MEDITATION CLASS LAST FRIDAY

Wow. those on the way to a better day are sure picking up the pace. Look around and see the courage in the faces of those ready and willing to say no. The old way of doing it because I said so are through. If you have been in one of those systems that tries to tell others what to do or else, prepare to become unemployed very soon. They have wised up to you and your shenanigans, the pretending to care piece is gone and the exposure of the ego and the money machine are all that's left. Underneath it is a scared little soul, shaking in their boots, fearing the exposure of the rest of the story. Many have been lured into the bright lights and big city by the call of big money and success, only to find that their life is not their own. The love of a family, a friend, or even a pet are painfully absent. Kids are watching a screen instead of baking cookies for Christmas with their mom or skating with their dad. It's unbelievable to us who love this world and it's daily magic. The pain of loneliness and the early death it brings is everywhere. Even your guardian angel is neglected and must just stand at your side daily and watch you fall apart. I see the undoing of the body everyday, the undoing of the mind as purpose and direction give way to dullness and loss of memory. Fat, sad, self-pitying and blaming, when the truth is you are and have always been the one who has chosen every second of every day since you got here!!! Alcohol, drugs, and other addictions take you to a place where the only feelings left need false stimulation since the love of life doesn't occur naturally anymore. When was the last time you looked into your partner's eyes fell totally back in love again, or your child's or your friend's? This is the season of hope, the love that comes from believing that it's all good and if it's not for me, why and what have I done to make it all go away? Find it again, it's your option here and now. DO SOMETHING NICE FOR YOURSELF AND ANOTHER, without the need for thanks. Be present, that is the greatest gift there is and judge noone else's journey. You can do this. With this comes the joy of the season of Hope. Merry Christmas and welcome home. TOTAL EXPOSURE - NAKED IN FRONT OF GOD AND EVERYONE

Let's just lay it out now, I have taught all along that everyone knows everything on some level. You are receiving vibrations of truth 24/7 and some seem to hit very very hard. There are those among us who have lied, cheated and stolen from others. It's no secret, is it? People screw around constantly on many levels, there are those whose kids belong to other's than their partners and they think it's a secret, there are those who believe that the past will never be exposed therefore proceed in such a way that that too remains under some illusionary lock and key. What happens is they show up in pain, their kids are suffering, and then they say, help us. Well. welcome to the age of Aquarius!! You're all on candid camera and the show is about to begin. Kids always know and tell, so do animals, now the Universe is getting into the act and we ascend to truth and light.



If you need to apologize or make amends, do it now, for under the new age of full exposure, next week will truly be too little too late. The number one cancer in America is colon cancer the disease of guilt and shame. Interesting, huh? Before you take another step, think it through, the loss of love brought by deceit and cheating and the pain it brings is way too high a price to pay. 2010 IT'S ABOUT TIME!!

I feel that 2009 was the most challenging year of my remembered lives and possibly the most advancing. The lessons learned and moved on from cover every aspect of my world. Family, relationships, career, finances, life, health, death and trying to find joy again. Forgiving myself for attracting such lessons at such an intense level. I have also seen real love and real passion and know they do exist here. The pain of separation and the perceived losses are the dream and the reality is that love was and is all there ever truly shall be. In that knowing, creation becomes a normal part of every day. If love creates a fetus that soon becomes a beautiful child with nothing but hope and potential, then I need to focus on love and love alone, the rest will follow automatically. Cody and D-A-N

Our riding program for kids with disabilities is truly one of the best things we do out here at Hawk's Ridge. Let me share some magic!!

Cody was 8 when he first joined us for some country fresh air, sunshine and the horses, that was 6 years ago. This year the County of St. Croix found him some money to use for his choice of therapy. He chose us and D-A-N. He began his program in April, still cold but fun in the arena, none the less. Cody was shy, uncommunicative, rather weak and a little unsure of himself, but eager. It's now October and he has been with us for $1,000 worth of riding and horse play.

Cody today rides like the cowboys he loves. He grooms his horse, cleans his hooves,tacks him up and takes him on long rides inside and outside, he even bareback rides much of the time. His joy is unbridled!! He laughs, chats, brings me projects he's done and even tells me jokes he's remembered.

The other day his brother came to watch and we invited up on another horse to ride beside his brother. They walked and talked, they trotted and laughed, and galloped until Jeremiah could take no more. The next day he was sore, but because of the fitness Cody has achieved, Cody was not! YAY CODY!

The school year is off to a great start for Cody, they're even looking at a spot in the basketball program. Autism scmautism... this kid is perfect in his own way and we celebrate that every day here. His value is immeasurable, his humor infectious and we're grateful to have him in our program. Here's to Cody and D-A-N!! We love you.

5 Vaccinations You Should Never Get

Pharmaceutical companies haven’t been shy about sticking generations of Americans with round after round of vaccines to prevent even obscure illnesses. Trust me, kids have a better chance of tap dancing on the moon with Elvis than dying from rubella.

Of course, Big Pharma has decided not to limit their junk vaccines to the children’s market. Over the past several years in particular, drug companies have aggressively marketed vaccines for adults, using scare tactics to get otherwise sane people to roll up their sleeves in droves. Many of these vaccines are useless, and some are downright dangerous. These five vaccinations are the worst of the worst.

1. Human Papillomavirus (HPV)––Gardasil
One of the biggest designer vaccinations that Big Pharma is shoving down our throats these days is the HPV vaccine, Gardasil. This vaccine is needless and, history has shown, dangerous. Yet women are paying $360 a pop to be injected with it.
The most frustrating part of this whole sham is that Gardasil’s manufacturer, Merck, has drawn on the aid of cancer––medicine’s greatest boogeyman––in order to sell its product. Merck would have us believe that by inoculating against HPV, we’ll stop cervical cancer, at which point Gardasil becomes the “cure for cancer.” This is such a load of bull that we’re going to need a backhoe to dig our way out.

According to FDA reports made public through the Freedom of Information Act (that means the government wasn’t volunteering this information, by the way), Gardasil has been linked with a variety of dangerous and even deadly side effects.1 Just since September 2007, the vaccine has been linked to 10 deaths from blood clotting, arrhythmia, and at least one allergic reaction. The vaccine has further been linked to 10 spontaneous abortions and six instances of Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a disease that causes the immune system to attack the nervous system, and which may lead to paralysis.

The FDA report further included evidence of nearly 150 instances of serious injury that resulted from the vaccine, and a multitude of outbreaks of warts on the genitals, face, hands, and feet. These warts are most likely caused by the HPV virus and are a condition that should have been avoided through the use of the vaccine.
And while these side effects certainly haven’t affected every patient, the effects are so serious that no sane person should want to subject themselves or their children to this injection. This is especially true when prevention is as simple as keeping your pants on.

You see, the “dirty” little secret about HPV is that it’s a sexually transmitted disease. Want to avoid HPV? Skip the shot and get some condoms.

2. Shingles––Zostavax
Another useless vaccine with a major corporate push is the shingles vaccine Zostavax. The only reason more people don’t get it is that many insurance companies won’t cover it. You know why? It costs up to $200 per shot, and it’s an unnecessary preventative for a disease that is completely treatable and not very serious.

My recommendation is that you boost your immune system with zinc and vitamins C and E, then hang around with some kids in your family when they have the chicken pox more on that later). Merck––which manufactures Zostavax and also brought us Gardasil––has no clue about the long-term effects of the vaccine. The study on long-term effects conducted for FDA approval only lasted 42 days, so there is no real data on negative consequences of Zostavax over periods of several years. If you take the vaccine, understand you’ll be signing yourself up as a guinea pig in a human drug trial.

The irony here is that the whole shingles “scare” is probably the result of over-fanatical efforts by drug companies to vaccinate children against chicken pox. At least one study has shown that repeated exposure to children with chicken pox increases the immune system’s resistance to shingles. Essentially what this means is that by helping our youngsters suffer through their chicken pox, we were building our immunity to shingles.When kids stop getting chicken pox, we start getting shingles. So, in a sense, Zostavax is a drug-company cure (and a very unproven one at that) for a problem caused by the drug companies.

3. Influenza
Yearly flu shots have become standard operating procedure for people of all ages. The CDC practically mandates an annual inoculation for children aged 6 months to 19 years, adults over 50, and even pregnant women. Each fall, when the colder weather forces us to huddle together for warmth, the CDC passes the warning that your family, friends, and colleagues are all little more than flu incubators. Millions rush to their doctors, hospitals or clinics to get their shots.
But here’s the big news: the flu vaccine doesn’t work.Year to year, the makers of the flu vaccine make a guess about which flu strains will be the most prevalent and then mix them accordingly.

There is currently no system in place to track the effectiveness of the vaccine and to use this data to compile the next flu vaccine. The process is arbitrary enough that they might as well stick some sugar water in a syringe and cross their fingers.
For the elderly and the very young in particular, I can’t recommend exposing potentially weak immune systems to the flu for no net gain.
As always, I recommend building a more powerful immune system with safe natural methods and staying away from jab-happy MDs when the cold months are upon us.

4.Whooping cough
Lately, the mainstream media has been harping on individual cases of pertussis, or whooping cough, as if a global pandemic is waiting around the corner. Big Pharma has their lapdogs pushing out statistics that reveal hundreds of thousands of deaths from whooping cough each year.

The truth is, this is a global statistic that is accounted for by the prevalence of the disease in third world countries without the medical resources to cure a cold, let alone whooping cough. There are only a handful of deaths attributed to this disease in the United States each year, and most of those are infants––some of whom are too young to get the vaccine.

So why is the CDC now pushing for every person to be immunized in infancy and then receive five more booster vaccinations as they advance into adulthood and old age? You have almost no chance of getting whooping cough as an infant, and you have even less chance as an adult. At $60 per booster plus the initial cost of childhood vaccination, the CDC wants us to spend $300 over the course of our lifetimes on a useless vaccine.

We are not living in the barely tamed wilderness of yesteryear.We are living in a modern society with appropriate sanitation, better nutrition, and access to health care that limits the spread of disease and treats diseases like whooping cough with ease. In the modern age, unless you plan on traveling to the third world, there is no need to go injecting yourself with a “weakened” strain of a disease that
you may never encounter, and can be easily cured of if you do happen to get it.

5. Measles, Mumps, Rubella, & Chicken pox––ProQuad
Now that I’ve taken time to tell you about the dangers of some of Big Pharma’s adult vaccines, I am going to sound the alarm for the little ones in your family. If the CDC and pharmaceutical companies have their way, every child born in the United States will get jabbed with enough needles to leave them looking like a voodoo doll; and all this before their second birthdays. The ProQuad vaccine is a cocktail of vaccines that includes the traditional measles, mumps, and rubella, plus a
dose of chicken pox that is five times what a child would get in a regular vaccination.

Time has shown that toddlers given the ProQuad injection were twice as likely to have a seizure as toddlers who received MMR and chicken pox vaccinations separately. The seizure data has even caused a government advisory panel on vaccines to step back from recommending ProQuad as their method
of choice.

These new horrors only add fuel to the fire that should burn down the vaccination regime. This dangerous all-in-one is a prime example of how impersonal assembly line medicine is doing more
harm than good.

Animal Communication

A couple of animal communicators were here to talk to Tula and this is what she said:

Hi Tula. How are you today? I miss seeing you and the rest of the herd. Is it OK if we talk?

Tula: Of course it is OK. I have things to say, many things to tell. First of all, I will tell you that I enjoyed the reiki session. It was very relaxing, and a thorough peaceful moment for me. I know you have some other questions about it, but I believe that if I say I enjoyed it and that it is a very healing energy for all involved, that will be all you need to hear from me on that. I actually have some other things I would like to say, so, as head mare, I will, as usual take the lead.

OK Tula. I’m listening.

Tula: Do not underestimate the work you are doing with those other women to help the animals. It is like Su’s work; it is very important, and it is time and it is necessary that it be done. Those people who are interested in this type of work will find their way to you, as I did. I wanted to experience this so that I could comment on it. As head mare, my input is very important. Ann was an unknowing co-conspirator in this, getting me to have my session done. Everything worked out as it needed to, as it always does. Having said that, I will again emphasize the importance of the work you (NOTE: she means ReikiTalk) are doing. The way the energy works is very individual for each animal, as you are learning. So each animal will experience it differently, will take it in differently.

What you need to know…….no, I want you to emphasize those words please……what you need to know is the overwhelming effect of the energy you put out. Yes, it is focused on the animal on which you are working, but it vibrates the entire planet and everything that is on the planet into a state of health and well being. The planet chooses to be in a state of well being, most creatures, with the exception of many humans, choose to be in a state of well being. In other words, the energy is there and ready for those who are ready to receive it. We animals are quite conscious of this, and we know how to use it as we so desire. The majority of the humans are not aware of this, that is why I have decided to speak up on this topic. As we animals accept the natural state of well being, we offer this as a lesson to the humans who are willing and open to listening to us. Unfortunately, many are not and that is where you come in (here she means me specifically). You will listen to us and then you are able to articulate to humans what we animals are saying. Many will listen to you, many will not. It is not for you to decide who listens, who receives the message. Your job is simply to say what we animals tell you to say. Each animal will have their different perspective which will be offered up to you. That is only natural, is it not? After all, we horses do not experience life the same as a ground hog. These different perspectives are OK, not only OK, but much needed. It is when these different perspectives are put together and a partially completed picture can begin to be assembled. All is good. So, what those women and Su do with the vibrations with their hands and minds, you do with sound and vocalization. It is all one and the same, it is only that each one of you works in the forefront of which you work best. Do you understand what I am saying? Do you understand the impact of this?

Yes, Tula, I believe I do, or at least that I am beginning to understand what you are saying. I need to sit with it for awhile for it to fully register.

There are those on the planet who are unique and rare, not ordinary in any way. They are those who seem as if they are an old, old soul living in a child's body. Serious much of the time, yet when they smile the sun shines from their face. They will know alienation for they see past and through this reality.

They will endure when others cannot.

They will survive where others cannot.

They know love even when it is not shown to them.

They spend their lives trying to communicate the love they know.

They are here now, you may as well get used to them, for now they are here to stay!!

Let's celebrate!!

This is the end of the beginning of 2009, one of the most stressful years I've ever experienced. People from all over have reported loss of health, friends, family, relationships, work and even the vision for the future. Now I'm here to say, if you had that happen, now is the time to rewrite your story. You have a few days left to draw a new picture of next back half of 2009 and the future from there.

A year ago 12 women went with me on a healing week and rewrote their sacred contracts for life. It was an amazing opportunity to see your choices for what they really were and change the pieces that no longer worked. It took a week of intense and amazing classes to sum it up and then to spit it out. I, for one, have changed almost everything in my life since that week. New vision of what my work is, new body size, back to the high school weight and look and feel, new partner, new staff and a new happier attitude. Two of the ladies have each dropped 50#'s. We often hear that the sun causes cancer so we must stay out or use commercially prepared sunscreens. Well I'm here to tell you that is not true. Cancer comes from beneath, in an already toxic system. The sun will bring it to the surface, which to me would be a great cue to get your attention. If you need a liver detox because the sun is pulling something up and out, get it checked. The SPF of organic aloe is an eight!! All natural and healing too!! The winds of change.

So much has occurred this spring with all the energy coming on to the planet. Light and love are making a space in lives that were full of grief and frustration. The law of attraction and what the bleepness are cropping up everywhere. People are starting to understand that they alone, I mean alone-alone are totally responsible for each and every detail of their lives. Health, wealth, relationships, careers all are on the chopping block. If you don't like what or how or even who you have chosen to invest in or even worse, just plain spend time with now is the time to bail! We must first find happiness and well-being in our own bodies. The soul longs for the best friend and lover of self! Then and only then, can it join in joy and potential outside of itself. We are remembering that there truly is a bigger picture going on here, the idea of ONENESS. We were all created as brothers and sisters, and we are designed to work together as a unit, each one complimenting the other in every way.

So today and every day from now on find a way to compliment your brother or sister, partners, friends, co-workers, neighbors, all need the edification of one another, forget about the small stuff, forget about the annoyances, celebrate the beauty of just knowing one another. This is the time that change will change everything faster, better and easier then ever before. The wind is behind you, use it to sail to heights of love never before even imagined!! I LOVE YOU!! Some of you well know and others not at all about my journey into the world of alternative healing. In the late 80's I became very very ill with a condition called interstitial cystitis. This is a chronic and incredibly painful bladder inflammation. I tried all the drugs from halcion to morphine, antidepressants and whatever else they offered. I remained awake twice, while I allowed the doctors to put wires in my spine and hook them to a TENS unit that I could dial up to try to override pain. The unit hung on my belt wired through my skin into my back. I asked after two years of torture what the end would be and was told there was no cure and eventually, if not sooner I would just have to have my bladder removed and urinate into a bag on the outside of my body. I am an avid sun and swim and outside player, that was not an option in any way, shape or form!

Chapter 2: I and sister Karen started looking around for another solution. That's when we discovered Electro Dermal Screening. Three machines were being used in Minnesota and none in
Wisconsin. Only naturopaths had them. I didn't hesitate, I never do. I was tested and on the road to recovery within the week. New Study of Splenda Reveals Shocking Information About Potential Harmful Effects

James Turner, the chairman of the national consumer education group Citizens for Health, has expressed shock and outrage after reading a new report from scientists outlining the dangers of the artificial sweetener Splenda (sucralose).

In animals examined for the study, Splenda reduced the amount of good bacteria in the intestines by 50 percent, increased the pH level in the intestines, contributed to increases in body weight and affected P-glycoprotein (P-gp) levels in such a way that crucial health-related drugs could be rejected.

The P-gp effect could result in medications used in chemotherapy, AIDS treatment and treatments for heart conditions being shunted back into the intestines, rather than being absorbed by the body. According to Turner, "The report makes it clear that the artificial sweetener Splenda and its key component sucralose pose a threat to the people who consume the product. Hundreds of consumers have complained to us about side effects from using Splenda and this study... confirms that the chemicals in the little yellow package should carry a big red warning label."

I want to say that with all this being said and the many , many letters we have received that I truly have been blessed. You all have my greatest appreciation for your stories and your affection. Those who do not know us or our work or our educational background, will need some updating.

We will keep you updated as to the karma of this. We all know that with each move toward the light lots of dark gets a light shined on it. I welcome the light, I always have. Let's move toward total exposure. I have nothing but good things in my life and this too shall prove to be helpful. The world is shifting quickly and the EDS equipment we use has made it into the mainstream of traditional medicine in oncology and regenerative medicine not to mention the new anti anging category that MD's have started. I am so excited to be a part of this cutting edge technology. My work has added to their knowledge and we are very proud of helping.

The schools of difference only go to show that each individual should and does have the right to pursue and display their personal talents and acheivements, I have never fit into the cattle call of life and I never will, that's for those who compete with each other. The suicide description in Louise Hay's book says that that person sees things only in black or white and refuses to see another way out. We know the supposed victims in life will always try to find another to blame. Never looking inward or taking responsibility for their own stuff. Trying to damage other's lives along the way. This only incurs massive karma. I honour those people as lesson learners of the highest pain. Media's spin doctors, war, child abuse, politics, religion, regulations, manipulating others for their own personal gain, to name just a few, are each persons own choice, there are no victims here, their never were or EVER WILL BE. Attention mongers yes, victims no. Freewill IS the name of the game, use it. I will use my freewill to defend children, my personal beliefs, experiences and education, and only those who honour me will be attracted to my space.

We need the love and support of those who walk this road. The awakening is now and many of you are willing to take total responsibility for your own lives and all that you have and do. You are the Ones we have been waiting for. The rest will find their way eventually. Do not give in, we are not giving in. We have been dishonored and we will fight!!!! Our freedoms and your's to be who and what you are in love and light are on the line here. We need to hear from you, the few have blamed others for so much, taking out their frustrations and limitations on us, let's stop looking outside of the self and look within and own our own shit! No one has the right to walk into your life and make false claims and outright lies and fabrications to drum up sympathy for a self-proclaimed master victim, nor do the jackals of the news media have the right to publish it without even the most minimal foundation! It only puts shame on them.

ALL THAT FROM DENTAL SILVER FILLINGS?

1. Dental amalgam contains about 50% Mercury.
2. Mercury has been scientifically demonstrated to be more toxic than Lead, Cadmium or even Arsenic.
3. Mercury leaves dental amalgam continuously throughout the lifetime of the filling.
4. Mercury vapor is the main way that mercury comes out of amalgam.
5. Mercury vapor is absorbed at a rate of 80% through the lungs into the arterial blood.
6. Mercury is cytotoxic, i.e. it kills cells.
7. There is NO harmless level of Mercury vapor Exposure.
8. Mercury from amalgam binds to -SH (sulphydrl) groups. These exist in almost every enzymatic process in the body. Mercury from amalgam will thus have the potential of disturbing all metabolic processes.
9. Mercury from amalgam is transported freely via the blood.
10. Mercury vapor is absorbed directly into the brain.
11. Mercury from amalgam will result in a slow build up of mercury in body tissues.
12. Mercury crosses the blood brain barrier.
13. Mercury is implicated in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
14. Mercury from amalgam is stored in the fetus and infant before the mother gives birth.
15. Mercury from amalgam is stored in the breast milk and the fetus up to 8 times more than the mother's tissues.
16. Mercury (Mercury Vapor/Methyl mercury) crosses the placenta.
17. Mercury will severely reduce reproductive function.
18. Mercury rapidly depletes the immune system.
19. Mercury will induce a number of Auto Immune Diseases.
20. Mercury will cause an increase in number and severity of allergies.

27. This rate of migration is increased if a gold crown is placed over a tooth fill with amalgam.
28. Teeth are living tissue and are a part of our bodies.
29. Teeth have a massive communication via blood, lymph and nerves with the rest of the body.
30. Mercury from amalgam is absorbed into the body at a rate of 3 to 17 mcg/day.
31. Mercury release is increased: increases in temperature, friction and increase in electrical currents.
32. Mercury from amalgam will enter the body as: Elemental Mercury, Inorganic Mercury, and Vapor, charged Mercury ions.
33. In the brain, Mercury from amalgam is stored preferentially in the pituitary Gland and hypothalamus.
34. Micro-Mercurialism is principally characterized by Neurological symptoms.
35. Mercury is transported along the axons of nerve fibers.
36. Mercury from amalgam may be stored in every other cell in the body. Each area affected will produce its own set of symptoms.
37. Mercury binds to hemoglobin in the red blood cells thus reducing oxygen carrying capacity.
38. Mercury damages blood vessels reducing blood supply to the tissues (micro-Angioplasties).
39. Amalgam fillings produce electrical currents which might be injurious to health. These currents are measurable in Micro Amps. The Central Nervous System (Brain) operates in the range of Nano-Amps. This is one thousand times less than a Micro Amp.
39A. Dissimilar metals in the mouth (e.g. Gold & Amalgam) will produce higher electrical currents.
40. Mercury from amalgam (shown in animal experiments) will induce antibiotic resistance and Mercury resistance in bacteria in the mouth gastrointestinal tract.
41. Brain levels of mercury are in a direct linear proportion to the number of surfaces of amalgam fillings in the mouth.
42. Mercury will cause single strand breaks in DNA.
43. Mercury from amalgam fillings is the single greatest source of dietary mercury for the general population.
44. Dental personnel are severely affected by exposure to mercury.

A recent Harvard study revealed that children that had received the Hepatitis B vaccine were 3 times as likely to develop Multiple Sclerosis than children who had not been injected with the vaccine. RESPECT WITH GRACE

As I move through the motions of the waves of my life I always try to celebrate the ride, it is the way I choose to live now. I have learned alot from the lessons of my life and all the ups and downs, but most importantly, I am learning grace. The falls and shortfalls are part of the experience, the learning to handle them gracefully, is key now.

So today I offer simply this, the road to peace and health and fulfillment is to find it within. Respecting all schools of thought as chosen is a big part of that way now for me. I used to get up in arms about the choices some people made as I felt the harm in some way. Now I realize the only harm to me is in not honoring the journey of each individual.

You may hear me on the radio or in my office answering questions about subjects in the health and wellness field, or emotional work, or spiritual development, I want you to know the only answers I give are those that pertain to me. Many want to know what I know and have learned, while many others do not. Boy it took me a long time not to be offended.

Respecting one's path, their life lessons, affords me my own self respect and all that it gives me. I know when interviewed at the end of this lifetime I will sincerely say, I honored myself, my life, my choices and my mistakes as a part of the great Earth Experiment and in that, I started to honour the choices of others as well, although commonly I found them everything from distasteful to destructive.

Today, honour yourself!!! Love your choices, live your passion and forget about everyone else (except your kids, that never goes away!!) and celebrate the chance you get each day with the dawn of the new day!

On day of birth most American children receives 12 mcgs of mercury in the Hepatitis B vaccine. This is 30 times (360 mcgs) what the EPA defines as a "safe" level.

American children have received 237 micrograms of mercury through vaccinations by age 2, 30 vaccines by 18 months and 72 vaccines by age 6.

Many other countries are taking a hard second look at this mandatory practice. In October 1998, France ended the Hepatitis B vaccine in school age children after reports of serious and chronic illness and death.

let's lighten up

Tis the season for fitness and energy to be on our minds. Aren't you sick and tired of sick and tired and fat, too. Well, take look at who you turned out to be, by noone's choice but your own!

Recently Glenn Brooks of Vibrant Living XM Radio asked me to share the chapters of my life story with his listeners on live radio. I know that the Universe was opening a door to share our magic and life lessons with a larger audience, so I stared last week. I often ask my clients if they received the operating manual for the human body and the lifetime care data, not yet has one said yes. I have, over the years, accumulated much education in these instructions, both through personal experience and extensive study and observation. I often tape my client appointments so that when they leave us they have a small instructional for future use.
This will offer that same info plus so much more. I think life offers constant tutorials and this will offer some insight to those markers.

FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE HOLY COW!!

For those of us who are tuned in to the path toward light and love , this particular chance to release and heal is extraordinary!! Today write yourself and those you're frustrated with a letter of pardon. Pardon all transgressions perceived or real, that still remind you of less or lack.
Are you fat or sad or poor and just pissed off? Then this applies to you.
We here are already doing alot of spring cleaning on all levels . Truth and the light that it shines has taken a front row seat. We have decided to network and align with like minded life lovers and proactive movers and shakers in our world. The only way to resolve conflict is to walk on. Peaceful resolution in your outer world brings peaceful resolution to your inner world. IE. When I decided to release the illusion of pain and frustration with my old partner, I immediately lost, without extra help, almost 20 lbs. Now some may think that is amazing, but I know it's normal and expected. I always knew I would heal on the inside as soon as I released my fears and the belief that somehow I was responsible for another. Jesus saves, we shouldn't even try, except in the case of the innocent, kids and animals and the Earth. Adults must figure it out on their own, for that is the journey and the joy of being here. Use this day to pardon yourself and any one who you think would benefit from forgiveness and the grace it offers. Here's to a graceful spring!!

MEDITATION CLASS

I have been guided to offer a meditation class on February 13. Friday morning, we'll start at 9 and go till we're done. It usually takes about 4 hours to go through the processes and complete the manual.

AS YOU LIKE IT

The new year has brought with it so much potential for change that I'm sure there are many of you with your head swimming with possibilities. Some are being laid off, laid up and some , actually alot, laid out. I listened to a women last night, brag about how she was the sickest person her clinic had seen in that year. Yes, brag. Is it still hard to recognize that not only do you create your own reality every second of every day but you can upgrade any time you want, any time at all. Why would anyone want to be the sickest?
Affirmations daily really help, renewed self image really helps, believing in your own value and worthiness, really help. I recently lost over 20 pounds by letting go. It literally happened over night. People are looking at me with astonishment, especially those who know me well. I knew it would happen so I never really got to upset about the added weight, but when it does what it did, that easily and quickly, with only the effort of changing my mind, it's really cool. For those who are ready, come on in and let's talk.
There is a time to sow and now is the time to reap, let's create what we want and what will make us happy and healthy and successful!! Onward and upward!! Dr. Su

WHERE AM I ?

It's been awhile since I have been able to blog to the world. Since I love this part of my life and my work I felt it was time to tell you where I've been.

I am in the middle of a very sad divorce. I have a great capacity to believe, and I put faith and energy into love and all it has to offer at full speed. I have a very difficult time admitting that I am failing and no matter how hard I pray, or meditate, or believe, I can not fix something so wrong and so broken. It was in Peru at the top of the mountain , as close to God's face that I have ever been, before I was far enough away to see the destruction I was in the middle of. Sometimes one has to move back to see more, to see clearer all that is effected by one's own choices. I apologize to all of you who have felt the effects of this relationship. The abuse and chronic dysfunction were awful and I'm sure many that I loved hated to see me in this mess.

I do though, as usual , celebrate the lessons learned and the underlying unconditional love received. My girls were awesome, loving me through each segment of learning with love and sometimes frustration. Thanks you guys!!! I also never lost touch with my heart and the dreams of Hawk's Ridge and the Clinic and the Horses. The Universe kept me safe and inspired in spite of my personal crap.

So now with pride and excitement and the celebration of a job complete I AM BACK!! If you are losing your life by being in an abusive or dying relationship - RUN!! Now is the time to love yourself and unleash your potential in the world forming under our very feet. It's a miracle. If I can help you in any way by my experience don't hesitate to speak up. Puerto Vallarta Feb 27 All Inclusive
