frustration the order of the day?

when we look to the dawn of each morning, are you greeted with the energy of a new adventure in this life or are we reluctant to get up and get going since we know it's going to be the same old same old? many complain of the doldrums, the lack of joy and the ability to find that labour of love that gets them motivated each day. do you realize that the stress caused from those feelings commonly results in illness. illness gives us a project, something to do, to focus on, to learn from therefore many people create it cause they can! freewill is the choice here always has been, keep the boredom, the lackluster and you'll create excitement in another way. many of you call attention to yourselves by the illnesses you embrace, just for the company. now i know that is harsh, but i've seen it thousands of times. self pity, boredom, frustration, lack of self worth, those are just a few of the stressors that i'm talking about. kids only get sick to get the attention they are not getting by being healthy, a day off, a day with mom or dad, a day away from stress. look at this for real!!! we can help you identify those issues and help you design programs of recovery, recovery of health, energy and purpose. you all have great value, none of you are disposable, there is a place for you and your gifts!! please consider this, it may save your day and ultimately your life.

open the door to a new day

as i sit and watch life play itself out, the details never cease to amaze me. the willingness to go into the dark and stir up pain and sorrow and inflict it is incredible. shall we just for today, be willing to tell only the truth, turn the other cheek and create peace and harmony only in our tiny little space here on earth.
that really is all you can or should do, really. the bigger picture is created by the details of you and your choices. i'm in the middle of a divorce and the details are stressful but if i keep my eyes on the prize, which is me, free and full of light ,love and potential, then no matter what the big picture is, i'm good. my work has always set me apart from the mainstream but really it is my choice to think outside the box and never do anything just cuz someone said to. i am curious by nature and watching energy ebb and flow has always been a passion of mine so the healing arts is the perfect labour of love for me, since thinking outside the box and watching lights come on and energy flow is my work. so just for today i will do that for me and you, as a peaceful and harmonic solution to stress. i am large and in charge of me and me only, so just for today the detail of me will be good!!! good luck to us all!!

thanks for coming to our picture party and congratulations to those who are traveling with me from now on at wholesale prices and better. our next trip is to sedona arizona for a week of yoga and meditation at amazing vortex or power centers deep in the magnificent red rocks of northern arizona. it'll be perfect for destressing before the holiday season. many of you need a reboot and these trips are designed for just that!! the meditation class is full to the brim and we look forward to teaching these techniques in a lost art. prayer is incomplete without the sister skill of meditation. thanks. for those of you who wish to create a new day and a new way in their life the sacred contract class in oct. is for you, this is a life changing experience. so often we we get pushed into a way, when the authentic self is the real gift and needs to be remembered and edified. your purpose is a long standing contract and now we can get to it and release the static surrounding it. many of us have honed the weaknesses we were sent to understand and clear,this class assists in that process while revealing the true you and the true purpose of you. frankly i find everyone to be to hard on themselves, this is a chance to embrace the beautiful remarkably created you. monday evening is more travel data at paddy ryans in hudson and lunch on thursdays at pier 500, downtown. see ya there!!

joining in the fun
