Play time

People ask me why I do what I do, and I answer, so will always have someone healthy and happy to play with. I have always been that way. Each time I get to play with my family, friends and even my clients, I am so grateful and glad for the chance. It is the best connection I can have with another. Laughing, trying something new or crazy. I love it when we go all in, or all out, down the hill or across the ocean. We deserve this time of joyful fun. It is what gets us up and running and looking forward to the next play date. We all need to sleep and work too, but I promise, play is just as vital and life enhancing as the other two. Go play now!!
