Fire it up, and burn it into the ether out side the back door, you will send it into the moonlight of the night. The Divine Mother of the Silver Moon will take it home. In working with energy, sending it down back to darkness does not work, it resists. It is looking for warmth, and light, and the love it takes for the acknowledgement that it exists only in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. In truth all energy is from Source. Some misdirected and misaligned needs redirecting. The Love of the Mother is what it looks for. Women hold that special power in the Divine Feminine they manifest on Earth. Delay deny defend

What if you knew that was the job? Humans here do that to stop the growth of the Unity Field. They will be late. They will deny being responsible for being late. Then they will get mad and defend the delays and then deny they had options. Insurance companies have this on their walls, it inspires their mission. OR SO THEY ARE TOLD. Before I reincarnated in this lifetime I was told this was the situation. I would encounter great delays, much denial of responsibilty. It is my desire to help kids. Hidden forces would delay their progress, limiting their potential and threatening their potential. Then they would deny they had any culpability in the delaying of the delivery of the gifts, the new children bring to earth. As I considered the offer of my terms of engagement, I knew I would be getting the job of defending the defenseless. Kids and nature in the amazing development of the fields naturally, would need defending. I chose to come back to earth. I have spent my life defending the rights of those new children. Health, happiness and horses are my go-to programs. They are here now in force. My programs and those children are ready. The children have shown up. Gifts humans have not scene/seen on earth before are being presented. We have given them back the reins/rains/reigns of the power that is rightfully theirs. I use my VOICE mostly, I talk alot. I also use the natural elements, theFour Directions, the animals, the water, the fire of the sun, the earth and my peace pipe. MY prayers in the tobacco I offer, with the sage I grow here are burned daily as smoke signals to Creator I am still here. My flute is played each morning to alert the world we are awake and up and at 'em. The pin cushion of the child

See the energy surrounding your child. Sunny yellow and warm, or blue and cold. Red and angry, black and disengaging. It is the responsibility of the tending adult to support the energy of the children in their care. Sticking pins and needles in that cushion surrounding them deflates their potential, their mood, their wellness and their self love. As an eighth grader I heard/herd from an adult woman words that pierced my cushion. She did not know I had arrived for the group photo I was invited to be in, I heard her say I was not worth waiting for, I was too different. So I left, disappeared, took off running, in the loss of support. It changed my life forever. It taught me to stay away. Animals do that and get hit by cars. Nature will flee from the pins and needles of criticism and a lack of understanding, of isolation and neglect. It will reticulate like an octopus and become very small and then disappear from sight/site. Yesterday I saw a dog do that. It knew it was going to be locked back up and it ditched. It was amazing. I said I was sorry and it returned to the love I have for him. Kids are disappearing every day. Suicide, abduction, mutilation, addiction, isolation, simply for the loss of love and understanding and acceptance in their lives. Pins and needles being poked into the energy they have to protect them. Their cushion of light, sound, color and unlimited potential is being pierced. Adults are responsible for this, period. You choose for those littles you have care of. When you choose togetherness, adventure, inclusion, you add energy to the being's being. Being is all you get. Being who and how you are, is what YOU choose. Choose only that which you would have chosen for yourself at that point in your development. Money does not go with you, Kids and animals do not even know that money is a thing. Love accompanies you forever and IT GROWS. A cushion full and warm and protective is a cushion well tended too. KIDS AND CRITTERS DESERVE THAT. You deserve that too.

Freedom to have and make choices

I see energy and in offering choices with my voice, your energy changes. I do not offer that which I have not at some point have chosen. From dealing with toxins, heavy metals and chemicals, beatings, bullies, drugs and vaccines, media, religion and politics, nature has always been my go to choice. I go to nature for data, for peace, for the matrix of the God-molecule live and in color and in action. I see in the elements working together offering the choice of life. To stand for and believe in choices, not to judge but to celebrate the most important gift Earth life offers, FREE WILL. That is where/wear we are today. Sun on the horizon

Sun is the golden energy that keeps you young and filtering the dross on our less, lack and loss history. Silver is the source of the MOON light and it is healing for the feminine side of energy that is half of each whole. Your DNA holds keys and codes and responds to light. Colors share the spectrums, you eat them, you see them and you absorb them. In white you reflect, in black you absorb. In the Dakota 38 plus 2 story of my history, DNA was alerted and activated. Reconciliation and remedy were the result of the 330 mile ride to the hanging site. Secrets are held to block the memories of pain. Eventually it will surface. I have a numerology of 5 - 9's. I came for completion, I am doing that in my days as a seer and in my nights as a dreamer. Seeing is believing. I believe. I have scene/seen plenty. I have spoken it, and I have kept it to my self. NINE is a great grand finale' for a human. Welcome to the 5th dimension and the age of aquarius, the age of new ways of thinking and doing. CHIMNEY

In our chimney is our smoke. We use smoke to change things. Sage, tobacco, sweetgrass, pine, and many more smokes to change our minds. Like the dog's nose your nose leads you. Where there is smoke there is FIRE, and transformation. If it stinks, back up, walk away. If it magnetizes or enchants you, stay and learn. Why does Santa come DOWN the chimney with the presents? You asked and you shall receive. Decide what you desire and need. Send it up in the smoke of a ceremony or a fire circle. I personally choose health, happiness and HORSES! AND it has been delivered! set the example

Kindness, intelligence, humor, integrity, balance, just a few thoughts for those parents looking to set the mark for the growing children of all ages. All eyes are on us. The littles are keeping a closer eye than ever before. Is my example of life here worthy? Am I emulating success, health, generosity and more? Or do I see the dark side of humanity? Is it under control or does it win? You and yours needs the faith and hope and love to be first, every single time. Bullies use a variety of imbalances to keep others off balance. Play games that make others sad, or scared. Sickness is just one of those games. You control your field, your health is an inside job. That is no secret, yet it appears again and again. Set an example that our world can embrace. The littles are watching and those in the clouds are as well, all I's/eyes are on YOU! And me too. Time for ...

I have always had time on my side. I have that advantage in the lifetime I live in. I threw away my watch and my scale in 1995 and never looked for them again. I knew that whatever measurements were needed to do the work I came to do, I would always have enough. In marking the movements of my life I use smiles and laughter as the landmarks of my success. That is all I need to know that my wait/weight and my time were in balance. Today is time to celebrate, I wait all year for my birthday and this is IT! Then the time after goes to celebrating peace and unity and the thinking that hope and happiness are here for us to remember. I also remember the Dakota 38 plus 2, as those times have passed and yet in the process of reconciliation. We have time for what we love, believe in and look to create. 68 here I come, plenty of time this year to be in time for whatever I want to do!! Maybe I will just take a cowboy nap!!

Who knew? It was informative. I know that the first segment of my lifetime was super educational. Then it became deliverable. I love being a Naturopathic Physician. It allows us to think about the future by remembering the past. Years of earth school and heaven school to remember. Herbs, vitamins, homeopathy, energy work, horse therapy, meditation, yoga, world travel to sacred sites, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and yes even an MD for the emergency care. NOW I get to deliver the gift that gives, the job of living that truth. My friends have gone ahead, and the new earth offers me a reason to remain for now. SHOW AND TELL, my favorite game in school is the future for Dr. Su/Sioux. Happy Birthday to me!

Is your guardian angel BORED?

I met mine when I was 11. Her name is Annie. I know now what I knew then, she would help me, hold me, protect me and inspire when ever I ASKED. I asked alot. I introduced her to others, I called her ANNie the PARKING ANGeL. When I needed a spot, I would see one, always knowing she had cleared the way for me to see. I still had to do the work though, the car was mine and the driving my responsibility. Simple but true. Everyone has a guardian angel. Some try to hide from the eyes from above assigned to them. They do not know how helpful the higher dinmensions can be as they were not given persmission to ASK. I was not given permission to ask, so I had to be old enough to do it on my own. AND I was learning to drive, being taught by Grandpa Vogt in the ditch out in the country of North Dakota. My Mother feared the angels so they were off limits. When you get a minute ASK. In pictures you can see, with sounds you can here/here and words you can understand, ask them to MAKE IT CLeAR! Ask, who are you and where are you and why are we just connecting now? REMEMBER THE AGREEMENT CAME BEFORE YOU WERE BORN HERE. YOU are that important. So allow it some time to sink in, you are worth it. YOU always have been. BORED? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Lucid dreaming

I do that. It comes with love. It comes with light. Sometimes it comes with laughter. I know that those close can here/hear my dreams, they can even take notes as I share the lucidity of the messages. In the time before the birthday day, we take an opportunity to realize/eyes and re-lease any aspect that has served it's time. In my dream I was fully conscious of the beach and the horse and the rider and the passenger I was trying to pull up behind me and the footprints in the sand, being washed away, again and again. I saw the stone that stopped the ride, and yet I did not turn around and go back where my dream started. Beach is consciousness meeting super consciousness. I have been a beach dweller all of this lifetime. I would bring my horses to my beach on the St.Croix River for a fall ride along the shore as it would ready itself for the freeze of winter. Yet my beach has artesian springs, so it stays alive all year round. Horse means power in a dream, and I have had those too for a very long time on both sides of my consciousness. We created a sanctuary here at Hawk's Ridge Ranch in Hudson, Wisconsin, where the power of the horse and the healing of the human became an every day reality/realty. WHAT do you dream? Ask for lucidity and take notes, let yourself believe in the magic of the night as you sail into the consciousness that you seek. We are here and ready to take our rightful roles, DREAM ON EVERYONE, IT IS DREAM COME TRUE TIME!!

Sweet

Humans need something sweet around the winter solstice. The darkness needs the boost. It takes the chill off. So generosity increases. It became a big money deal, instead of the sweet need of creating unity, peace and warmth. In the time we have left before the darkest day of the year find something sweet to be, or do, or have and deliver to the world. We got a sweet new rescue kitten, and that is warm and fuzzy. We had a family bake-a-thon, and sent sweets home for everyone. If you can, share your wealth. Bring a cookie for the workers and a bag of food for the animals in your local rescue or shelter, you will feel as sweet as it gets when you do that sort of solstice magic. The sweeter the gift, the better you feel.

Lines of learning

Knowledge is an acquired accumulation. It comes through the lines. Learning lines are variable. There/their/they're are the genetic lines, the institutional lines, the natural lines, the lines that fear keeps you in. I watched Tula, my alpha mare, keep everyone, all 23 of those horses, in the water line, on the very frozen day of slow to go. There had to be order in order to get your drink. She was the first, and took awhile to water, all eyes were on her. NO horse pushed, or bit, for fear of losing their place in line. She is an honorable alpha horse. By respecting the learned, we get our chance. We watch, we emulate, we honor and we receive. Get in the learning line that inspires you. You choose which one you can absorb the fastest, the easiest and the one you truly honor. Kids need some help finding the line that best suits them. YOU keep an eye on your line, YOU help them, NO ONE less will do the job well.

Party like it is 1999

the numerological number 1 is 1999. a fresh start, a new beginning. we were offered the opportunity to embrace that 25 years ago. it was a song, an ad, and became quite the party. let's try that again, the beginning of 2026 will bring it big. you get one more year to complete the old stuff, rethink all that you wish to manifest, enjoy, believe and share. have you chosen all that brings you love, light, and laughter? do you know for sure, ANYTHING AT ALL? in the past 25 years many of my friends have passed, they were finished here and I honor that choice. I will continue for now as the choices are being revealed in full disclosure. that is the gift of the Aquarian Age. Banks my little grandson deserves our wells of knowledge, our wells of health and the wells of quick recovery along with the light and laughter our love offers. this season, party like it is 1999, do it well!!!! we deserve it!!! happy holidays for all!

Learning to re-spond when the cortisol starts pumping

We are 6-sense sensors. See and feel, smell and remember, hear and here it. Taste and touch are the steps on the road we are on. Many have canceled that ability in the passed/past 4 years. When overwhelmed we produce the fight or flight gift of cortisol and adrenaline. When we are confident in our ability to maintain our own field, we can respond with balanced energy and protection. It comes with breath, it comes with knowledge, it comes with practice and the belief that you are worth it. My field is large, 40 acres here/hear at Hawk's Ridge Ranch. I manage it with intention, with music and animals. I am the MASTER who cares for the field, the water, the soil, the quality of the nutrients it absorbs. AND I am also repsonsible for the aspects I choose to repel. I walk it, I talk to it and play my flute for it. I walk barefoot on it and lay a fire in the circle of the four directions for warmth and light and to burn away illusions. My daughter Jessie Syfko Ruof, after being car-jacked, hired a teacher of self-protection to show us how, and WE DID LEARN HOW. In the season of quiet and dark, take a class, hire a pro, sit in on an event, that will teach you how to respond and not RE-ACT. Your health and happiness will thank you, and so will those close to you too/two! Bullies no more, not now, not ever again. Delay Deny Defend enough now WHAT are the rules?

That is the mantra the insurance companies do not share with outsiders. Only the insiders know this mantra. I learned it way back when and knew the deal. It is a gamble to put your trust, and your money to this system. It is up to the players to know the rules, written and unwritten rules both. I see the frustration in the health of those delayed and ultimately denied. It is the same for Universal system, you need to know the rules, all the rules. The ELITE kept some of those rules away from humanity and denied us access. That time is over now. They are in the penalty box and will receive their justice. We are ready to receive our dessert. OPEN your hearts, and show up for peace, prosperity and a world where harmony has it's home! No more delays!! Defend your right to KNOW everything!! Love is the most powerful energy in existence, use it well!
