C O N S C I O U S

 Are we becoming more so? Sensitive and intuitive are two aspects of a consciousness awakening. I see it with the foods people eat. What was once ok is no longer digestible. A conscious system has a voice, inner or outer, a voice, loud and clear. Seeing something or someone in pain, or worse, takes consciousness. Letting it move through with out impact takes consciousness. Transparency is  a conscious choice. In court my attorney asked if I had a secret, I said no. He said OK, if you do it will be exploited. I still said, I am transparent. It worked out just fine. Being accountable for your own truth is a conscious choice. Having said that - today let the light shine on your consciousness. STAND IN THAT LIGHT LIKE A WARM SHOWER.  Let yourself wash off the blockages. It is fun to see and bee/be in community. Conscious of the choice is where we begin. Feel it as freedom.

The RIDING remedy

 I have needed that remedy all of my life. It started as a kid when I took my brother's bike for a painful spin and crash.  At least it got me a girl's bike! Ride the paddle board, the motorcycle, the skis, the water in every way. HORSES were my most magical remedy. Jenny was the first, and now sixty years later, still alive in the rides I take all of the time. The memory of accountability, the freedom, the speed, the learning something new, the beauty! The catch and the release of owning a horse, the beginning and end when they head off to the rainbow bridge to wait. I have used horses as a remedy for illness, autism, poverty, jail, addiction, and paralysis. I will now use them for the PTSD of humanity. Trauma is a real pain, and we deserve to re-lease it. The limbic system, the fight or flight mechanism of the horse is 12 times more powerful than the mere human. In that space of a healthy, balanced, powerful, loving horse we begin to vibrate as a single unit. The healing effect is amazing. The smile, the self confidence, the joy, the core and then the POWER starts to appear and take it's rightful place. Find your remedy, you deserve to be in balance! You deserve the harmony of partnership, and when you are ready for the power of love at high speed they are willing to carry you forward.  Horses are here to serve, allow, align and appreciate the gift! Paying for MIs-TAKES

 Take what you need and leave the rest, that is how it should be. I see what I need and feed what I need. A mis-take is taking something that is not theirs. It will not add in nor will it multiply. Jobs, health, relationships, the list is enormous. So...if you have lived in a mis-take. Forgive yourself for the de-lay. LESSON LEARNED IS A LESSON COMPLETE. There are know/no MISTAKES. An upgrade to the next level is right before your eyes/I's. Grades and shades of colors appear to guide you to your brightest future, it shows up in LIGHT AND love. Who would you love, how would it work and when do I deserve this?? Simple questions for a TAKE! I got lead poisoned long ago from the soldering of stained glass into windows. It made me very very sick. I was told there was no cure. Had I made a mis-take? NOPE!! I found my cure,  I took it and ran with it. It became many cures for many people's supposed MIS-TAKES. Lesson learned - upgraded to PHD! Gratitude for the education is where I live!! It is Hawk's Ridge Ranch with a view from high up! I will see in you in the barn.

Call when you are ready

Along the road there are call boxes. Who would you call along the way, when times are tuff ???? Some of you call out to the wind, others call GOD in, some call to their crew, and then some do not call at all. Kids call for their parents. period. If they are not available, they call out louder and louder.  I work with kids and horses. I tell the kids no screaming or hollering - UNLESS it is an emergency call. Those looking to make a lot of noise need the wide open spaces and the freedom it offers to call out loudly. I send them out to the pasture and say - ok let er rip!! Just like the Coyote does when the food is there. A call needed. 

Now is the time for us to hear/here the calling. You are chosen to listen for those calls. A kid, a critter, a body of water, a hidden yet still alive energy calls to the the light. I am a tracker, and those calls kept me answering my whole career. Now it is everyone's turn to the hear the calls. I will be in the barn.

Changing horses in the middle of the stream

 Quite a trick, yet some can and do just that.  I watch through the third eye more than the other two. It has always been the most revealing. Some humans see/sea only what they want to. Forgetting the choices made before they were born. I knew and my kids knew too/two. I listened when they remembered. At first it was funny and then it was revealing. Old souls or new souls, every soul made a contract to learn something here/hear. Finding the lesson young or not is up to them. Couples may like the same things in the beginning, and later they will change. That is when changing horses in the middle of the stream is an option. It can be at your job, with your partner, or with your own identity. Ask to see - in pictures, with sounds and words you can understand, clearly - that next horse, if there is one! This life is full of re-lease. False agreements made of old info, made under duress, or simply for the wrong reasons, should be re-leased to the next level of light and love and for the beneficial evolution of those involved. You are infinite and eternal, keep the terms of your life transparent. All are free within, so do it as without, and as above make yourself that, so below. You have the power, you always did! see ya in the barn.....horses helping humans change MID-STREAM!!!

Orphans

 Animal orphans get over lighted by other animals. Seen/scene again and again in the world to my great delight. Some are even strange combinations. EVEN MORE DELIGHT FULL !!! Humans try, and sometimes it is good. Other times the combo doesn't combine with the INCOMING field in harmony. Then the conflict creates dis-ease and then decay. A little advice for the brave of heart willing to adopt an orphan. Know their Blood Type and learn how to nourish it. Know their environmental concerns and learn how to balance it with yours.  See their gifts and talents and promote the growth even if you do not have the same ability.  Know where the emotional and spiritual connection is fluid, and can build strength alongside of yours. I had a step parent. To him I was the orphan.  He was a good animal care guy, and we liked animals. ONE bridge built. Could have built others but never got that far. Ask the orphans...what, how, when and with what tools can we build the bridge. Watch the movie - August Rush, the orphan who knew what he knew and stuck with it into the TRUE! see ya in the barn!

Bones of your building - balance the structure

The base - structure and basement are the bones of a building. Humans are buildings. Moving along daily with the bones of their history. Genetic codes, childhood development, heart strength, the kindness factor and all in balance. When you learn to balance first the rest brings the thrill of the CHASE, called life.  Many off balance struggle until someone comes along with the supports they need. I see imbalance in my work as a Naturopathic Physician, it brings people to their knees with feelings of hopelessness and despair at not understanding how to remedy the IMBALANCEs.  I teach balance, everything has a place, no-thing is perfect. Food, rest, success, beauty, energy, joy - all require a balanced perspective.  Then we decide what is the most off balance piece/peace and start with that. I teach bareback horsemanship since the first step once you are on my horse, is B A L A N C E, just balance. Strategy

 Kids should be taught that when they are still able to be guided by love and light. Parents should have strategy meetings with them, starting at the beginning. What works, when is it good. Who do you want to be today, how do you want to dress? Where should we explore and who should we look for. How would we handle a hurdle or a wall.  You get one shot at your child, after 18 years old they will take what strategy they learned and apply it. If you taught them well, they will remain well. If you taught them nothing you will watch them look around on the outside for what should have been seeded in childhood and nurtured by their fathers and mothers. As a child I learned to swim, I learned to play piano, and I learned to ride horses. When I grew up I became a swimming instructor and bought a beach. When I grew up I bought a grand piano. When I grew up I opened a horse ranch for children with special needs to ride horses bareback. STRATEGY!  I also let go of the things that hurt me. Religion, politics and pharmaceuticals went out the door and down the road. Strategy. DO YOU HAVE ONE?? If you need to take a time out and think one up, we are here in the barn for you! Ain't no body!!!!

 A double negative. WOW, what would that yield??? I have heard/herd that before, the calling of the trapped, cornered, abandoned. It is what i HEAR/HERE most often in my  work. The child who no one can handle, the illness gone wild, the fear of loss or less, screaming it's head off for something or someone to help. I can track that and show up in the right place at the right time. It is what I do. Knowing that help is on the way, available for the asking, is what we are saying. In the heart chakra there is a radar, front to the world, back to those we are involved with. Knowing someone has your back is key! Thanks Aaron Radke, you have my back, thanks Darrick Gallo you have my back.  Ask people, they will answer! When they do not know for sure, they will refer you. It is how my work here is shared,

referral only, and the SOURCE has always been the Creator who sees all and points you in the right direction! Just ask, and know you are guarded, guided, and loved beyond measure. Ain't nobody forgotten! See ya in the barn. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Every one needs somewhere to be

 If you are trying to be/bee and just can't land on the flower of choice, take a moment to look around again. Humans hover. Just like phantoms. Not sure where, or with whom, they will resonate. Finding the  place where safe is, where love rules. This is the most important aspect of grounding. When some come here to the ranch they ground right away. They come again and again. Others never return. It is time now to ground. Employ a peace/piece of something that you are in alignment with. Then commit to it your honest and helpful self. Never take more than you give, and always leave it better than you found it. Everyone is looking, few are finding that peace. The hovering is scene/seen and we need to settle down.  Our kids need that, our planet needs that too/two. Partner with

them. I will be in the barn, where I am as grounded as I can be!!

Fan it out

 Like a turkey looking for a partner, the best way to attract what you want is to show your feathers. FAN IT OUT! The Tail is the root and the booty. Peacocks are particularly able to show something amazing as they have glow in their feathers. I look at the blood type, the birthdate, the career, the teeth, the organs, the spine and then, with great interest the electrical wiring CALLED THE MERIDIANS. Then I look at the neighborhood. Who you hanging with, and where do you do that? Beliefs come into it, so do habits. Childhood has an impact as does the current moment. When someone needs to get attention they jump up on the table and make themselves scene/seen. Fire signs are notorious for that. I simply say - GET dOWN!!  Then say NOW, what do you need???? You can fan your own tail/tale, but it is hard to see it isn't it. Find a friend, a therapist, a coach, and ask them to fan their tale/tail first. Do not hire anyone who is not offering the full fan of disclosure. You must know their story and trust their vision if you are going to learn theirs. RIGHT???? Do not go down the road/rode of less, lack or loss - look at their successes. If it strikes you as something amazing and helpful, make an appointment and FAN your tail/tale!! We are ONE, and choosing the alignment to those who add to your fan is your responsibility. I will be in the barn!

TAKE? for granted? This is not working

 When taking, we must give. Permission, support, open communication. Taking something or someone for granted, nullifies the deal. Humans take for granted the doctor is going to take care of them. Humans take for granted the church is honest.  Humans believe the teacher is teaching and the coach is coaching. This is why I love transparency. That Nannycam is watching. Source is everywhere. If you think you have a secret, THINK AGAIN! Trying to get away with something is over now. Ask my children, they know all is scene/seen. It was a good way to grow up. If you are in need, take nothing for granted. Use the energy, the intuition, the opinions offered to guide your choices. Time is up. It is a new day, clean up your act, admit your short-comings, get some help, upgrade your DNA and your chakras. Become part of the solution instead of being a part of the frustrations. The new age is on, we are here/hear. If you take us for granted, you will miss us when we are not. Now go do something honest and helpful, I will be in the barn.

Mary, did you know?

 That song is for all mothers out there. Did Mary know who she opened the portal for? YUP! Jeshua was a big dang deal. She started the party off and road/rode it out until the end. Mothers are like that. Those who come through  as children need to be overlighted by the Mother Love Field.  Some do not get that gift. It gives support, strength, guidance and inspiration. It also gives the stink eye when you did it. Moms are magic. My mom let me ski, play piano, ride horseback and travel, travel, travel. That was what I grew up with and from. Did she know I would become ME? I am sure she had an idea of that. It caused me to shine in spite of our differences. You too are worth the mother load. Today we thank the SOURCE OF ALL ENERGY, for the gift. Birthdays remind us.

Your funny story

 Every one has one. Some tell it all the time, others hardly ever. OUR SENSE of humor is a developed gift. Not one that should ignored. When we can look and laugh out loud at our reality from time to time it breaks the spell of fear, or mess, or frozen frame. Finding the hidden gem in the muck of life is a great way to start a day. My critters are funny. My reflection is funny too. I forget that I am now a senior, and i CATCH my reflection and laugh out loud! I sometimes look at the dramas of life that create health problems with that same giggle.  Knowing to break the spell of less, lack or loss, the smile in my eyes/I's is necessary. Smile, for the YOGA of your face helps you face the day. If it coming in too slowly, back up. Take a wider view, sometimes hidden aspects will present. Being the one who can see the humor, and share the light is a great use of a very special sense. Worth it I promise. For now I smile in the barn at the shenanigans of my prancing ponies!  Come smile with us! Here in Connemara Ireland out petting the ponies, under the pouring rain, I was smiling from ear to ear!!!

Abandoned...

 Our soul contracts are up for renewal. The new age requires new terms of agreement. You choose, you always have. For those who chose abandonment as babies you are about to get a free upgrade. The ones who came in knowing from the womb the navigation would not be overlighted by  a responsible loving blood parent, you are ready to accept the wings of independence in self love. For a kid to believe they are worth it when no one supports that truth in utero, takes the willingness and strength of a GOD~ Those God- beings with a childhood trauma who have healed - heal our world with a grace and mercy unlike any other way. I have met with MASTERs  OF THIS CHOICE. They enchant me, they change the way I look and feel about earth and the lessons I here/hear. They offer a love of the innocents - nature, animals, children that Jeshua the Christed One told us to focus on. At the table I offer we have spoken of potential, Todd Barnes, Martin Ruof and Lindsay Clark, told their tales. They also showed an outcome that would change them and our planet! I was 2 when abandoned by loss, a near adult by some standards. It took me a lifetime of forgiveness to heal that loss, and make sure  the deal was sealed and the new contract engaged. The innocents of earth need these Gods to be here now, for those are the ones they are looking to for peace, safety, hope and yes, a warm place to live, laugh and be loved.  OR maybe just a cool barn and bunch of magical ponies!! The RODE/ROAD TO FREEDOM

 Of the the choices I make and the ones I cherish freedom is right up there. I fought for health freedom my entire adult career. I know that choices are important, as accountability for the outcome influences the outcome. You can not win with out believing in the win from within. Being told and then sold was not my idea of freedom. Doing the work and finding the solution for ME gave me peace and freedom and pride. We all have a knowing. Relying on it is a muscle developed with time, education, support and belief. There are many ways to do the same job. Finding the way  - well...that's freedom! So is hopping up on the bareback of a beautiful horse and choosing which way today!! see ya in the barn.

The RE - sort you seek

 I love to go on vacations. My mother taught me that. We went everywhere. Needing to re-sort her life after my father passed when I was just 2. Looking in every nook and cranny of the USA, hoping to find what she was looking for. That is what it is when you re-sort with the time out of the daily routine. A trip can offer a different view for you. I took people on healing trips all over the world. They were changed. So was I, every single time. Sweat lodges, beaches, pyramids, cottages, crop circles, eclipses, tipis and on and on. The greatest re-sort I ever went to was the one I made here in Wisconsin. My ranch is a healing resort, a wellness center, and the best part of my travels, Home again. Over the years others have re-sorted to living here. A week, a weekend, a year, and some for years. It changed their lives. Time now to resort again, WHERE WILL YOU GO, HOW LONG WILL BE THERE??? If it takes you a time out to decide what is the best step for your time in,

RE - SORT!! It could be the trip of a lifetime. For now I will re-sort to the barn, where the trips on the backs of my horses are some of the best ever!!

How many balls does it take?

 Basketballs, baseballs, tennis balls, golf balls...balls of fire~ Then the juggler gets to work, learning to keep them moving. Are you  juggling, or are you focused on just one ball? It changes every day. To know when to stop and rest and think is a BALL all onto itself. Cinderella went to the BALL, then left early. Bring your focus to the ball on the horizon, the SON/SUN. It is shining on a new day, a new earth, and a new age. That big ball of potential is right there/their. Hold the morning gaze and it let it awaken your higher mind through the windows of your I's/eyes. Eye/I on the ball today!! One for now is all we can manage, and it is good enough to get the ball rolling! Barn has a big pink ball to train a horse not to worry about something like a ball!! see ya there! 

Careful what you wish for/four

 The four directions are an earth construct. Wishing activates the 4 directions. North, south, east and west. Optional choices with the request. The contract is yours to negotiate. Dawn east rising light, sunset late in the game. Power in both directions. When it rotates as time offers, you must rotate with it or release it. It will drag you into it's next step unless you depart from the train saying this ride is complete. Some want YOUNG< some don't care so much. Others want lively, others don't care so much. How you choose your wishes is a daily prayer. Meditation will open the gates to your higher self, and prayer will direct you. Daily practice makes perfect!! Careful what you wish for everyday, cuz it is on the agenda!! Sooner or later it will appear. Be in the present as it is the gift of life and breath, and gratitude is how you keep it alive. Alive and well and in the barn!  That's my wish1

safe and protected

 That is all a little kid wants. That is a contract. I had that contract breached as a child. Safety was shifted from my remaining parent to my grandparents, Earl and Susie. They were willing to provide. I knew that for the first 9 years of growth, they could be relied on not to break the contract. When a child hits the 10 years old they look up and around and move into the next level of safety and protection. Navigation is a step, a bike or a hike. Encountering along the way, safe and not so safe. I taught my daughters this - MICHAEL ABOVE, MICHAEL BELOW, MICHAEL LORD MICHAEL WHERE EVER I GO! Protection is his specialty. How do you provide that security for your child. Do you vet everyone they hang with? I read auras, so I know quickly who I can trust. Then ... well every case is unique. Get out your pendulum and check, use your meditations, pray for light. It is YOUR contract, do not break it for any reason. If you are incapable of providing safety and protection for your child,  ask for help. Arch Angel Michael will show you WHO AND WHERE trust belongs to. We are not alone, never have been. Makes you laugh

 For my vision of life on earth, laughter is necessary.  Mandatory really. When we cave in to the less, lack and loss of the situations of earth we stop our progress. When we laugh, sing, dance, we move out of the bleak and dim and back in to the light. Illness and dis-ease brings awareness, laughter is the lightening of the mood that you need to leave behind. The trauma of childhood  hold many in check. Nothing seems to trump that pattern. Visit it again, one last time. Forgive yourself for the choice of drama and the participants in the act. Mercy is available if forgiveness is not forthcoming easily. Find the lesson. There are those ready to help you let go. Find them! What you resist persists. Laughing is the breath moving freely in and out and YOU are breath! Choice after choice are coming your way, make a different choice if the choices up to now do not make you laugh, or even smile. do that....just do that. I laugh at the barn antics every morning, and the horses who make that a necessary part of each day. See ya in the barn!

I wrote this on the back of a notebook 50 years ago, I framed it 40 years ago, I hung it up in my house 20 years ago and it still makes me laugh. 

B I N G O

 You all get your bingo card to play on. Some of you even choose more than one card to play with. It is a grid, it has numbers and letters. One calls out and you recognize it on  YOUR board. Then you wait for more that match. When the lines are connected or the board filled, you call out B I N G O! Your health and life are a grid too. Genetics on one line, childhood experiences on another, environments, careers, diet, belief systems, natal charts, blood types and on it goes. I teach the lines. I show the connections, it is unique to each human, just like the fingerprint they carry. Some focus and fill the board up fast. Others screw around and never get a BINGO. They blame, anything but their own focus. What you see is where you go. It is part of  horse therapy, look at the destination, not anything else. The horse follows your energy from your eyes down your spine to their spine and they move according to YOU! Let's BINGO now, so much information to use to fill your card. Some need to change a lot, others not so much, maybe just one thing. I choose health, happiness and horses! YOU??? See you in the barn.

Your E - guide

 E- motion is your e - guide. In the well of wellness it is the stir stick. Your drink is your choice. some like tea, others like water, I like wine and Cocoa and coffee. I stir the drink of Susan Marie with my e-motions. I prefer happy go lucky, and I like to move fast. So it is a swirl of e-motion. I learned that Flower Remedies were super helpful in maintaining balance and harmony. I use BACH FLOWERS, and I play BACH on my piano. E-motion in motion. Learn to accept the e-motions of your reality before you try to hide them or worse, ignore them all together. Because truth is, they will NOT ignore you. Happy and healthy are e-motional choices. Letting go of that which serves you no longer can be a simple as write it OUT on piece/peace of paper and BURN IT with sage and tobacco. Purify your e-motional pool and protect it from further disharmony. You hold the fire of the match that holds the magic of re-lease. Sauna, hot clay bath, sunbath, sweat lodge, all help. E-guide yourself back to balance, I do that on the back of a horse, but there is one than one way to heal the emotions of a human

Un - protected

 When you grow up feeling unprotected you develop  your own system of navigation. Death or divorce will do that to a child, so will dogma. LOOK it up. There are 12 of everything here. It is the math, and it is the truth. Hours, months and so on it goes. Kids need to know that 12 choices appear through the ether time and time again. I have 12 DNA strands active, I did that many years ago. I did that for my family too, and they know how important it is and how to use it. Un-protected is not real with that energy radiating constantly. WHEN something provokes my field my field responds, every single time. Lights and doors and action in some form occur. Jack shows up! Learn about your DNA, your unlearned abilities that leave you feeling unprotected. It is time to know the whole story of the those 12!!! Jesus did and see how good that turned out???? Secret or surprise?

 One has an ending, a celebration comes with. The other never ends and vampires the energy the whole time. Kids who are told to keep secrets fail to thrive. The secret chews away at the energy of the child like a starving animal until there is no/know more to draw on. As humans who care for the innocents, the children, we must employ our super senses to see what is not revealed by the child. SAY THIS, Stand in the LIGHT and tell me who you are and what you need. Be careful and quiet, walk away and listen. No emotion. Just silence and clarity will open the channel. Use your heart energy to hear/here the voice. Darkness feeds on light, give it what light it requires to return to Source.  No fire, no fear, no anger,  just SON/SUN SHINE. The Greater Good is the food of service and self. In learning the gifts of understanding and clarity and the relief in the release, you will surprise yourself and those you help! No Secret can stand in the light!! But you can stand in LIGHT all the time!! I am now going to stand in the barn filled with light, and it is no secret it is one of my favorite places. 

All along that rocky road

 we make our way and set into our day. Wake up, drink a glass of water, do the GREEN thing for your PH, look into the dawn sun, stand up straight and take long cleansing breaths. Then you can begin. Laugh or sing, stretch and smile! I do the chores too. Horses, cats, dogs - all need the same up and at em' ritual I need. Live where you love, love where you live. Figure out one space that is perfect! Our lives travel on that rocky road, it is why I drive JEEPS!  Finding your way through is best done while enjoying the moment. When you wish you were somewhere else, or even someone else, or with someone else,  back up. Take a good look all around, 360 degrees. You got yourself there, if a better direction calls you, make the move. The ship belongs to the captain and YUP  that is YOU!  I will be sailing down to the river today, summer is here and I am going to play!!

It's YOUR tale/tail

 At the end is the tale/tail. It is the life blood of a story teller. It is the last magic told to a child before sleep. Nana tell me a tale. The fire circle hosts tales and the teller of tales is the animator. It changes every time, depending on the audience and the reception. My friend Rabbi Wayne Dossick tells the tale of when he is up on the stage he finds one pair of eyes/I's. He speaks to those very eyes/I's, as a way of measuring the power and the impact of his tail/tale. I met him as that pair of eyes/I's long ago. Based on my response to his tale, he claimed he f-ing rocked it!! We all agreed!  Each person has one, and they get to decide how it ends and who they share it with. Mine is a pony-tale, others have different ones. The ones coming up need/knead to hear/here your tales. Our experiences told with power and light and laughter and honesty help them decide which tale/tail they will work on. Silence does not help these young beings. Tales of glory and adventure and love lost and love found are what they need to hear/here. It is how we build the bridge. TELL your tale!! We need to know, so we can grow! Said every single child on earth to the elders!!! Find a kid today and share your tail
