looking for. How many do you have? How MUCH time do you have left to know they are yours to manifest. Live where you love, love who and how you are in it. Different - let it come to you. Rewrite your script. Take a time out to think up your next step. I will be in the barn where all I love and live with smiles every day all of the TIME!

Where we go ONE - we go ALL.

 One drop of water eventually connects to them all. You are water. In the magic decide the where you will drop, with whom, and when. Can you back out of the deal? KNOW/NO. When I grow, change, morph, enlighten, I KNOW - NO. I sometimes simply say this, NON-SENSE! Who told you that??? Why do you think it is true or real for you??? It is your body, your choice. Find the ones who embody that which inspires you. Feeling is empathic. In the space of another - do i FEEL seen/scene, respected, energized?? HEALING IS HEELING. That means I have chosen to march along side of one I can be safe with. Like the dogs do. Where we ONE, we go ALL.  The wave is here, the new age has begun. Drop - ONE drop into the light and feel the connection. Control your dogs.  Allow, align, and appreciate the opportunity to embrace all that you came to embody. I will be in the barn. Inner circle

 The Secret Garden built by the child until age 18. Up to age 9 MOM is the overlighting energy, the safe space of childhood structuring it's framework. Age 10 to 18, DAD is up to bat. Charged with teaching the child the ropes of earth life and being a citizen here. Unity, peace, harmony, community, energy management, all need to be shown in the field of each parent. WHETHER they do it with awareness or simply by right of genetics, it happens. I treat kids, 8th graders do not like imbalance, nor do they flourish with less, lack or loss. Awareness is opened at age 13. Sensory connections are lighting up with the flow of hormones. Teaching them to protect their/there/they're inner circle is paramount. HOW, WHO, WHERE, WHEN and HOW MUCH keeps me happy, healthy and SAFE here. If you see a child in need, PLEASE offer light, love and laughter.  SPEAK up, say something if you see someone little losing their circle of protection.  Step into their field with your aura of light and plug the gap. Smile, offer something safe. Keep our kids healthy, clean, protected. THEY are here for the New Earth and we need them as much as they need us. Understanding your soul contract

 Each human being comes with a contract. I was a recruiter in the beginning of this adult life, and every placement I made for every physician I recruited came with a CONTRACT. I learned that the details matter. It could make it or break my contract. Where, with who, how much, what are the benefits, and concessions. AND what is the commitment in the timeline of my life here. Human Soul Contracts are complicated. In my work I consider details that matter. Genetics, environment, attitude, and willingness at the onset. Connections are considered.  Those in alignment with positive and accountable like minded beings have a better structure for support and gain and learn quickly. Sadly that can be used to manipulate the terms. Being in a group that does not support growth  and honor the individual is it's own challenge. Bullies with dogma, in so-called authority  will not help. So I set that aside in this lifetime to pursue a contract with all of humanity.  I choose not to belong to a group or belief system that demanded compliance disharmonic to the terms of my agreement. Service to others  was my deal. SO offering the Healing Arts of Wellcare Center and her bounty provided by MOTHER Nature in all her benevolence became my focus. Let's take a look at the terms we negotiated before we were born. Ask your Higher Self to show you what it is that you are working through. If you need help say so.  Learning that compassion, community, education, and light bring forgiveness and sometimes mercy, Then they give way to health, happiness and for ME - BALANCE and POWER through those HORSES!!  NO!  KNOW the truth. What is was not what was. The EARTH knows her matrix. Humans not so much. Asked what they know about their biology, or any biology, they say not much. They simply were not taught. Eighth graders should get the class on the matrix of their DNA, Blood type, Fueling, Light Quotient, Energy Management Needs and Cortisol Management. They know more about about CAR care than self care.  Earth Care even less is offered.  Did you know this, the Anaconda Mining Co. in Butte, MT employees had an amazing immune response to the Spanish Flu Epidemic produced by the COPPER they mined. They stayed well. It is now one of the worse toxic places in America. HOW did that happen???  Ever wonder why Mercury was offered by the elite in place of IODINE in response to injury?  Even YOU CAN NOT jam  a square peg into a round hole, any more than you can or should  push mercury into the iodine receptor in the THYROID. Earth has tolerated toxic treatment. Jamming her field with toxins became acceptable to some. Tribal

 I am part of a tribe. Actually I am welcome in many tribes. As a teacher of natural remedies there is commonly an inquisitive in every tribe. They know when to look around for more. They are trackers, and hunters, and gatherers, and fire starters. They welcome others with their smiles and warmth. They open to the larger perspectives of the galaxy and all her tribal members. Source has supported many extensions of it's magnificent willingness into many tribes. Under the Beaver Full Moon of November in the astrology of sudden change at the 29th degree, many tribes are remembering the prophecy of these times. Some will awaken with a smile and others will do something different. MY TRIBE will thrive. Kids, critters, water and wind, earth and fire, will be glad for the changes. Healing the planet by making the world safe for the new children will be our finest accomplishment. Welcome littles, we are here for you, AND I will see you in the barn. Our ranch hosts many tribes, and this one in the photo was particularly inspiring!!

 Imagine now there's/theirs only peace. In the shift peace will smooth the energy. Unity will arrive. Use a GRACE  or MERCY  choice if it seems like too/two big a stretch. As children we are told to trust those bigger and older, the system, they were authority. In the sensing of energy that children do naturally, they in times of  authoritarian discord imagined trouble. Image IN. Fight or flight ignited. Front teeth are effected.  Adults in disease are the product of those IMAGE - IN experiences from childhood. When we IN the image, through site/sight or sound or touch, it creates a negative spin of energy.  Like trying to run backwards.  Disease is reminding us we need to learn and heal and forgive.  Back up, hold still and EX- hale it when it is trying to take hold. Huff and puff! Then run and bounce, pound and jump, for a directional upgrade and a RE-LEASE. Let it off the hook. I use bareback horse back riding to allow a higher view and a faster delivery of healing. It gives a clearer image in from that four-footed furry perch! Kids love it and even ask to stand on the back of my horse. Yoga in Mountain Pose is very powerful, image in standing up there. It takes courage, balance and gives the MOUNTAINEER power. Imagination is naturally multi directional, logic is linear. YOU choose. I choose loping around in both directions, spin and slide too. THE BIG SHORT

 2008 brought it. Watch the movie. I made my own movie.  I had gone to St. Croix County and after 8 years of asking, received funding for Equine Education and Therapy for residents with special needs. I was joyous. All that I had built on Hawk's Ridge Ranch in HudsonWI would be delivered to those special humans. The AUTISTIC  were my primary focus. Within days me, my programs, my clinic, my ranch, my camps, became the focus of International News. For sweeps they claimed disclosure of dangerous and potentially lethal therapies, we were  aired on KSTP 5 News and Clear Channel and was being broadcast on all channels TV, radio and internet. THEY said Nature was risky, and so were the humans  who used nature in therapy. The big short began. Kids got set back again, not funded for Equine Education and Therapy. St. Croix County withdrew their support and their clients were not allowed to participate with their support. THEY GOT THE BIG SHORT!!! NO support. We have  just been through the next big short with the 2020 pandemic. Humans were shorted in every way. It is time to say enough. We know NATURE is here for humanity, she is our MOTHER! Go outside and call to her. she heres/hears our pleas. I am a Naturopathic Physician, and Mother Nature is my medicine pouch! See ya in the barn!

spice it up

 In processed  concoctions the spices are not fresh or natural, let alone organic. When we determine which spices we like and source them for our Home-Made choices they become our medicine. As nature conspires to keep you in harmony, spice is offered. Make tea, cook food, create a tincture as applications of whole medicine. Learn one at a time. My white pine knows I NEED HER. She grows strong and healthy in my backyard offering application in my life here.  I make tea from her needles to support my health and my balance. Flavor is the cue, first you smell, then you taste, then it can either be swallowed or not. Your system knows what spice is right. Kids will tell you right away if it matches their system. Babies make faces, they spit out or up if it is forced. Colic pain is undigestion. Know your blood type and know your baby's. Match the food with the intake, spice it only if it creates harmony. Medicine is every where, spice it up with nature's bounty! She is here for us!  See ya in the barn.

K I S S

 Keep it simple Susan. That is how I roll. Less is more, light shows the dust, laughter fixes almost everything and giving myself a big kiss every day is my job! This is how it starts. Keep it simple. One thing to change is allow yourself to be like the innocents.  Begin with one step, one climb, one food at a time. Know your blood type and identify your strengths. I am fat and protein strong, carbs not too much, and sugar, only as dessert to a full meal. I am O. Following my O blood type eating, I stay healthy, energized and fit. That alone is worth a KISS!!  Eat right for your blood type is an app! Dr. d'Adamo shares it's science..... USE IT! Know your kids types, they could vary. Keep fresh in front first! Organic and NON- gmo'd gives you an ancient edge of digestion built on generations of experience. Children want to feel good, smell good, look good and it should be sealed with a KISS! Keeping it simple is a fresh start and you will be transformed in 90 days. Seed in the garden, tomato on your plate - 90 days - no less. Git er' done! We did.

On your time - how the clock works

The circadian rhythm is a wave of changing fields. Learning the timing is helpful. When the heart is in trouble is strikes at the 12's. When it speaks at a different part of the rhythm it is for a different change needed. The changes are the choices we get as adults. The training needs to begin now.  Adults need to know.  Is it kidney or liver or heart? Or is it another  system asking for help. I always say, I wish I had 8th graders as clients! I never met one who resisted health, beauty, intelligence, energy, and any other natural wellness gift. Circadian rhythm and it's waves will show you when to listen and who is in need. The way you are being you is naturally looking for rhythm and harmony. Remedies offered at the optimal time deliver maximum potency. Think of the gift of timing and your  bio-clock will help you clock it. Your time is gift of being here. Use it with the skill of knowing your Circadian Rhythm.  Up with the sun, at the barn in the light, is where we will be!

How much ALLOWANCE do you need/knead?

 When you are making dough, you need a certain amount of ingredients. My Grandma Susie allowed me a little bit because as soon as I got what I needed/kneaded,  I would stuff the fresh dough in my mouth! She said if I kept that up I would float away! Old habits. She also lifted me with a letter I still have today.  She wanted me to know that I am a wonderful mother. The best letter ever. Allowing your people the allowance they need to succeed is a key not opening enough locks. TODAY - tell some one that you are upping their allowance. Where/wear there was once less, lack or loss, will now and forevermore be filled to overflowing! Love, light, laughter, health, happiness and horses, plus 2 bags of chips for all!! Swan or hummingbird?

 Both please. Each offers an energy humanity is in need of now. Harmony is the swan's song. Joy the light hearted fast flapping wings of the darting hummingbird. It represents the energy of the pancreas. Processing with joy in the mix makes it light and the speed quick and the process from hard to soft easy. If someone holds and doesn't encourage that movement, it deepens, and sinks in and could fester. Pancreatic dis-orders need joy so they do not become dis-ease. A real challenge is in that result. Swans in black or white appear in graceful appearance and water loving fields of energy. From the ugly duckling to beautiful swan is how we raise children to their highest potential. Harmony is the blending of melodies each to it's own and together so amazing. Teach your children BOTH now. Give them the chance to feel the joy OF harmony! You and I are the same only different. That is also true in the barn - humans and horses  and the gift of POWER is created together! See you there. Then the eagle who comes in the light here now oversees the upgrades. Birds of a feather stick together!! WHO IS IN YOUR FLOCK?

L I G H T S

 Every where now in our sky. The Kachina lights have returned. Long ago I stood by a rock wall outside of Sedona AZ.  The rocks said they had stood with us for a long time and when they fell they could be released from the job they were doing and return to their star families.  They were patiently waiting for those lights.  In the lights of sky we are being awakened to the time that we have waited for. The Earth is ready for a LIGHT SHOW of love. Are we? To stand in the light is to be able to see all truth. Above, below, within and now with those lights out there coming in quick! No separation. Only you can choose what you light up in the new day
