Have you gotten your bell rung????

Dis-ease will do that. Trauma will do that. Divorce, career frustrations, death in the family, all will do that too. Make a mistake and get your bell rung, that happens to kids all the time. WHY? Because the need to hear the horn, the trumpet, the bells, and sometimes the sirens. You have more connections to your brain through your ears that in any other way. What you hear/here has great effect. The music, the authorities, the caregivers, the friends, the lovers, the people next door, can ring your bells. Sunday Funday at Hawk's Ridge Ranch, Giovanni and Banks, two preschoolers, kept ringing the doorbell. They wanted to get our attention and get caught being funny and clever. Running when caught like speedsters and laughing out loud all they way was the gift. They did that and we did too. The two Grandmothers would run to the door and make them herd/heard. After awhile they went off and played in the yard. They got what they needed from the big people. THEY WERE HEARD/HERD! When you get your bell rung, you are being called, alerted and impacted, all at the same time. Sit with it, it is the greatest gift! Look around and find the hidden keys before it becomes dis-ease. It's about TIME

Timing is everything here on earth. Minutes, hours, days, months, seasons, ages and eras. Jumping in and out is the system is what we can do. When you learn that timing is everything, you will begin to live in the moment! PAST - passed. Leave it where it is meant to stay. Present is the gift. Future projects a comin'. What you becoming depends on the MOMENT 0f Now. Stand in the light and tell yourself every single morning - present and accounted for and ready to receive all that I believe!! Then get to the barn! OR where ever else you love to do you doing YOU!! You are the ONE you can count on and no time LIKE NOW!

Say it out loud -

Stand in the LIGHT and tell me who you are and what you want. The words spoken into the matrix are a promise of acknowledgment of your power. In the beginning, THE WORD. Use your words to see and be clear about every one and every thing. Ask and ye shall receive. We want so desperately to trust. We have allowed without asking too much deceit. If the hair goes up on your neck - your hackles have been engaged. They are the defense cue. That is the moment you speak - STAND IN THE LIGHT! 3X If the energy cannot sustain the light it will leave you in peace. Start there. You deserve to the whole story, and if you are being fooled it is time you call it out. No one else can protect you like YOU> Learn how. Horses will stand the ground of the human on their back when the human is strong and sure and in communion with their power. If not, well we all know what happens then. His story, old energy that did not want you alerted. It is now time to accept that gift of the disconnect and discontent. THEN ALeRted! You are waking in the quaking of the new earth knowing you are chosen and that is how you proceed. Be regal and royal. As though you are finally waking to your true self! Rub your eyes/I's. Look to the light of the DAWN. It will kick on your kidneys, your liver and your Pineal Gland. Reach up and then look up. YOU will be glad you did! Then head down to the barn. Or the kitchen. Spicy

or bland? YOU get to test the taste. I will be teaching the face as the ground zero of the meridians. Teeth are keys. Lips that purse or wrinkle? Eyes, ears, nose and throat, sensory receptors that face the day, and what the day offers. Stinky or sweet smelling? Ugly or lovely? Blurry or totally blocked off? Melodious or disharmonic? Glowing and rosey, or dried up and scaley? It is an inside job, and the choice is yours. If your family has a trait, it is yours to navigate, to accept or reject. You can look like it or act like it. The genetic code offers focus. YOU get to choose. We did NOT all come for the same reasons. Environment - chosen. Spiritual ability to overlight the human journey is the SUPER-POWER in the game. Avalanche of instructions

OPEN your eyes - all three. Open your crown, happens with consent to receive. Broadcast the truth as it applies to you. It is personal then it becomes communal with communion. Sharing bread and wine, sitting in a circle with lights of fire, candles will suffice. Asking for a avalanche may be alot, yet it is here/hear now! Decide what you hope, wish, and dream for, stand under the light, the water, and let it! You are gonna' get it. I have a barn for that very reason! That's where/wear I will be.

Choose

Barry McGuire sang a song called ON THE EVE of DESTRUCTION. It wasn't meant for the humans, it was meant for the dominators. Their time was coming to a close!!!! The age was about to shift. They were warned, so they gave it the COLLEGE TRY. Poison for the toxic overload of humanity and her home, broadcasted doom, drugs with amazing potential to harm, chemtrails blocking the sun, frequencies changing the weather, poisoning with mercury in the mouth and injected. Millions of dollars to the WINNERS, in the stadiums of brutal competition. Music was tuned to a harmful frequency. Warriors posing as athletes paid to die in the collisons. Then doctors and lawyers and political players took command with WORDS you DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Feeling confused, tired, unable to focus or learn, they sold you a different lens, then pushed helmets on to your already helmeted skull. Taking the authority of choosing your own road. KIDS listening in

Are the children you know listening in? As a Naturopathic Physician I know kids listen. What I teach is natural. So many aspects of wellness apply that they need to here/hear. Age, race, gender, environment, blood type, diet, play and rest factor in. KIDS listen to those choices. Let them! Screen time, isolation, toxic environments, bullies, and more to be monitored and administered by the caregiver! Whether a parent, coach, nanny, teacher, preacher and even the DOCTOR. Make sure what they OVER-HEAR is worth hereing/hearing. I bring kids into the barn, they love to listen to those horses, the dogs, the cats and the WIND whistling through! No screens, no yelling, only harmony, affection, laughter, great beauty and growth are in that barn. It matters. See where everyone feels the love, in that barn of mine.

THE story

Everyone has one. Some change the theme along the way, others never do. Some know it is exclusive, others think it is not. Mine is mine, my family is barely in it. My sisters are not interested in my story. The Native Heritage has always been in my soul and it is my story. I do not feel political, or do I feel religious. I do not add any of that stuff from others into my story. Mine is of nature, and nurture. Healing the way I teach is a story aligned to my heritage - especially the HORSE PART! As A GIRL riding a horse was in my world, bareback was the easiest and the hardest at the same time. My childhood was stressful and the horse piece/peace was a safe space for me and my frustrations and my joy. RIGHT/WRITE your story. If it is harmonic and joyful - keep the theme. If it needs healing, forgiving, or just balancing - KNOW/NO time like the present. This is the AGE of the Awakening. Leverage to improve and upgrade has never been more available. Follow the leader or lead the followers

I chose long ago to be me. As a kid I was that way, and remain to this day - that way. I know the job I have, the family I have, the possesions I take of and the wonderful humans I know are glad I chose to be me. You are at a time now where you will need to choose. Choosing to love, to build up, to surrender, to allow an alignment you are proud of. Your health, your state of mind, your willingness to learn or share is upon us. Being the being in the state of being you have CHOSEN is NOW, there is KNOW/NO turning back. We are the ONES we waited to meet and become, you are chosen. Congratulations - see you in the barn. Time to Retreat

Advance or retreat. Strategy. You need to have access to your own strategy. How do I know when to advance or retreat? Will the ice hold me above the waters, or will I break through? The water of the world, the blue planet, is the largest component in the human system. Knowing when our water needs a good flush, is a simple solution. Check the water you drink, where ever you are. I see kids over - react to toxic water, become agitated, and then get in trouble. Pushing the product of loaded water has become a THING, and you do not think to test it before you drink it, sit in it, swim in it and ultimately become it. Ask your pendulum if you are compatible to the water you use. Do I need different water. When the kidneys get poisoned, the body shuts down. The heart needs a time out when the water source is out of sync. That is where the retreat comes in. Retreat with the knowing that to do the same things over and over and expect a different result is CRAZY. Do you drink the same water again and again and wonder why you are not as healthy or happy as you are designed to be. Find a safe space, a quiet place, a group that harmonizes with your goals, and then advance with knowing that your next step is perfect for YOU. It is elemental. It is directional. Nature and nurture! The choice is yours. Advance or retreat? YOU need to know - NO. Then you will know where to go. I will go to the barn, see you there!

40 years ago

Old matrix, long gone in my world. Still up and running for some others. One of the physicians, the director of radiology at a 400 bed hospital I worked with said this to me - xrays are just qualified guesses and I am a good guesser. Shades of grey really. So I learned bio-energetics, and thermography, and Kirlian photography. Tesla became a part of my knowing. Navigating a process of decay and recovery was so much easier this way. I also learned who to trust by the sounds, the colors, the frequencies and then the potentials were evident. If someone says your potential is dying, find someone else to ask. Faith, hope and love are what you have to use, and the greatest being LOVE. It is the creative force of all that is and ever will be. You deserve better information. You are infinite and eternal, period. Recovery is here, so find the hope of a healthy helper, and have faith that the feelings you are having are true. Walk away if they do not inspire recovery. If they make you feel sick you are with the loss, the less and the lack of love! Learn to dowse, trust your own energy. You are the ONE you came to meet! Then you can meet me in the barn!

Seeing the WORLD through another's point of VIEW

We have our eyes. They see what they focus on, close up or far out. Some adjust their/there focus with tools like glasses or alcohol to name a couple of adjusters. The third EYE/I is yours to add in to the mix, to create the 3-Dimensional release and upgrade to the 4th or 5th or even the 6th dimensional prospectives. Kids born with their third eye open are called INDIGO. They have been engaged by their higher self to come here/hear equipped. Seeing in pictures, sounds, waves, potentials, is how they engage it. They will squawk, run, hide, or tell when they are alerted to a multi - dimensional knowing. You are being invited to see through their eyes/I's. The future depends on this. To ask your third eye to engage, close your human eyes. See the vortex above your head start to swirl. Humans with helmets - take them off. Let the sun/son shine on and in. Then say to YOURSElF, in pictures I can see/sea, with sounds I can here/hear, in words/symbols/cymbals I can understand - make it abundantly clear to me. AND then allow..........As I teach wellness, I must always allow myself to see through the eyes of the one who has asked for more information. Allow yourself the next step, let yourself KNOW NO. Inviting life

You give and recive invites. They are personal. You are blessed. Deciding what you want brings that opportunity to include someone or something in your reality. I invite humans to share my horses. They can pet them, give them treats, brush them, and even ride them. I do it for my own healing, I always feel better when I am with horses. I built a life and a career around this. Inviting over and over for over 25 years. Kids and grown ups alike have taken me up on the invitation I extend. Some for therapeutic reasons, others for the thrill, the joy, the power. I simply appreciate the gifts they offer and the countless miracles it offers. I see the beauty, I feel the warmth, I know I am seen and truly appreciated. We all need to be loved. It gives me great strength to ride bareback on the trail, galloping in the sun and wind. It lifts mine eyes to the glory of this beautiful world. Being a SEER

Or a yellow canary in the coal mine, was once the go-to for understanding the AIR/ERROR of the situation. It would with it's gift, show survive or thrive. The air element of Libra is about justice, harmony, balance. The PINK LIBRA full moon we are under right now, shines her Divine Feminine Light upon this world. Seeking the error of the choices made up to now. When you stand in the MOON LIGHT and the SUN RISES, the in between holds extra energy - male and female. It is in that balance, then the harmony of that sign, that justice is given. As A SEER, I do that. Looking for the lopsided, the toppled over, the left behind, and the beat up and left for dead. Such a job. It can overwhelm without it's own balance and self love. SOOOO....in the spirit of the PINK MOON< sew back together, yourself. Your dreams, your hopes, can under this MOON, become your wishes. THE spiral of you

Up you climb or down you go. It is yours alone to decide the direction, the process, the understanding of the codes. The Four Directions, the calendar, the clock, the seasons. All is coded to exist, survive or thrive. To ask your higher self is to look up the spiral to see yourself there and ask the lights to come on NOW. When we feel enlightened we lighten our own load. The wait/weight is over for this world. Let the lift be chosen. Do something today that lifts your spirit. Mount up your trusty steed, attach your kite or your wings for the winds. When we make the move to move we change our own place on the spiral staircase we are here to navigate. Even if you fall off, jump back on! We are here to help each other up. Comin' up

I have a class comin' up on May 3. My world is formed by my hopes, wishes and dreams. Dreaming of making the world a better place has been my dream for a very long time. I know that adding in helps us hold our vision of health, happiness, and for me and my life, HORSES! When I am out of sync, I get very quiet, my kids know this about me. That is how I process misunderstanding. The only one I am talking to is ME. It is now time to talk out loud. You have every right and left to learn how to navigate the immune responses you have to this planet and it's inhabitants. There/they're/their are many and then more. Keeping humans afraid of what comes naturally is big business. I dream of humans understanding rough sees/seas, and having the ability to navigate back to safe water. Water is life, you are water based. I also add in alot of wind and fire, that is my gift. PONDER

When we give in to drama it creates trauma, adrenaline, cortisol, and yes, excitment. Some times it is more constructive to simply ponder. Your health, your relationships, your career, and your choices. They may need a little time ponder the next step on your journey. It is simple when you learn to let it. Something will point you in the right direction. Coincidence? Karma? Kismet? Miracle? Yes, they exist and you navigate with that energy in your field. Take note. Sing the words. Say the truth. Trust the process. It is guarding and guiding you, if you allow it. ALLOW ALIGN APPRECIATE those are the words I live by. In the pondering of how my allowances work, we will talk about that later!! I love that song, you are all here, taking a gamble. Earth is the greatest adventure and biggest risk. She is fine. We are learning. If you find the power and the glory in being here with those willing to risk everything, you are in the right place at the right time. When your surroundings, including your people, your place, your work, your play and your things become overwhelming to you - TAKE A TIME OUT! I have walked on and out everytime I completed my work with whatever or where ever I was done with. A season of relief. I gambled everytime I listened to my heart and the calling it offered. WHAT does your heart tell you - EVERYTHING. Give it a season, 90 days to recover and reboot your best interests. Asked and answered by your field, your knowing is yours and uniquely a frequency for your ears. No one else is YOU> In the Christos, communion is offered when you are ready. Before that time, you are flying solo. After age 27 you will have until 40 to load up. THEN it is GO time. In the beginning there was the word - first use your words. Remember you will receive what you believe. Speak carefully, thoughtfully and with the outcome YOU are going to get. Silent until clear in your hearing/hereing. To choose dis-ease

When life gets boring, potential gets limited, beliefs become constricting or contradictory, we allow dis-ease. In the shaking of the status quo we are repositioning our energy and our life, eternal and infinite. My friends from my first adult life in my 20's are dead now. They have allowed their dis-ease. I allowed mine too. Bladder disease means that the insecurity and fear of the moment are prevalent. Second chakra alerted to direct me down a different road. I made alot of noise in my world. Pain calls for the quench of the thirst for safety and security. Surgery, drugs, devices that sent shocks through my body on my command were their ideas. It did not C U R E the dis-ease. I was told that was no CURE. That was not true, I was not powerless nor was I in need of someone's opinion any longer. THAT was the cure. Letting go of what other's thought cleared the way for my own. I spent the next 35 years educating myself on the gift of love. I love kids, especially those challenged. I love animals, especially dogs and cats and horses. I love the water and sunshine. So that became my cure. In taking responsibility for my dis-ease I said GOOD-BYE to many people, places and things. More importantly I said welcome to new and more harmonic relationships. I live where I love to live, and love what I do here. Is there/their/they're my cure there? YUP! Passionate commitment to this world is why we came, or we would not have showed up here at all, for the place is filled with DIS -EASE. You know it when you see it

I saw autism in 1980 I did not know what it was I do now I have worked with the authority of it's gift for a very long time now Power is knowledge, you know it when it is your time and your turn Power is the authority to use and choose full disclosure, free will and unconditional love to step into your power is to know it when you see it and believe that receiving is yours now I use horses to heal, to empower the human to ride hight, free, in balance and iwth authority YOU too? F O R C E S unscene/unseen

Do they help? The wind is one of those amazing manifestations. Not seen, yet scene. Pollen to help the plants, smoke to raise the prayers, changes needed in the winds. Yesterday my friend lost her money. It fell to the ground and she did not notice until later. Super sad for that was all she had, she searched. I asked the forces unseen/unscene. I always do that! A short while later a woman approached and said look what we have found! A man was with her and said I saw it fall, retreived it. He looked for my friend but she had disappeared. He did not give up. Then the money and my friend were reunited and there/their/they're was great AWE! Who does that she said? He smiled and said, I did not know what was in the package but I knew it belonged to you, so I guess I DO THAT! You never know, forces unseen/unscene are guiding you, guarding you and with the words you use, always responding to you! ASK and ye shall receive. A promise, a contract and yup, a miracle. Just like my days in the barn, miracles and magic!

Blowing on cold embers?

I seek the less, the lack and the loss for those with health and wellness concerns. I had to go into that reality to understand who I was tracking. You cannot speak to something you have no understanding or experience with. I look for the hopeless of the those told they were incurable. I teach the non-sense of that philosophy. I know other trackers in fields I could not embrace for the losses are so dramatic. Trafficked women and children are a field so painful I can only pray and meditate for the safety and return of those involved. Tim Ballard is a warrior for those kids. Kids who come here for riding are workers now employed in programs addressing the needs of those who are still in the dregs of where they were once. You can only speak to what you know. Then you carry power, authority and the truth sets everyone free. Peace and freedom! In the barn today where I play every day.

Who checks?

On the planet you were told again and again to get it CHECKED. As a child your homework was checked. As a grown up your performance in any area of your life was checked. Your health has been checked by a stranger for a century now. Someone you do not know is engaged. If you are questioning a process of the body that you do not understand, learning to check your self will be your lifeline. Aligning to those who support your need to know, and offering alternatives to the status quo will be your saving grace. The church wants to check you too. They claim that GOD is checking you through them. Making sure you give 10% of all you have to support something you have no control over and NO ONE checks on. What if they were fooling you? Taking advantage of your need to be checked. Misdirecting you in a way that benefited them, not you. In learning the process of self care and how to check it, my class on May 3, will load your tool chest with choices, and processes, and allow the options you deserve to double check!. My little girls long ago would tell their pals, DO NOT LIE while you are here. Our MOM will see, and you will not be invited back. I could, and I did that. You must now learn to be your own parent, learn to check the energy, and learn when to simply quit the team and not invite them back. Since checking, you have found out they are not good for you on any level any way. When I was out of balance and suffering in the 1980's, I asked a BOARD CERTIFIED SUB-SPECIALIST,one of only 7 in his field to check me. He said the word, INCURABLE. That was my cue, to check around, since I was certain that was a lie! I was young and strong and capable of changing. What if cancer was curable without all the bells and whistles of someone's control over you by checking you. You will be easily manipulated to give in and give up your power, your time, your money and your authority, to heal yourself. Stand in the light, ask the Source, the Son, and the Moon too, to shine a light on what is causing all the changes that need to checked. I have seen tumors the size of grapefruits disappear in 28 days, and endured the questions from the technicians who were verifying the truth that this happened. I have witnessed the blind see, the deaf hear, and even the dead come back to life. NDE? Near death experience is REAL. IMPOSSIBLE? Non-sense. Who checks? YOU need to learn to CHECK! We will be here to support those findings with love, support, and a way that only truth offers. Humans bullied for profit is now over. Stand up and claim your power. Protect your children, your air and water and land too. Quit the team that does not protect you! Your only obligation on this planet to learn by to use your freewill of choices offered by your own soul. Navigating starts with checking in with YOU! Start me up

I can do that. I have the equipment. When our dog Jack is out and about and I need him front and center quickly, I start up the 4-wheeler. It is his favorite start me up call. When Banks, my grandson needs a call to attention and inspiration, I start up the BOBCAT. EVERY one of us needs the call to be front and center and engaged. With the health concerns humans have, I start up the ZYTO. In the world of healing through detoxing I start up the Infrared mat or sauna. Now it is time to start up Hawk's Ridge Ranch's truck and trailer and head out to nature. The Landmark Conservancy needs us present. When you hear/here your "START ME UP", drop everything, and go there/their/they're, YOU are being inspired for your next START ME UP. Take a deep breath, hold for three seconds, then exhale more than you took in. Do it 3 times. Ask your higher self, your guardians, your guides and you human persona this request, IN PICTURES I CAN SEE, WITH SOUNDS I CAN HERE, IN WORDS I CAN UNDERSTAND - now what???? You will start anew. Define SOLVE

Dis-solve or solve, both are the journey to understanding illusion. We live in a world of lessons. Blocks, knocks and what appear to be rocks. Solid rock we see and say = no way. Brick wall blocking my road. Some hit it head on, others decide it is a chance to dissolve to solve. I see it as the elephant in the room. Health has this gift, wealth has this gift, growth has this gift and it is the gift that keeps on giving. I see the suicide pouch in some auras, on the belt with the ripcord hanging out in the open. I say what I see. If you are meant to ascend or reup your karmic contract and descend - you will it is obvious. Freewill is ours. Air/error it out, open to light it up. When we say STAND IN THE LIGHT AND IDENTIFY YOUR ENERGY AND THE REASON YOU ARE IN MY FIELD. You will be told instantly. The law of attraction is the time and place for the opportunity to SOLVE 0r dissolve the next closest thing. Power is ours, no one can take it. But lots of beings simply give it up, or give it away. Then they wait/weight. Weight/wait no longer, you are the one you waited/weighted for. LOOK in the mirror and see, and dissolve all that no longer serves you. Let it melt into light and love. Bail no one else out. Bail your own boat. We see/sea you survive and then thrive, and that is the solution! OWN this truth.
