Comin' up

I have a class comin' up on May 3. My world is formed by my hopes, wishes and dreams. Dreaming of making the world a better place has been my dream for a very long time. I know that adding in helps us hold our vision of health, happiness, and for me and my life, HORSES! When I am out of sync, I get very quiet, my kids know this about me. That is how I process misunderstanding. The only one I am talking to is ME. It is now time to talk out loud. You have every right and left to learn how to navigate the immune responses you have to this planet and it's inhabitants. There/they're/their are many and then more. Keeping humans afraid of what comes naturally is big business. I dream of humans understanding rough sees/seas, and having the ability to navigate back to safe water. Water is life, you are water based. I also add in alot of wind and fire, that is my gift. PONDER

When we give in to drama it creates trauma, adrenaline, cortisol, and yes, excitment. Some times it is more constructive to simply ponder. Your health, your relationships, your career, and your choices. They may need a little time ponder the next step on your journey. It is simple when you learn to let it. Something will point you in the right direction. Coincidence? Karma? Kismet? Miracle? Yes, they exist and you navigate with that energy in your field. Take note. Sing the words. Say the truth. Trust the process. It is guarding and guiding you, if you allow it. ALLOW ALIGN APPRECIATE those are the words I live by. In the pondering of how my allowances work, we will talk about that later!! To choose dis-ease

When life gets boring, potential gets limited, beliefs become constricting or contradictory, we allow dis-ease. In the shaking of the status quo we are repositioning our energy and our life, eternal and infinite. My friends from my first adult life in my 20's are dead now. They have allowed their dis-ease. I allowed mine too. Bladder disease means that the insecurity and fear of the moment are prevalent. Second chakra alerted to direct me down a different road. I made alot of noise in my world. Pain calls for the quench of the thirst for safety and security. Surgery, drugs, devices that sent shocks through my body on my command were their ideas. It did not C U R E the dis-ease. I was told that was no CURE. That was not true, I was not powerless nor was I in need of someone's opinion any longer. THAT was the cure. Letting go of what other's thought cleared the way for my own. I spent the next 35 years educating myself on the gift of love. I love kids, especially those challenged. I love animals, especially dogs and cats and horses. I love the water and sunshine. So that became my cure. In taking responsibility for my dis-ease I said GOOD-BYE to many people, places and things. More importantly I said welcome to new and more harmonic relationships. I live where I love to live, and love what I do here. Is there/their/they're my cure there? YUP! Passionate commitment to this world is why we came, or we would not have showed up here at all, for the place is filled with DIS -EASE. F O R C E S unscene/unseen

Do they help? The wind is one of those amazing manifestations. Not seen, yet scene. Pollen to help the plants, smoke to raise the prayers, changes needed in the winds. Yesterday my friend lost her money. It fell to the ground and she did not notice until later. Super sad for that was all she had, she searched. I asked the forces unseen/unscene. I always do that! A short while later a woman approached and said look what we have found! A man was with her and said I saw it fall, retreived it. He looked for my friend but she had disappeared. He did not give up. Then the money and my friend were reunited and there/their/they're was great AWE! Who does that she said? He smiled and said, I did not know what was in the package but I knew it belonged to you, so I guess I DO THAT! You never know, forces unseen/unscene are guiding you, guarding you and with the words you use, always responding to you! ASK and ye shall receive. A promise, a contract and yup, a miracle. Just like my days in the barn, miracles and magic!

Blowing on cold embers?

I seek the less, the lack and the loss for those with health and wellness concerns. I had to go into that reality to understand who I was tracking. You cannot speak to something you have no understanding or experience with. I look for the hopeless of the those told they were incurable. I teach the non-sense of that philosophy. I know other trackers in fields I could not embrace for the losses are so dramatic. Trafficked women and children are a field so painful I can only pray and meditate for the safety and return of those involved. Tim Ballard is a warrior for those kids. Kids who come here for riding are workers now employed in programs addressing the needs of those who are still in the dregs of where they were once. You can only speak to what you know. Then you carry power, authority and the truth sets everyone free. Peace and freedom! In the barn today where I play every day.

Who checks?

On the planet you were told again and again to get it CHECKED. As a child your homework was checked. As a grown up your performance in any area of your life was checked. Your health has been checked by a stranger for a century now. Someone you do not know is engaged. If you are questioning a process of the body that you do not understand, learning to check your self will be your lifeline. Aligning to those who support your need to know, and offering alternatives to the status quo will be your saving grace. The church wants to check you too. They claim that GOD is checking you through them. Making sure you give 10% of all you have to support something you have no control over and NO ONE checks on. What if they were fooling you? Taking advantage of your need to be checked. Misdirecting you in a way that benefited them, not you. In learning the process of self care and how to check it, my class on May 3, will load your tool chest with choices, and processes, and allow the options you deserve to double check!. My little girls long ago would tell their pals, DO NOT LIE while you are here. Our MOM will see, and you will not be invited back. I could, and I did that. You must now learn to be your own parent, learn to check the energy, and learn when to simply quit the team and not invite them back. Since checking, you have found out they are not good for you on any level any way. When I was out of balance and suffering in the 1980's, I asked a BOARD CERTIFIED SUB-SPECIALIST,one of only 7 in his field to check me. He said the word, INCURABLE. That was my cue, to check around, since I was certain that was a lie! I was young and strong and capable of changing. What if cancer was curable without all the bells and whistles of someone's control over you by checking you. You will be easily manipulated to give in and give up your power, your time, your money and your authority, to heal yourself. Stand in the light, ask the Source, the Son, and the Moon too, to shine a light on what is causing all the changes that need to checked. I have seen tumors the size of grapefruits disappear in 28 days, and endured the questions from the technicians who were verifying the truth that this happened. I have witnessed the blind see, the deaf hear, and even the dead come back to life. NDE? Near death experience is REAL. IMPOSSIBLE? Non-sense. Who checks? YOU need to learn to CHECK! We will be here to support those findings with love, support, and a way that only truth offers. Humans bullied for profit is now over. Stand up and claim your power. Protect your children, your air and water and land too. Quit the team that does not protect you! Your only obligation on this planet to learn by to use your freewill of choices offered by your own soul. Navigating starts with checking in with YOU! Start me up

I can do that. I have the equipment. When our dog Jack is out and about and I need him front and center quickly, I start up the 4-wheeler. It is his favorite start me up call. When Banks, my grandson needs a call to attention and inspiration, I start up the BOBCAT. EVERY one of us needs the call to be front and center and engaged. With the health concerns humans have, I start up the ZYTO. In the world of healing through detoxing I start up the Infrared mat or sauna. Now it is time to start up Hawk's Ridge Ranch's truck and trailer and head out to nature. The Landmark Conservancy needs us present. When you hear/here your "START ME UP", drop everything, and go there/their/they're, YOU are being inspired for your next START ME UP. Define SOLVE

Dis-solve or solve, both are the journey to understanding illusion. We live in a world of lessons. Blocks, knocks and what appear to be rocks. Solid rock we see and say = no way. Brick wall blocking my road. Some hit it head on, others decide it is a chance to dissolve to solve. I see it as the elephant in the room. Health has this gift, wealth has this gift, growth has this gift and it is the gift that keeps on giving. I see the suicide pouch in some auras, on the belt with the ripcord hanging out in the open. I say what I see. If you are meant to ascend or reup your karmic contract and descend - you will it is obvious. Freewill is ours. Air/error it out, open to light it up. When we say STAND IN THE LIGHT AND IDENTIFY YOUR ENERGY AND THE REASON YOU ARE IN MY FIELD. You will be told instantly. The law of attraction is the time and place for the opportunity to SOLVE 0r dissolve the next closest thing. Power is ours, no one can take it. But lots of beings simply give it up, or give it away. Then they wait/weight. Weight/wait no longer, you are the one you waited/weighted for. LOOK in the mirror and see, and dissolve all that no longer serves you. Let it melt into light and love. Bail no one else out. Bail your own boat. We see/sea you survive and then thrive, and that is the solution! OWN this truth. Outside or inside?

Looking around for the answers is programmed into the human. It should be understood by the time you are 18 years in. It is the navigation tool, the look out!! Kids loves forts, and tree houses, and they always are on the LOOK OUT! We are also helped to balance by the LOOK IN! I am prompted to take and make time for the LOOK IN, when what I see on the LOOK OUT is in disharmony. My life reflects me to me. The SUN one of my favorites reflects to me my double fire signs, Sagittarius Sun and Moon. The clouds and raptors my Libra harmony and justice balancing in my view. As I am re-MINDED by those signs there/their/they're are times to LOOK IN! Inside the heart, the mind, the body is perfection from Source. What I do on the outside is how I manifest my perfection. Ranch, animals, kids, health, riding bareback, skiing on a mountain, paddling on a river, how I DO it. Never perfect, but always progress. How do you do you? Simpler

Some times should be simpler. Pressure is pushing us around. Stand still, breathe deep and look into your own i's/eyes. That is the simplest version of YOU. Then with your third eye open, I M A G I N E, what you want those simple parts to offer. You are capable of simple manisfestaton at your own command. Believe, then receive. Beauty, freedom, health, peace, sun and moon shine!! Choices made not under pressure flourish. Show yourself and the rest of those watching, the simpler the better. KISS! ARE you ready yet?

Now or never we would say as children. NOW! Learning to allow, align, and appreciate is NOW! Interupt. You go where your flow goes. YOU are water, being programmed and you are the programmer. When I felt the Interstitial Cystitis I knew the direction of what I was, had become broken. It was urgent. It was painful, and it would not let me sleep. It was 1987. When the whirling is too much

Asked and answered

Ask if you have a question. No question should go unanswered ever. Meditation and prayer, smoke and song, with breath and brethren! All ways to ask and answer. We came in with the IN-HALE. Before that, we were breath, spirit, ether. We leave with the EX-HALE, and off on another adventure we go. Smoke - sage, sweetgrass, pine, tobacco, and other smoke add in to the breath work. What defines us

My life is scene/seen as defined by the wealth of health I offer as a Naturopathic Physician. Thirty five years of learning how to save and upgrade my own life and health, and then sharing my experiences with those interested. They also see me as the MAMA of many, kids and adults alike. Both definitions are correct. A classmate from childhood defined me as a good dresser with fancy clothes climbing on to the school bus as a little girl. My mother saw to that. My animals would define me as present and willing. I am. Sharing the beauty of horseback riding on the BARE-BACK of those magical creatures is one of my gifts to humanity. Living in a world where dogs and cats and kids making messes and loving every minute of it, also defines me. What defines YOU? In the spring of 2025, we are leaving behind the losses of a bio-weapon. That is what humans are taught. This is gonna' leave a mark. Truth is better than that fiction. The flow of energy is infinite! It comes through the heart chakra, radiating outward in all directions. It is toroidal, like a donut. WHO doesn't like donuts, right? Front chakra is your soul purpose. Knowing what that is is challenging to those who feel they must pay to play. College costs. When I was a child...my father died, no one there to ride behind.

That is where/wear it all begins. In lifetime after lifetime we get to start fresh and then begin to re-member. In this lifetime I was hyper-reactive to the mercury in my first tooth filling. It took away my sleep in the 5th grade for an entire year. It changed my hormones. I broke my bones to remember, since that is where his-or-her-story lies. You will access older memory in the bone. I know now, what I did not know then. Mercury, lead, aluminum, and cadium are toxic and can overload the body. Kids struggle terribly under the pressure. Make sure now, you check ingredients. Scribe

So much to put into your field of energy. I wrote in notebooks for many years, one page per day. Now since 2008 I do this blog. When you scribe, you set before your own eyes/I's the direction you are headed. Play music, set the direction. Paint a picture, set the direction. Seeing is believing. PROGRAM yourself. Letting others program you is a choice. You and only you know the heart of your matter. Behave as if the MATTER MATTERS! See ya' in the barn, AND THAT IS A matter of fact.

Surfing the waves of change

The BLUE planet offers surfing. Oceans of energy ready for you to dive in to and mount up on. Ski, swim, paddle, surf, all the opportunites to show your ability to navigate the world we live in. When the system scares you, it is an opportunity to dive in! Over the decades of teaching Naturopathic health, i have seen miracle after miracle! When someone takes a chance and the choice to heal, they do it. You are eternal, where you focus is where the surfing is best. Understanding how to dive in sometimes takes a leader. Find someone you can let lead you up the waves of changes you will encounter. I do it up on a beautiful horse, and the miracles never cease. Move to the pane/pain

Alerted that there is something to see, to check out, to look at, move to the pain/pane. The windows appear when you need them, once doors or walls, now we are accessing windows. In pain, we have an opportunity to be specific about what we need to learn and do next. Yellow flag pain is a warning. Red flag pain is a penalty box, or a sideline situation. Ignoring pain with substances that mask it will simply delay the opportunity and amp it up next time. Look at the four directions we have here to navigate with. Genetic, environmental, emotional and spiritual. Those choices we make every time we look through the pain/pane. No one thing determines your history or your future. YOU alone, navigate the journey of your soul here. I love the magic that the pain/pane shows us. It is scene/seen and learned from every day in our barn!

Re-read your contract with fresh eyes/I's

You came with a deal. You chose the terms of the agreement. You picked your parents. Freewill is what got you interested. THEN you forgot. The river of forgetfulness is real. In this new age of enlightenment you are being Q'D. In the cue, the line for knowledge, first acknowledge your existence is yours and yours alone to determine. Then align with others allowing the flow of the river to uncover the details beneath. I have been blessed by those who flowed into my reality with the gift of helping me remember me. Acknowledge the choices, admire the benefits, and laugh about the stumbles and falls. The life you live is one of the most amazing opportunities this universe provides. Take full advantage of this planet, these humans, the nature of nature, and put down anything that stops you from living and loving. Eternal and Infinite

au is such a creature. Been here forever, rescued in 2002. Loves the planet, and her children. As I say good bye to the little body, I know the spirit soars. I am grateful. We all take up wings eventually, eagle or dragon, butterfly or bat. Those who sit on clouds are there with open arms! I will be in the barn.

I know we are learning a lot now

Over the years much was not taught. Twisted history was normal. I am a big picture human, and sensing the non-sense of some of the stories is easy when you look at the whole story and it's big field of energy. For now let us focus on what is right and fine and understand that is good enough. We have switched stations, more light, higher frequencies and a greater understanding is presenting. For those ready to take it in, start with the natural. If it occurs in nature, it is a natural teaching tool. If it is modified, chemically coated, or preserved artifically, take a step back. DO MORE HOMEWORK. If you can access higher dimensional teaching, learn. If you desire the ability to process this easily, learn. If you know you are ready, learn. Nature provides a classroom like no other, out into the sunshine, with the breeze, in the beauty, and those fairies and devas will welcome you as a student! NOW that is learning, at a whole new class of teacher!! The barn does that too, see ya out there.

A Heart for Humanity

Roll out the heart of the human, it is amazing. It unrolls. It is generator, an engine. It requires AIR to fire. Fire yours up with a deep breath and pure intention and speaking your truth. It is only blocked when it is not aired up and aired out. The front is what you project to humanity. Your purpose, your passions, your willingness and ability to be SCENE/SEEN. It is wired to our wisdom teeth. It shows it's energy on your pinky fingers. If it barks loudly, bite the nail bed of your left pinky to calm it down and breathe! If you are afraid and the kidneys get involved you will be in a different situation. A story for another day.

Heartfelt is velvetty energy, like butter. Find that feeling and put it into action. Happy people are living in and with the heart of the matters. WHAT MATTERS? Behaving as if the GOD in all things MATTERS, a good book to read, and a good way to have a heart that you can use for yourself, and HUMANITY. My heart is commonly in the barn!! See you there.

Tell the story you have been given

Make the experiences you have into the storyline of your existence. To air/error out the details is to allow light, then love and ultimately laughter, to form the structure for the next step. Had I not/knot gotten sick in the 80's I would not be alive today. My friends have passed. I had to stop, drop and roll, to control the fire in my bladder and my body and my life, since no one out there/their/they're knew what was happening to me. My sleep gone, my pain constant, and no hope in site/sight. Once I got the knowing then the noing came easy, I processed the knowing to fix it and share the story of my recovery. Funny though, the Interstitial Cystitis crew I thought I would impact were to too sick to here/hear the story of my recovery. NINE MILLION women documented in the USA with this incurable condition in 1989. AND no one was ready to make a move. Last night I heard a story of a heart issue, and the perceived reality of the story. Then I added back in to the bigger picture. Turns out the NDE (near death experience) was the real deal, the heart attack was just the vehicle to the greater knowing. When you hover above your body, and see without feeling the pain, you get to make very clear decisions. His was being here for his little girls. So he came back! You all have a story, when you see it in the light, with the love, and can laugh at the dynamics of the human experience, you control the matrix. YOUR DNA has no junk. It is your Jacob's Ladder to Source. When you nearly die, it is a step up and into the light. Smile, it is the opportunity you needed. Fly up! See ya in the barn.

Indigo crystal star children

The ones we have waited for. Is that YOU? Is that one of your family? Is that the healer you choose, the leader you follow? My client had her aura photographed and then a year later did it again. I am engaged

Are you? Some engaged in education, others for religion, then there are politicians, medical or science seekers, philosophers, or those who chooose artistic endeavors like making pictures, or sculptures or music. So many choices. Some snowboard, some scuba dive. Then there are the engaged galactics. If you have ever felt guarded or guided, inspired from the outside and seen. You know who and how we are. I am primarily engaged to the children of earth. We refer to them as the INNOCENTS. I came to make sure they were not abused, abandoned, burned at the stake, sacrificed, or simply not seen. I do that front line as a MOM and NANA! I do that as a Naturopathic Physician. I love my engagement with kids and horses, therpautic riding - bareback!! Choices, we all have plenty. If you choose dark, or angry, or scared, you are wasting TIME. Believing in less, or lack, or loss will get you just that.

Choose the path that causes you to fly out of bed in the morning ready to mount up on the wings of eagles, and soar through the day!!! I will be flying to the barn today, see ya there.

GOD parents??????

Did you get assigned any god parents? Lots did. A guardian, a guide, a whipping post, someone not your direct blood, but your assigned human. Kids need that assigned a sound human to show up, sound off, or even make no sound at all to. Parents are there/their/they're roots. God-parents should help with the wings. Not taking personally the rip and strip of growth a kid offers as they are teething along the way to age 18. A safe human and a safe place to be challenged, and comforted. Someone who knows the less of the parents, and shares it with humor and light and love. Ask around, where/wear is my god - parent? My friend Todd Barnes called himself the GoD_fATHER Of a crew of young humans. They miss him, I do too! He offered in his own special way, respect, honor, humor and discipline. Music was his vehicle, faith in humanity his super power and that smile, his gift. If you did not get a god-parent, think about becoming one. ONE is enough. WHO is bravest among you?

David or Goliath? Sometimes we feel small. Sometimes we feel fat. Some times we feel tired. Some times we feel left out. Then there/they're/their are the times we feel brave. It takes some adrenaline, some vision, some guts. In the presence of love, and all that love produces, brave is a natural. Mothers are the bravest beings on the planet. Period. Hands down. In the divine design here, those mothers are strong, capable, willing and can keep up the good work for as long as it it needed. Stand next to the MOTHER energy you are familiar with, it could be a relative, an angel, a neighbor or someone you imagine. Allow the feeling to permeate your field. Mothers are the portals in and they radiate outward the opportunity to be landed here. THEN given the grace to sustain another human field for 9 years. AS i STAND IN LIGHT OF THE MOTHER ENERGY, I SEE THE INNOCENTS, THOSE IN SMALL FIELDS WHOSE MOTHERS ARE STILL NEEDED FOR NOW. Nature, kids, critters, and the less, need the brave ones of the Divine Feminine energy, man or woman. You too/two can be brave and protect those who need protection. It is time to see the DAVID within, who became the KING! The Goliath is melting in the light of the love that shines on this world. Stand in the light and tell the world who you are. WE ARE WAITING. L O N G time comin'

I carry a pipe with tobacco, a peace pipe with an eagle feather. I play a double flute every day to the rising sun. Then I stand on my head!! I always wanted things to be peaceful. I like fun, fervor, fantasy, and frolic too. Kids and critters will always bring that component. Adults could do with a dose of that. They want to express. I allow that in my practice since it uncorks that which has been held in. Some are sad, some are sick, some are in pain, some are angry and some are abused. Some are here to learn more about what we do at Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson WI. Infrared, clay, powerplate, body work, zyto scans, yoga, equine guided education, meditation classes, and trips to other parts of earth to see sacred sites and become a sacred site too. Sometimes the fire circle medicine wheel is enough to get the party started. Music and the color of all races and religions, nature and all her magic, have been here a long time along with the fireflies. Yet hidden from plain view to an outsider. Outside of here is poisoned. It looks scarey or toxic or dirty. Humans choose helmuts and hardware replacing self reliance and the ferosity it brings with practice in natures loving arms. Balance and bounce has always been the superpower of a kid given a chance to run free and learn!!! We will soon offer seminars with all these and more, stay tuned! Leverage your dreams

Can you remember your dreams when you wake up? Take notes, take pictures with your mind, allow them to sink in, talk out loud about them and what and where and who you dreamt of. THEN look the dream up in a dream dictionary. Humans live in day light and under moonlight too. I live equally in both. I have since I was 16. The feminine energy that receives the reflections of moonlight are very informative. I allow, then I align with the knowing. Appreciation is a daytime job. HOW do you know what, who and more? You dream of it. You all can learn the usefulness of your dreams, or your nightmares. When I was a child I got a mercury tooth filling. I DID NOT SLEEP WELL for 1 year. It was horrible. It made me awake and aware. It also started my ability to be me without certain earth ingredients. Anything toxic was noticed and I would react. Nature was my medicine chest. At 16 it became apparent that what was coming was starting then. Day and night became equal. Leverage allows you to do more with less. Milking each reality for it's maximum potential. I chose the Higher Good and the highest good of children, as my job. In high school I baked in a bakery and I lifeguarded at the beach. At college I got certified to teach swimming lessons and taught kids. I baked at the college for the thousand kids there delivering breakfast and the sweet and the bread. My dreams were real, and the truth they showed me, the way I would be able to live my life and create my reality came in dreamtime. The Naturopathic part came after the daughters showed up, a life of my dreams! Leverage your gifts, your hobbies, your passions and your dreams. The world looks for the balance of feminine and masculine, the moontime and the sunlight, used in the highest good now. Stand in the light - sun or moon, and tell us who you are and why you are ready, awake and alerted to the need. I dreamed of a barn full of potential and that is where you will find me. Have you/u heard/herd???

I am sure you have. Finding the herd you feel at home with is part of the journey here/hear. The HEARD is how you connect. Artifical or natural. Listen to the wind is one song Buffy St. Marie sings, it is a song I sing too! Outside here/hear the songs of nature. If you need a time out to reconnect to heard/herd, go to the conserved lands. Parks are everywhere. I belong to the the Landmark Conservancy from my days gone by. They have merged and work with over 15,000 acres of natural herd/heard land. Hike, ride, ski, even bring a horse to some of the trails protected by this entity. When you get a chance - donate to us and the future. The property we conserve will remain natural and protected. My grandson deserves it, and the piece/peace I put in the pot is one of his favorite places to visit! Rush River anyone??? See in the barn where my herd is or maybe at the river, where all is heard!
