Move IN or Move OUT!

When the hair goes up on the back of your neck - back up, back out, back away. HACKLES UP you have been alerted to defend. If you are numb to this, get out in the sun, the fresh air, the bath of clean water, sweat will let it go and let the blockages leave you. When you wrinkle up your nose, it KNOWS it stinks. In the defense of life force, the knowing of the field is the key. Kids navigate this openly, commonly showing right away the stink of bad energy, the potential loss. Dogs do this, horses do this, cats do something different all together. They are watchers, they neutralize the negative energy, they lay on it and purr. Take a moment to learn to navigate with clear intention. Your prayer is intentional, your meditation is the reception of that ability which you have expressed intention of obtaining. DO BOTH! Time to take back that which was relegated to the hierarchy of those trying to take control. Free energy

You come to earth with tether to the Mother, local and galactic. Umbilical cord. When 27 years in earth timing closes for each human they become a sole/soul capable of free will and energy management on every level. Our Lunar New Year offers the year of the Wood Snake, back to nature we go! I love the snake energy of balance and regenesis. To shed an old skin as it is too tight is brilliant! I have shed many times, in many lives. In this life 1999 was the let go year. After the Solar Eclipse in Avebury England, a crop circle formed in the field below Siltbury Hill where my girls and I were enjoying the event. Nothing was ever the same after that. I offer this, if it is too tight, let it go before it strangles you and your potential. Jobs, relationship, habits, belief systems, addictions to other's authority all on the chopping block. We are here to receive and believe that we are worthy. Meditate, go in the SUN, let your hair down, and dance and sing like no one is watching. Old ways from the olden days! Let bygones be bygones now....to hurt to heal/heel, no longer a thing!! Break or train??? Horses, dogs, children, women, lesser minds, poor, all subjected to this modality. Source does not see this as equitable nor benevolent and it shall be revealed as hell not heal. Healing/heeling? Well-heeled/well-healed was for the elite for awhile. Now it is for anyone in need/knead. Consider all that you should need/knead. Work it in, to your beliefs, your schedule, your freewill choices. To cause an injury, a pain, a jolt, a neck or mouth snap or slap, a stab, seemed to hold space for far too long. No/know longer acceptable on any level here/hear on Earth. It is only for those looking to benefit from the shot of adrenaline you produce. VAMPIRING your energy is a thing. Shock talk causes waves. Some drown under the currents, others use them to ride high for a moment at your loss. My friend calls those beings - TOWEL SNAPPERS from the locker rooms of schools where bullies showed their brutality and lack of light and love. Find the fires that offer clarity, light and warmth and community. Let those who think pain and loss are normal alone now. NORMAL is a setting on a dryer, nothing more. Your child chose you - now what?

In the scope of understanding the MORE priority, was shifted. MORE STUff, more money, more notoriety, more POWER, as described to you by your boss, your priest, your professor, your politican, your manager, your mentor, and actually it needs less. No/know this for sure. More is an inside job, just like pregnancy. You carry the uterus of lifeforce, with the more power on the horizon of parenting, in the feminine biology and the masculine willing to overlight with love and protection. In balance it breeds health, happiness, potential and harmony. It brings the UNLIMITED for the future. A co-creation of consent and a willingness to provide. A CONTRACT! A SOUL! If a child is not scene/seen in that potential as the most powerful energy you bring, they take a backseat. Some even leave the room all together. I remember when it was said, children were to be seen and not HEARD/herd. Silenced - dropped off, day-cared, ignored, even hit or yelled at for just being there/they're/their. Locked out/timed out of the very uterus they came in, which is their mother ship from the stars to this world. You are the ones they came to teach! Not the doctor, the neighbor, the stranger, the coach. Yet we allow access to the most vital energy in the universe. Some parents don't even show up for the appointment or the production or the class. Protect your young souls as if they are the most precious reality/realty in your life. NO-thing less can serve this world, and the future is what they came to teach. From far away these volunteers for the new age are showing up here, they are THE CHILDREN OF THE STARS. Stay with them and listen carefully to their hopes, wishes and dreams, you will get in return much more than you give. Me? I 'll be in the barn with some of the kids no one cares about, or who they are afraid of, the sick ones, the sad ones, the angry ones, the abandoned ones, the visionary ones, that I love the here/hear!!! Children chosen for a reason, need us all! Hang out with your kids, night and day for the first 9 years, you will offer yourself and the world the best of that human potential, and that is POWER!

Has parenting become GRAND?

I had to live with my grandparents as a toddler after my dad died. They were GRAND! They taught us so much about generosity and family. I learned to bake under the tutelage of Grandma Susie. On a metal stool, by her side, working the dough. I learned that bike riding from the position of sitting backwards on the handlebars was doable, as Grandpa Earl peddled backwards to enetertain the crew. I learned that team work worked. Grandpa had the shop for fiXing cars and selling motorcycles, and Grandma did books with the precision of a razor. She sold AVON door to door for extra income, and he built a trailerpark. The garden was massive, and the junkyard out in the country a treasure trove of reusable parts. I learned from Master Grandparents that the honor is great, the opportunity pure magic and the outcome something extraordinary. Even if you do not have grandchildren, there are lots out there that need your attention. Join the fun. Read to them, teach them to garden, ride horses or bikes or skates together. Banks and I toodle around in my BOBCAT, we lift, we plow, we dig, and we laugh! Today on SUNDAY FUNDAY, find a kid, and offer them something GRAND. You will get way more than you give. A hand out? Or a leg up?

I have done both. I prefer to offer the leg up, so I got horses to share. Humans are so inspired by the beauty and power of a horse, they just ARE! I have scene/seen many responses and reactions, all promoting growth. Some come to ride ONCE, others never quit riding. Marika a very special girl has been here for 13 years. She has daily seizures, and it is troublesome for life. Her dad brings her, rides with her, walks beside her and photographs her progressive improvement. Her core is rock solid, as she rides bareback and the muscle memory is strong. Her laughter is infectious, and when she trots, she giggles. It is so beautiful. I do not give them a hand out, THEY PAY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY. This year I am invited to be a part of her medical overview group. I am honored. If you had to choose, which experience was most important? Not your FAVORITE, NOT YOUR worst. The ONE you are grateful it was yours. My sister and I working for Henderson Limousine 40 years ago. I drove that day with her to pick up the guests for the Twin Cities Live TV show coming into the airport at MSP. She got guest Kimberly Clark and I got Betty Eadie. Two women who had NDE's/ near death experiences and were sharing the information on live local TV the next day. We got the preview performance. It changed my life forever. I had always been under the threat of hell and damnation. My mother was loud and clear that it was my direction. No matter what I did, I was not redemption material. These women had gone to the other side and came back with the real good news. We were all in line for Ascension. Take the time you need to process the journeys, the moments, the stories of your lifetimes. Then when your time at the Earth Academy is complete, ASCEnd! No human rules you, those who try are now released from that illusion and so are the rest of us

Walking in two/too/to worlds like the wolf

A creature mystical and even scarey, the wolf is pure magic. Beautiful and fierce all at the same time. Like the pack that travels together and knows where each one is - in order. Our alpha horse is gone now, she kept the order of our herd. It will be fun to see who steps into the role now. We have been overwhelmed i this life with alpha energy not truly alpha. SELF-CENTERED energy, with out order. Tula our horse leader was not, she was fully conscious. I knew to see her was to know all was in order. If she was upset, there was dis-harmony. You are the alpha of your body and the life force it holds. You are the wolf, navigating night and day, sun and moon, life and death. As the alpha of your own energy, let's focus of the harmony of accepting the role with total self care and others at the same time. No blame, you are the one you have been looking for. Thankful

Time is our measurement of choices. How long do I work to RE-TIRE? Seems like a funny system. Thirty days before your birthday you get time to strip off that which serves you no longer. It is commonly a challenge to allow the visions that will re-lease that which needs to go. Thirty days after the date of your embodiment - you add back in the new you. Today my 30 days are UP! What will 2025 look like? It will promise to be worth it. Worth the wait. Deciding who, how, what and why, is the key to the balance we need to remain human - in health and happiness. Waves of change are here, we are surfing energy in ways only dreamed of for ages. Stand in the sunshine and take back your light. It was cold and dark for a moment, and now we can get up and move around again as spring looms on the horizon. Let's be thankful, for life is special. See you in the barn.

Alpha Tula McCrackin - our leader has dies Tula will never be forgotten!

She came as a filly, before I had a barn. She was a BABY, so that was her name in the beginning. She did not tell us her full name for over a year. She ran with Danny and Daryl, the two roping horses to learn how to be a horse. AND then she became Tula McCrackin our divine feminine master teacher. Stories from 25 years of helping, children especially will echo in this place forever. Programs for ex-cons, addicts, homeless, abused, autistic and then every one who needed a horse in their life came! Power and a motherly discernment were her gifts. She hugged a child who at age 12 had never been hugged and was lost and on his way to jail. WE cried at the gift she gave Corey that day. I knew if someone ever took her, it would be him who got to feel the massive mother energy she shared. She could push you to the limit of your energy, and love you at the same time. You could stand on her back and she would hold you safe and sound and support you with those four legs. She stood over a suicide, and stayed with Tracy until they were found. She walked him home, all the way to heaven and then came back to me. I knew then - she knew what to do. She did it beautifully for the past 25 years here, and never missed her mark. When she alerted me to come and say goodbye, my heart broke. But as the warrior she was, she stood one last time, looked me in the eye, and peacefully accepted my words of love, gratitude and appreciation. I knew to remain in my own body would be hard but luckily Dr. Dale and Diane Magnusson kept me calm. So that was a miracle. We need each other, and they have my gratitude!! This world needs the Tulas and the Dr. Su's, wild and crazy, and yup, in the barn. That's where I will be still for that is where I am free. SHE IS free now in the galaxy running full speed, and still watching us forever! Thank you Creator for the gift our Alpha, you will have fun with her! She is something very special.

I was alerted

I am often alerted in my soul. My phone does not ring, my heart rings. In accidents whether I know them or not, I know I must respond. My horse rang by heart-bell yesterday. Answering the alert was next. I saw death. AGAIN. I said NO! Hopped in my Jeep and went flying to the vet and asked for an overview. He handed me a homeopathic and said stop the shock! Mine or hers? Truth - we are connected it belonged to both of us. When I got to her and put the remedy under her lip, she changed. Running for a bucket for the blood was next and when I got back she was standing instead of dying. I did what I could do, but mostly I kept saying - I LOVE YOU TULA! That is what we must do, every time we feel the alert, we must simply resort to the bottom line. Love is all there is, the creation of all things and the answer to every question. Be alerted to that! I is ALL that matters. S

Better than you found it

Take your trash with you, said the ranger to the camper, before he ventured into the wilderness. Trash in, trash out, no exceptions. I take it one step further and say - you will leave this place, human, experience, relationship, job or whatever you are doing - BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT. That is our promise. Lightworkers were told that was the goal. We were asked if coming back to the earth school although we had completed our time here was the opportunity available. GO BACK, FIND YOUR SPACE, YOUR PLACE, YOUR CALLING, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR PEOPLE, and leave it all better than you found it down there on Earth. It did not matter what we did, ONLY that we did that. Upgrade the matrix by being there while they switch channels. We are now in 5-d. I came for the switch. It switched. 1987 the Convergance blew the whistle and set us in motion. Leaving behind the worn out, toxic, controlling behaviors, locations, choices, politics, religions, educations, became my calling. Teaching that freewill is the gift of wellness my choice. Grab it and use it for the highest good. Justice and balance will be the result as wellness becomes a viable option. First for your own soul do the work, then spread it out. So I got sick, really sick, then I changed my mind and changed my body. Your heart is your center, your balance, your pivot and your justice. Keeping it in perfect time, beating to your own loving drum is an inside job. NO ONE can do that work for you! No doctor, no judge, no teacher, no mentor, can validate or justify YOU. The peace and freedom you seek comes from within. You are hear/here to sing the SONG OF THE UNIVERSAL SOURCE OF LIFE, and with that knowing of that music,

Smiling?

If you are downloading, you will smile. If you feel it, you will smile. If your heart is singing, you will smile. In the sunshine or the moonlight, you will smile. I smile often, as it is the road I chose. It must bring joy, challenge, fun, learning, and wellness with balance to play in my yard with me. If you are looking for more smiles, allow it in your world first. If you are dis-eased find a video that makes you laugh out loud. It will speed the ease. Ease is brings the KEYS. On my pianos, all three, there/their/they're are 88 keys, black and white, sharp and flat. when I play often, it comes with ease. Healing my world, entertaining those close enough the here/hear and truly making us all smile! Pianos in the barn??? Allowing the music to bring the ease, YUP!

Full Moon provocation

Provoke with in or provoke with out. Ask to share the feeling you get when you poke the bear sleeping with in and with out, for it is your guide. I was provoked in the 80's by having children and seeing that letting someone else take care of them would unbalance me. As a mother my instinct was to spend my days and my nights with them in their days and their nights. Natural, instinctive, and swimming against the current I chose to stay home with them. In those day the moms I knew worked in the workplace that forced their children into daycares. I refused to allow a stranger to raise my offspring. I was heavily criticized for my knowing. My marriage changed, my friendships ended, and I moved closer to where I was raised and included my family with my family. My work and my play and most of my day was those kids and that play. I still feel that way as I work with kids and their needs and hopes and wishes for balance, wellness, energy, and beauty. I KNOW THAT BEING HERE FOR THEM IS A BALANCER FOR ME. Under this moon - the Wolf Moon, you see both sides as the wolf walks in both worlds. Leo is loud and energetic and willing, take a moment to make a choice under the provocation of your own knowing. Be authentic in your choice, it is about YOU! Do not be provoked another's opinion, it is simply none of your business ever. Life is your parade

Strong faith, intense hope, unlimited love

Eternal and internal deposits of potential. Earth is where they are culitvated, developed, nurtured and celebrated. With these any thing is possible. I have the faith that never changes ever, the hope of a gambler, and the love that kids and critters cultivate in my world every day, passionate and unlimited and fierce. The rest is for someone else to work with. Music has always been a part of the structure. I started piano lessons in Kindergarten and went to 12th grade. It helped alot. It gave me time in the room that my mother kept off limits most of the time. Find the hidden gifts, the reality off limits, then enter...you are here/hear now. The new age of enlightenment is calling you to listen and learn. Find a teacher, a book, a podcast, a piano. Find a friend or a group of friends that raise the level of GOOD. Ask yourself - is this good for me???? Is this for my future, the higher potential, the others???? If worry, or less, or lack, or responsibilities do YOU no good. SAY KNOW? now? NO!! I am finished...... Letting go with the Know, NO, is going to open the path for the next clear direction. It time that the road ahead is clear, look up and look to the LIGHT. That is where your faith, your hope and your love came from and go home to that light, nothing else matters. . I started photographing my aura long ago, the top left was dark, cold and clingy. As I journeyed toward the light and the warmth it lightened. Over years, I disappeared in it's glory. Not dying but living. Time for everyone to have their aurora of glory. It is your gift to the future.

Checking on investments

Bitcoin, silver, gold, land, the stock market, and so the lists grows. I invest in the wealth of wellness and the children of all ages who deserve that legacy. I had to learn it by trial and tribulation. I got very sick. Then I got very better, and I knew then what I still know now, that being happy and healthy is an investment. My daughters love that, they are invested. Their clients tell them every day how loved they are! My grandchild loves that. My clients love that too, they have invested for over 30 years in learning our offering. My offering of therapeutic horsemanship and bareback riding has been an investment since 2000. It is for me, my most magical offering. Nature is filled with healing, horses are one delivery system that brings it every single time. Balance and beauty, tears from fears, and the relief of riding a beautiful horse fill the eyes/I's of those I work with. Inner city, addicted, out of prison, homeless, neglected, abused, autistic, malignant and even corporate executives have participated by investing time and energy in this program. Moms, dads,

soldiers, families, doctors, lawyers and yes, even Indian Chiefs have all invested. Is your investment solid and growing?? Keep what works, and re-lease the rest. It is time. See you in the barn.

Right/write before your I's/eyes

Communication is different now. So quick! Broadcasting in the wink or blink of an I/eye. I saw my German Shepherd Jack open the front door while I was sitting right there putting my boots on. He went out and I called him back in. Again he did it, so quick, like a NINJA! I smiled and left him out with his buddy Mni, to roll in the fresh snow. Communicating his desire and his need, like he had a thumb to turn that knob! So simple, so quick! Kids now are able to tell and show quickly the right and the not so right who, how and way, they need YOU to understand and respond to. Food, school, time spent, buddy selection, adult selection, it is instant that they will respond with their truth. SHOW AND GO! If you are missing the cues, next time they will be TURNING THE DOOR KNOB, AND HEADING OUT the door and down the road so fast you will wonder how you missed it. DON'T MISS THIS!! They are young so quick, be there, beware, watch them, let them show and tell only YOU!! You are the ones they chose to be with. YOU!!

Chiron - the wounded healer

You should all learn about this. How does it activate you? Hurt, sick, broken, we ALL feel those experiences sometimes. It activates the healing, the rush of the t-cells to the issue in need of support. When a cut, a burn, a cyst, a rash, an emotional overload, shows up, take a moment to ask your self, HOW WHY WHEN AND WHAT shoud I DO NOW? In the self assisted by the Higher self, YOU will see. Get a higher view. There/their/they're are your genetics, then day to day choices- environmental (food, water. air, rest, motion) - then emotion and perspective or spiritual view. Where comes your wounded healer? Does it provoke fear? Or power and the search for knowledge? Or the blame game? Do you give in the opinion of another? Do you find your answers sourced in light with love and a change and upgrade that a healer offers? YOU are the one you have activated. Take time, then take a time out, and let the dreams and the visions support the process of the upgrade being offered. IT IS WORTH the effort, you are as powerful and able as you need to be in the moment. There are no mis-takes.

PRESENT

Gifts are ours for the taking. Take three or twelve, it is a choice to accept gifts or not. Some are easy and fun, other gifts require assembly and practice. Giving you a set of golf clubs does not mean you can or will golf well or even at all. As I heard/herd my Higher Self tell me this morning, use the GIFTS you have for now, NOW!!!! Built within is the knowing. It is called in to it ion. As children incarnate the in tu it ion is born along with all the other parts. Some have a developed intuition.
