Vitamin D GET IT NOW!!!
I am always reading, it's truly an amazing adventure that I have loved since I was a child. I look to see what else is going on the minds of other's. I love imagination and it's ability to expand our thoughts. I know that if it can be thought up it is real in some dimension somewhere. That encourages me.
The Channel Ronna Herman is one of my favorites, I read her downloads all the time, as she like me hears the voice of Archangel Michael and records it to share with others. They wrote of the God Vitamin, Vitamin D, explaining the unending value.
I have taught this for years that unfiltered sunlight is crucial to our health both physical and mental and NOW add spiritual too.
We in the North, need to take extra care to get enough, especially when available from March to September and add supplements of D3 all winter long. It produces so much health and vitality that I can't even begin to emphasize the great need enough. I teach that Aloe has a SPF of 8 and that should be enough to allow the tanning to begin, there are also mineral sunscreens for the days of boating when you are out longer then you should be. Morning sun is perfect for babies, and was the standard in days of old as they were sunbathed each day in the gentle morning light of God's great Sun. It is a miracle for growth and happiness, and we all deserve that.

BEWARE THE EXPERIMENTS OF SCIENCE
I read about the holocaust when I was in the fifth grade in a magazine my deceased father left in a box of his things from WWII. I was horrified. The pictures were devastating to my young mind, even today when I close my eyes, I can see them in my imagination. Mass graves, starving people, even one picture of the shot to death Mussolini.
The greatest horror to me were the stories of Dr. Joseph Mengele. He was the man who did scientific experiments on twins and other children too. All for the good of the many he said, collateral damage was necessary, torture and death common in this experiments.
I still feel the feelings today when clients come in and tell me the stories of medical procedures and drugs used to experiment on you now. I don't' get too upset about consenting adults, but when I hear about children being shot up, drugged up, and cut up, when there is no fact or direction, it makes me remember.
Please don't give in to those experiments. You have a choice, we are a choice and many who have used naturopathy to learn how to heal their own bodies are glad to tell their stories. Keep posted for the miracles just keep coming!!

Fresh Start
How long will it take to remember that each day is a new day and in the light you can bear the truth of that reality whatever it is. Each of us has our own version of the truth, don't we. We measure it against other's and then try to compete for the win. Truth is there are only winners here. Noone will lose no matter how hard they try. You will all get what you came for.
Now sometimes the drama surrounding the truth of a person's life is big, but remember that's their choice, not yours, unless you make it so. I have recently watched a lot of people being thrown into the light and drama of choices that are super intense. Sometimes they open up and move forward in the exposure, other times they start pointing fingers to take the burden of proof and truth off of themselves. Both are interesting choices. Comical at times.
No matter, in the end the truth will be all that stands. I don't care what your truth is, really I don't. Some people think that is an uncaring way of being, it is actually a self-caring choice. You can create any illusion that you want and it will stick to you like glue, throw at another and it will not stick and in the end you will be the one who gets stuck. COOL, HUH?
Here's to another day of choice, I choose light, truth and happiness in the sun and warmth of this day. I hope you do too. Dr. Su

Brain Cancer
Per the latest studies there a few risks I wish you would consider, these are being looked at very closely for a direct correlation to increased issues with brain cancer.
1.Dental X rays - the worst of all factors
2. Air pollution - mice show mutations in brain nerves in just 3 months of bad air quality
3.Electromagnetic fields - cell phones especially for thinner skulled kids, and high voltage power lines
4.Hot dogs - Nitrates, especially for kids, risk doubled for those who eat them one or more times per week
5. Microwaved plastic - chemicals are released into the food
Something to consider per Dr. Chi a valued physician I have studied under for nearly 20 years. It goes to show there is a lot we don't know, except that we are far sicker then ever before and toxicity and lowered immunity are a large part of that problem.

Astrology
Whether or not you subscribe, the perfect math of the Universe as a gift from God to man has amazing value. Life, the ever changing adventure.
Are you ready? I certainly hope so, it's time now. All you dreamed will preview itself this summer with a magical look at the future. Clean off the blackboard and get it up and running with your wishes and hopes and declarations. Now is the time, you can do it!!
I have spent a very long time waiting for this moment in history, whoever thought the Vatican would screw up? or the World Bank would lose it's footing? Or knowing soon the Earth Mother will take no more crap and level the playing field where she sees it to be necessary. I love her for her ability and willingness to square things up, she will always win and I want to be on HER side when she does.
So that being said, get out your blank papers and pens and colors and start in with your future. Draw, write, add, make it whatever you want it to be!! Pick the team you feel best about. Add love, imagination and creative process, and let's see what we can accomplish!! Here's to all we have ever dreamed of. Namaste' Dr. Su
