Humanity is looking UP

 Kept under lock and key for eons. The beauty and potential being siphoned off with the structures of less, lack and loss being constantly broadcast. The news, the forecast, the grading system, not used to promote love, and harmony and limitlessness. I am a peace and freedom person, so that constant bombardment has no/know place here/hear. We tell stories, listen to good music, whistle and giggle. We love to bring in new eyes/I's. The NewS/news is ours to create. Start with the basic belief that you are divinely designed, and self healing. Name only that which brings you joy and hope and promotes a belief in safety and protection. Look up, look around, the children and the animals, actually, all of nature is looking for you to look for them. It is a sovereign  duty, and when you see what I see, you will never look to loss again! Happy summer Solstice to us all! We have arrived! This is Machu Pichu, WAY UP !!

Puzzle pieces/peaces

 I am Libra Rising, a peace and harmony human, nuts for justice and balance. It is the puzzle we are here to put together.  I do it with horse therapy sessions and teaching bareback horsemanship. It worked for me as a child. An imbalance in my family was often remedied by a ride on Jenny our horse, bareback. I w as told that helping me saddle up was a bother to the ones who I would ask. So I learned to ride bareback instead of creating another rift. I struggle still with asking for help, one of those childhood traumas that left a deep scar. When you are ready, you will ask, and of course, you will receive all that you believe. I am that I am, doing just that. I will be in the barn, letting my bareback rides lift me up!! Let's work together, if you see someone in need, offer.  When you are in need of help - ASK! I did. Unity is the peace that I understand, we are all connected.

Sirens

 When they sound, you perk up. Sirens sounded here on my road last night. Lots and lots. A motorcycle crashed. It simply goes to show that without the warning of the sirens going off all the time, things can change quickly. Listen and  learn to discern what is alarming you before it ends quickly and you missed it the cues. I am doing ZYTO scans on Friday, June 20th at 5 to demonstrate our early warning system and how to read it. Navigating health in the way of a siren is how you can get a jump on things before it gets the jump on you. Biomarkers have been system of analysis in my 35 year career in the Healing Arts Wellcare Center. That bioenergetic siren saved my life back in the 80's! On your knees

 You can see through the eyes/I's of a child. Try that every day. Drop to your knees and see what they see. If you feel pain, or fear, or imbalance, you are seeing what they see, everyday. I remember seeing that as a child. Then I got a horse. Up to the stars and the moon and the sun I rose. Up on the back of the magnificent creature, I was a warrior, and  an athlete, and a traveler. I raced up the hills and through the tunnels, I opened forbidden fences and explored the unknown. I brought my guitar on my back and sang to the wilds who would surround me.  Enchanted all the time, and free!! No rules on the back of my horse, the time was mine. I built a ranch for kids to learn to ride bareback, I still do that. Special needs first, then everyone came. I believe we all have a special need for a horseback experience. Rescue Remedy Rehab Re-Lease

 I do that every two years. My ranch has it's own clock. If you were here, you know what you received. It is the Rainbow's End, with horses at the base camp and Dr. Su/Sioux too. The passed/past 5 years were different. In the retirement of how the Covid drama unfolded, I turned 62. Times up.  My past passed. As we journey into the next segment of the Aquarian Age unfolding, take this to heart. You are all here for a reason, and a season. In learning what you learned from lifetimes or your ranch time, take it into this world. BLAME

 Is there? Awareness is the offer, not blame. Kids are the exception, never does blame apply to the innocents. They came to love and be loved. They came to learn and teach. They came only with the offer of earth and the upgrade it provides to a soul in development. WE ARE THOSE SOULS. Blame GOD? Blame anything means you are waiting for a SAVIOR>. In reality you are the one you are waiting for. Catch up! Your higher self is waiting for the connection to SOURCE you have ignored. The Universe is ready for the Universal citizen. First become a global citizen. WE ARE ONE.  Unity and community are the gifts that earth offers. Learn that being one with nature or family or whatever you match, this

Looking forward while looking back

 I dooooooo that all the time, I am a Sagittarius sun and moon. Three hundred and sixty degrees of pure hope and joy. Nothing hiding. I am clearing the path for the new age, and it allows me to indulge myself in a lifetime of the wellness world I surround myself with.  Clearing the used up energy, sharing the yet to be used energy, and cleaning up underneath it all. What is the world going to look like soon? I see fields of green, and red roses too. How ABOUT you?      We need those visionaries to share the potential.  That was the vision of The HAWC, the Healing Arts Wellcare Center.  Go and do and be better for it.  The first office opened on the St. Croix River, then in 1995 moved up the Hill in Hudson, Wisconsin.  We built the ranch in  year 2000, when a series of choices took the reins.  That is where we sunk the roots of this magical life.  Some people have jobs, others have careers, and then  there is the CALLING. I got called.  Are you? It comes in dreams and coincidences. It comes in human forms like children, nature calls loudly too. It can come from less, lack or losses. It comes through your DNA, programmed to direct. Your Natal Chart gives defining data. Your blood type does that too. Your aura enters the room before you do. You vibration is felt and heard miles away. YOU are known. Horses hooves are like upside down timpani drums, picking up vibes no end! Long long long time passed/past

 In the 1980's I came back to place of my birth, with my preschool daughters, Jessie and Carly in tow. I love the St.Croix River and it became our home. I got home again and then I got sick and then I got well. Since then I have shared my journey with others who did that too. Yesterday at a grad party I was reminded of that, from a long, long, long time ago I was remembered.  So many of those friends have found a footing in the wellness world that barely existed then and I was a part of that plan. I had to believe it to teach it. I learned that the suffering of my body would find healing and it appeared as I believed it would. I swore to source that if that info could help any other that they let them know where I was. I would help. I did that. Past is passed. To heal is a choice. Options are endless. Nature is waiting to share the gifts. Cleaning up the overloads in nature and in body are where we find our selves now. Start with your closet!! The things put away, locked up, hidden from view. Get them out in the open. Air/error is where the shift is. There are no mis-takes here, only lessons. No/know need to stock pile losses. Magic is waiting for you to come out and play in the light. I do that everyday, see you in the barn.

In the clouds, in the stars, in your heart

 All IN. You see as far as you can. Kids can see hearts. Older ones see clouds. If you are lucky and get away from artificial lights, you can see stars. Turn it around and see yourself. In my heart I see my soul purpose and my relationships, close up and others. Pink energy in the back and green energy in the front. I radiate that field of  energy and frequency by choice. If it is heart felt it radiates further and further. I control the energy with my choices and my focus. YOU DO TOO/TWO! As above so below, as within so without. I AM that I AM that I AM all that I can be.  SAY IT !!! Stars some of you, dreamers others yet, hearts  available  to all of us! Use your heart and it's warmth, it will that YOU WILL, the DIVINE WILL of LOVE. I LOVE my barn, SO I WILL see you there!

I am OUT!

 Humans are out of time now. The Mayan calendar has given her data, as lots of other clocks have also done. ERA complete. WHO do you believe? WHO cares, they all agree, the world as we knew is over now. When you choose now, make it fresh. Re -up only the contracts that bring joy and happiness. If the cortisol levels are high, that is your cue to exit. No one owes you a thing. YOU on the other hands owe your self a fresh start, a new day and a higher view of YOU. I see sick, I see sad, I see all the healing that needs to be the first responders first response. Addictions to anything but love, light and laughter will get you no where alone, very quickly. ALL IS scene/seen, there are NO/know SECRETS any longer. so IF YOU THINK YOU ARE HARBORING ONE, IT IS GOING TO DESTROY IT'S HOST.  INSTEAD

PRO - ject

Are you a project? Do you have a project? Do YOU PRO -ject? PRO's and Con's, which one do you focus on? I am a tracker. I see stuff. Auras mainly, directions too. Like the HAWK, my perceptions are from a distance normally. In the sky, like the CLOUDS my indigenous family is named for. Mahpiya. The HAWK projects a view, that is how the job gets done. Solo mostly, free all of the time, and 360 degrees. When someone is a project they ask for ingredients for their recipe. I do that with support from the Natural world of harmony and balance or Naturopathic Medicine. When someone is looking for the next step in the project they want to do, I put them up on a horse. The view is different from up there. The alignment to the horse is the 4 directions, giving the navigator the choices. When the projection, the movement, is smooth and supported, we add different gaits/gates. Walk before you trot, before you cantor, before you gallop, before you run, and NOT/KNOT fall off. When a projection is back to the grounding part, we begin again. See where the chances to project yourself into the being you came to embody never stops trying, THE BARN! That's where I will be.

Kindred spirits

Who is KIN? Those who understand you, share your love of certain things, places, people. Travelers who come from nowhere and never leave. Eyes across the room with instant recognition. No words needed. Many in my field are kindred to me. Clients, neighbors, strangers in empty elevators are in that mix. Others not so much. My friend is having a 67th birthday today. We are kin. Over 55 years of never letting it lapse. We need our kin now. The world is cross. The humans are stressed. The planet too. Let it be. You are here to find you and then you find your kin. Form families, especially if you are without one that matches. The job is yours, the journey a grand adventure. Today we will venture down the trail on our beautiful therapy horses, bareback, into the sunshine and long grass. Wind in our hair, sun in our face, smiles and laughter the magic, and the beat of the hoofs healing the body with every step into our future! See ya in the arena!! I love this world

It is ever changing, which is good news. One day a drama or a trauma felling like victim, next day a TRIUMPH! Just when we think we are stuck things shift. We know that it is simply a matter of perception. At what level do you receive? Clients that come for their first time with me sometimes think they are going to be trouble, or get hollered at. The way you think is the level you receive, it is the expectation that opens the line. Restrictions are a way of herding/hearding. At my ranch I have double gates and double fences, it gives a line of extra safety, for ME! I feel better with the safety net up. I herd/heard you, then I saw the aura from where/wear you generate your field. Then I speak. It shifts the lights, the colors, the expressions. When my kids were little I would whisper, that way they came in close for the exchange. I will yell only in an emergency. I choose. So do YOU! If your life is an emergency take the wheel. Whisper words to your self. Things like I am loved, and I am worth whatever I say I AM that I AM that I AM. Send the message to the mirror, the eyes/I's of the kids and critters also reflect back to YOU. Healing is fun, having help is fun, being the ONE you came save is an inside job, let it be FUN. The experiences are YOURS, to embrace and then share the GOoD NeWS! Good news - I get to head down to the barn now! Then onto the river in a kayak. Have a wonderful day it looks like fun.

Learning that it is not personal

It is communal. We are ONE. What I love is a part of the Universal Matrix and the Law of One. Tribes are everyway in many forms. My own mother scoped out many different tribes, traveling to 55 countries. She said I should MOVE to MONGOLIA. It seemed to her that is where she thought I would fit in better. Raptors for hunting, riding horses from childhood, nature and yerts, and dark hair and tan skin. I think she could have been on to something. Rupert Isaacson took his autistic son to Mongolia, looking for Horse Therapy. The story is told in the book, The Horse Boy, A Father's Quest to heal his son. I kept the it local, it was personal. Seeing children suffer is personal to me, and learning that is a GLOBAL connection not LOCAL. The learning process is a key to healing. Christ said communion was a ceremony with great merit, bread and wine, prayer and food, and a troop of ragamuffins working together as ONE. That offers a global and universal application also. The only enemy we are here to conquer is within. Personal is how we start, choose your journey. Interstial Cystitis was my nemesis and I took it to the healing point. I studied and shared my healing with 9 million women who had the same issue back in 1990. I have been on that expanding journey ever since, and never did I pass that way again. What is your starting flag, only you know. TIME now to heal to broken. I do that in the barn, see you there!! Maybe Rupert will stop by!

You get good at ...

something or many things. Other stuff not so much. I am so glad others are good at the things I am NOT. Not/knot interested before, or now, or yet to come. When the time comes and your confidence is bursting with potential you will get to have a recital. I did that as a child as a piano student. Recitals twice per year, Christmas and year end. Not/knot my thing. Accompanist with the choirs, or the singers, or the other musicians, a lot more fun for Su. Reciting my studies, my practice, and my skills will be my future. YOU all will get the chance to know what I know and use it for your highest good. I will recite before Source my studies, my practices, and my skills. Most of all I will share the love of what I love. Learning to love - self first, took a moment. We are taught to doubt. Our potential is SOURCE, the greatest love and ability to create in the Infinite. Get GOOD at that, then the rest will come easy. I am good at HORSES, and love the recitals of their potential every day! See you in the barn.

Tampered with...

Earthlings have been tampered with for a long long time...If you are OUT, ask for the less, lack and loss to be filled with the joy of rediscovering yourself. Aging, lonliness, illness, addiction, bullies in your world, telling you what YOU need to do to please them needs to be OVER and dismissed. In truth that is never the job of a soul here. Bosses, priests, cops, judges, doctors, coaches, teachers, and parents too, tamper with the kids they are responsible for nurturing. They are not who you are looking for, or to please. It is the being with in the being you are hooking up to as you remember communion. Kids find nature to support their knowings. Animals friends are ready to share. Water is programming the healing in the teaching it gives. Sounds are monumental. Sunshine and good whether/weather or not/knot, is the choice you choose when you enter the world. Feeling tampered with is creepy, and the insecurity it feeds causes panic and withdrawal. When the hair goes up on the back of your neck, back away from situation. It is a warning you are being tampered with. The barn teaches us to sense that energy. Horses live and thrive by the fight or flight rule, the herd/heard protects them.

As within SO without

Can't be faked. What is on the inside will find it's way to the surface. Your liver is your skin. If it itches, or bubbles, or loses pigment, YOU are too. If your liver is slow and low energy you will feel chilled and unable to fight infections of all kinds. If it is blocked with stones, like pearls covering irritants, you will be crabby and ill prepared for things that need a shield. It is an ego thing, as the rudder of your ship it is designed to keep you safe and proud, like the royalty that you are within. Let the light within clear and bright shine through YOUR SKIN, your eyes will see you through the changes. The liver rules the distance site/sight. It holds space above your seeing eyes, your brows and your lids show the condition. Do a liver flush, clean the toxic garbage out of your mouth, speak of life and love and laugh out loud alot! Sauna, sweat lodge, sunshine, heat me up, and flush it clear. Third chakra, protects the heart! As within, so without. Let's go without pain, anger and live in light loving every minute of it!! WONDER or WORRY? worth it?

Worry is common these days, it produces NO fruit. It is an energy sucker. The mind tears off and heads down the road and you are left out and with no control. It is a taught and false trauma. Parents who worry have kids who worry MORE. Or worse, just quit all together. It produces the WORth -less-ness. Conversion to THE word worthy is one way to change the field. See the half full potential, the infinite and unlimited. Let the little prickers stuck in you from someone or somewhere else, simple fall off in the transition. Let the words of less, lack or loss fade from your memory. Each day I wake up and play right/write away. I play my flute to the land and the weather and those beautiful horses. My neighbors love it when the wind takes them the song. Each day is different. Following the way the wind blows the song finds her audience and produces no worries. Yesterday two coyotes came, then two deer came, next a turkey showed up. Then it was time to walk the fields and bring in the horses. It is the time the sugar comes rising to the into the grass as it comes to life in the light. The horses get to work and leave the fields. You and I are just like that. Take a moment and stand in the light, NEXT tell the world who you are, and what you need, want and are willing to support. If you have worry that is prevalent, let it go! Put it in the wind like the sounds of my flute. DAY ready, Dr. Su ready too. See ya in the barn. Time to get to work. NO WORRIES ever.

Feelin' the energy

When you enter in to a field, the energy alerts you as to it's existence. Some feel it with the smell, others with the sounds, some look around and others begin the extra-sensory process. It the re-spond-ability of the visitor to show respect. NO -THING LESS! When someone comes to my ranch out of balance, they can gather energy for their/there highest good. If that responding human is willing and able to accept more energy, they do that. Miracles happen when faith and hope bring back the feeling of self-love and self-worth. When overload happens they are asked to please leave. I do that too. KINDNESS IS NEEDED. This is a protected space, the Rainbow warriors guard it and keep it. The young are hear/here now to meet their star family and friends. Solstice June 21 we will welcome you to visit with them in celebration of the longest day of sunshine. THE 12 STRANDS OF DNA, the rainbow riders, and the long day of sunshine will bless the land again this year and all those who come in PEACE.

Beautiful children

I see them every where. They see me and smile. The knowing of a soul is in their eyes. Age is not relevant, nor is race, nor is level of IQ. It is the SOUL seeing a familiar. I have flashed my i's - EYES at people all my life. My step father hated it when I flashed my eyes on him and told me so. Funny what people say to kids, thinking they do not understand. Children everywhere are searching for the souls they came to know, to live with, to work with, to be protected by and YES, cherished by, too. Using the eyes you have, all three of them, search the eyes of the innocents. Tell them with your eyes, they are safe and will be loved. Period. Puppies, kids, disabled, rich or a little batshit crazy, all search the eyes of human beings looking for a connection. Smile with your eyes, that was the best compliment I ever received from someone I just met! Do it, it will do YOU good too/two!!! I will be smilin' in the barn!

THE cost of advertising

Doctors, lawyers, and advertisers hold a whole ring of keys. The ticket to the next level of success. They set the stage and wait for the pray/prey. When you put into the air/error, you let it be known you are seeking support or advice. YOUR message gets received. The trap is sprung. When someone puts in your mind that they have an answer you do not, you give them your attention and your money, your power, and sometimes even your adoration. HOW much to have to give? The truth is simply that you hold the keys yourself. You know what, why and when you were going to set up an appointment to learn something better. You simply forgot. 12 DNA strands were the design, reducing to 2 is the challenge on earth. Sit and believe you are worthy to receive the WiNDOWS of your SOUL, update!! To experience dogmatic realities, is to have forgotten that you are the one you were looking for, to ask, and to ANSWER the questions. When I see someone advertising distress I simply say this, STAND in the light and tell me who you are and how I can offer support. Sometimes I am that support, other times I point in another direction. 12 - DNA hook - ups ready for you to simply say - I AM READY, I AM WORTHY and I will use it for my highest good and the highest good of all. The crown of your own choosing

Crown of thorns or crown of gold and diamonds? Humans are offered crowns - it comes in the 7th chakra and like an apperature is opens and closes in it's energy spiral. In prayer it offers UP, in meditation it draws DOWN. The eyes do the same - open wide the pupil enlarged or tiny and laser focus like a pin pointing probe. The third eye is the middle man, it is the mediator. OPENING that third eye comes first in sleeping. Children who can not sleep in peace and warmth with security struggle until they learn more, or take the reins/rains from the overlording energy. Not all parents provide peace and warmth and safety for their offspring. Help them choose a crown. One that fits and matches their persona. Mine has gone from feathers to fedoras. Never a cap, nor a beret. Always a headband so as not to cover my 7th chakra. Look and see, open and close, pray and meditate. That is where your crown finds it's structure. Stand in the light, and tell us who you are! It is time now.

Value

What you value is what you become. If it dances in your dreams, day or night, it is being conjured up. Nightmares are offered all day for now. The news, the wars, the deaths, the diseases, the less, lack and loss that causes hoarding. My friends query me asking if I have ever seen/scene that condition. In my work I have seen/scene almost everything! Yes I see what clinging on to overload looks like. Our family, in the fear of the end, stocked up on way too much. My mother required a bomb shelter, where I on the other hand do NOT! It causes a lack, a lack of care, and neglected things fade fast, burying the hoarder beneath the loss of belief that all is well and improving. It is a childhood trauma in need of light and love and healing. TODAY let go of something you have not used in a year. The freedom of freedom, the faith in hope, and the love of order is one of the greatest gifts of all! See you in the barn where I will be working on order!!

Contract upgrade - BONUS TIME!!

I came to protect the INNOCenTS. Nature, children, animals, disabled, and disadvantaged. It was a contract, it was a challenge, and it is a blessing. I was guarded, I was guided, and I was gifted. Auras are us, and I know all about being a visual learner. YOU are up for RE-NEWAL now. WHAT DID YOU COME TO DO, BE, PERFORM AS? Who with???? How done??? Beaten, broken, disrespected, some of you. Others entitled and arrogant. Same lessons only different. War or peace, health or infirmity, wealthy or poor, dominated or bully in the house??? All with the value of growth and wisdom, peace and freedom. Today is a URANUS crack day, sudden changes, like pails of ice water thrown about. You can try to run, you can try to hide. No one is going to miss this one, direct HIT, wet and wild! You are water, prepare to sparkle!!!

Story teller's

Kids are amazing story tellers. They see through the knees of grown ups, and the perspective is extraordinary. I see from the back of a horse, the vision is extra - ordinary! Like a mountain view, scanning the horizon for the beauty of all you see and telling, 360 degrees! When no one else is there with you and wants to know anyway, you still are still in the story. My Father's family is Dakota, my great great grandmother's name was Mahpiya, One who sits on clouds. Imagine the stories from there, the clouds. I ask my pilots what they see when soaring or roaring through the clouds. The stories they tell enchant me every time. Be the enchanted. A GATE or an agate

Centering, grounded and rooted. Are you ready for the gift of the GATE? When we live without being grounded or rooted or even just centered, wearing/whereing your best agate will focus that energy on you. Each stone offers. Each stone relates. You are water with a few minerals added in, and a LOT of electricity flying around your field. Agates ground you. Put one on your nightstand or under your pillow. Melting

Sunshine melts away the frost, the snow, the ice. The lock of the winter water energy is opened and releases into the next season of flowing and integrating itself with the water. Only the volcano melts the stone into the lava flow. Dynamic shift there. The water molecules are magical when they are healthy, loved and supported. Speak to it, laugh and sing with it. Program your water. In the spring water pure and sparking you have chosen as your own, add your jewels. Mine are my girls, my grands, my boys and then the rest. My animals are called into the water by name, protected and admired. My land is then in line, and then I bring the air and weather elements. I play the music of my 3 pianos, my double flute and sing my silly songs. They all melt together, creating a rainbow of energies and frequencies. FULL MOON today is the WESAK COLLECTIVE gathering the higher realms. SO today I add them into my overflowing cup too! See at the water tanks down by the barn, good day to bring fresh energy, melting past and present into a bright warm future for our world.

To show adoration now...

to the mothers of earth, is how we will raise them all to a rightful position. Mothers carry a special energy, when engaged, heals and supports humanity in a very particular way. Internal, breast fed, heart activated, are very important positions. Concubines, servants, victims of abuse, addicted to anything but the truth nature of their being here. Left in the dark, in the silence, in the subserviant mode to control their incredible powers. Only allowed to be alive as bearers. Bearers of children, bearers of home, bearers of the pain the world pushes onto their bleeding hearts. To those who know a mother or two, adore them this Sunday! YOU would not be here without them!! Imperfect yet viable. Help them help the world, which includes you! I will be in the barn celebrating the mothers of the we are and have known!

KNOW WHAT YOU know

No time like the present to feel confident in what you know. Right or left, the bird in flight says BOTH please. I need those wings to soar. To tip the teeter totter is to displace the balance. Yet the up and down is the game. Fun in the teetering, the excitment of the game. Understanding the motion of the ocean is the motion of the planet and all here is to learn to love the waves. Water scares some, heights scare others, heat becomes too much, and cold can do that too. Only you can do you. Learn your knowing, it comes in your bones, and the teeth are the computer chips of info you have access to. Some push theirs, some pull theirs. Know them. Be in charge of your spine, get the flexibility to stay mobile. Sun and moon move your waves. Just sit by shore and feel and see. The heart space and time is the regulator, the toris flows through. Up and out, back down and through. Be heart felt! Or better yet, be heart velvet or down. Soft and warm, strong and beautiful. Know what you know! It is the rudder of the ship in the shift. Growing up

Memories of growing are deeply set within the human body, stored for later. It is why dementia revisits those memories. Process them now. Allow them access to the present. Bringing to the surface the joys, the growth, the adventures and the woundings. If you drag them around with you they will make you sad, fat and lonely. Sad is no air/error apparent. People c-pap it. Fat is insulation - hiding the ticks and stickers and scars. Lonely is the measure of the values of your abilities. If you have run out or even run low, you will hermit yourself. Self-preservation is the lonely road/rode. Get up, get cleaned up, get dressed up and show up!! Then if you are ready, MOUNT UP! On the wings of a horse is where I launch every day! See you from the CLOUDS, where/wear my ancestors watch and applaud every day. You are growing UP!!!

Antenna of the littles

What are you picking up with yours? We are being bombarded. It goes to show, that you all have great value. Allegiance, attention, adoration, or what else do they require from you and your littles? You are magical beings! You have all the power you need to become all you came to be. Your DNA are your antenna. 12 want connection, not just 2. Little ones need to be local owned and operated for the beginning of the existence here. Grounded, kept safe, adored and taught with smiles and applause not violence or even less, lack or loss. Only those who truly love and adore that child should be allowed access unattended. It crushes the antenna when there is a violent or toxic overseer. Make sure you know who, how and why the overseer in the life of your child is being given that role. Do the little humans return to base excited and smiling, or crestfallen having had their antenna lowered or even broken. Learning to see, hear, speak and smell, move, climb and emote should be the order of the order for the littles. It should support health and happiness, growth and development. Peace and freedom! You are the ONE they came to see and be with, especially in the beginning. Show up for that. You will be so glad you are there/they're/their safe and nurturing place. They are of more value then any other thing on this planet. I am in the barn where I am safe and nurtured. See you there!! And VALUE in each moment is too!

Told my story

In the new earth remembering your story is automatic. Hidden from view for eons, it kept humans in check. If you knew you were royal but felt you were peasant from birth, would you be relieved, or burdened? You are all royal. Gifted in so many ways. I do what I love and I do it to the best of my ability. Other choices for work or play I DO NOT DO. It is ok to say no thanks, no interested, doesn't sound like fun to me. My story has fun as part of the theme. It has beauty, and energy built in. I have golden skin in the summer. It is my heritage as Dakota and Blackfeet are my ancestors. It took years to piece together the story. In the new age I know it well. Find your roots, find your fun, take your position and use the whole story

Surprise!@#$%^&*

It confused some, it enchanted some others, it scared the heck out of a bunch, and it was no surprise to the few. You are invited to get a front row seat to the upgrades coming to earth. Secrets are not supportive. Keeping people guessing keeps them adrenalined. It exhausts them and those they are hiding from feel it. Full disclosure is all around us. Decide what exactly you need to learn now and allow it to come into your field. I am teaching on Saturday and just this morning it came in like a hurricane. Ask and ye shall receive. JUST DO IT! Allow yourself the courage and ability to mount up and balance, put the reins/rains down and feel the connection, the four directions, LOCK IN. You are the eyes/I's of the decision maker making their/there way home. The horse's eyes are the protection as they see the pano-vision that supports the journey. No one sees behind. Leave it!!! We ride bareback with no bits in the bridles, so we must develop other ways to communicate. I use my core and I plug in my spine. Others use their auric energy. Have you gotten your bell rung????

Dis-ease will do that. Trauma will do that. Divorce, career frustrations, death in the family, all will do that too. Make a mistake and get your bell rung, that happens to kids all the time. WHY? Because the need to hear the horn, the trumpet, the bells, and sometimes the sirens. You have more connections to your brain through your ears that in any other way. What you hear/here has great effect. The music, the authorities, the caregivers, the friends, the lovers, the people next door, can ring your bells. Sunday Funday at Hawk's Ridge Ranch, Giovanni and Banks, two preschoolers, kept ringing the doorbell. They wanted to get our attention and get caught being funny and clever. Running when caught like speedsters and laughing out loud all they way was the gift. They did that and we did too. The two Grandmothers would run to the door and make them herd/heard. After awhile they went off and played in the yard. They got what they needed from the big people. THEY WERE HEARD/HERD! When you get your bell rung, you are being called, alerted and impacted, all at the same time. Sit with it, it is the greatest gift! Look around and find the hidden keys before it becomes dis-ease. Wear/where is my choicest choice??????? MINE of course, is the in the BARN! See you there. Those bells are nickering and whinying all around us.

It's about TIME

Timing is everything here on earth. Minutes, hours, days, months, seasons, ages and eras. Jumping in and out is the system is what we can do. When you learn that timing is everything, you will begin to live in the moment! PAST - passed. Leave it where it is meant to stay. Present is the gift. Future projects a comin'. What you becoming depends on the MOMENT 0f Now. Stand in the light and tell yourself every single morning - present and accounted for and ready to receive all that I believe!! Then get to the barn! OR where ever else you love to do you doing YOU!! You are the ONE you can count on and no time LIKE NOW!

Say it out loud -

Stand in the LIGHT and tell me who you are and what you want. The words spoken into the matrix are a promise of acknowledgment of your power. In the beginning, THE WORD. Use your words to see and be clear about every one and every thing. Ask and ye shall receive. We want so desperately to trust. We have allowed without asking too much deceit. If the hair goes up on your neck - your hackles have been engaged. They are the defense cue. That is the moment you speak - STAND IN THE LIGHT! 3X If the energy cannot sustain the light it will leave you in peace. Start there. You deserve to the whole story, and if you are being fooled it is time you call it out. No one else can protect you like YOU> Learn how. Horses will stand the ground of the human on their back when the human is strong and sure and in communion with their power. If not, well we all know what happens then. See in the barn, were power is shown and reinforced every day someone comes to take it and rise up on it's back, and sprout wings!

You sometimes do not know - WHO is listening and WHY and what is coming, Your bell has been rung.

The BELL cannot be unrung. No Matter WHAT! If you act out of control, diffused, disoriented, reckless/wreckless - you are being set into the matirx of history. His story, old energy that did not want you alerted. It is now time to accept that gift of the disconnect and discontent. THEN ALeRted! You are waking in the quaking of the new earth knowing you are chosen and that is how you proceed. Be regal and royal. As though you are finally waking to your true self! Rub your eyes/I's. Look to the light of the DAWN. It will kick on your kidneys, your liver and your Pineal Gland. Reach up and then look up. YOU will be glad you did! Then head down to the barn. Or the kitchen.
